It always amazes me what ends up abandoned and set for demolition these days. Two well-constructed homes are sitting empty, all because a developer wants to build more townhouses. Interestingly, both houses are radically different from each other. The first was built in the 1970s and has sat unchanged since the day it was constructed. The second home is modern and was built in 2003, making it only 21 years old! Today we venture inside the modern home. Originally owned by a well-off family, this home resembles what most people want in a house in today's age. Featuring tall ceilings, a beautiful staircase, and large rooms, its unbelievable that this home has been demolished.

Beautiful house. Such a waste! I hate developers. I really, really despise them.
SO DO I!!! Being part Native American, we tend to get furious at the raping and pillaging of our once-beautiful open land!!
Developers don't become wealthy by NOT tearing down perfectly good, usable structures and replacing them with MORE structures that will ALSO likely be torn down in 15 or 20 years.....all in the name of progress.

@@jamescarrington5521 I grew up in a county who never met a developer it didn't like. So many farms got sold off and torn up. The open spaces disappeared. By the time I moved from there, out was all concrete, strip malls, and cheap, ugly houses.
They were so oddly close to each other on that piece of land. My only concern is the quality of the new builds. They definitely don't make anything to last these days. What a shame. I'm glad you caught it. When I saw that kitchen, part of me died! That's my dream kitchen 😢😢😢
A shame to demolish that house, but money talks I guess , thanks Noah!
What a waste of a house. So sad! Thanks for showing us
No mention about that red blood on the floor at 4:43?
That just amazes me also that such a young house would be tore down. My house is a 1930s Craftsman and I wouldn't dream of a demo on it!
Beautiful house and sad it is gone. The floral pattern bathroom sink basin, I have never seen anything like it at age 64. Real unique. Not for everyone, but I loved it! And the kitchen cabinetry, minus the dark wood island. Thanks for the tour!
I think it sucks that this beautiful house will be destroyed. Poo to the developers. Basement could have been gutted. Love the master bathroom. Beauty. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yeah, wonder 🤔 why the basement wasn't finished.... It's HUGE, maybe that's why!! You would think it would've been! 😮
Bathroom sink was pretty. Master bath room, I really like the big window by the tub. Laundry room, looks like it has two dryers and no washer.
What a damn shame! What a waste to tear down a well made brick home to build a crappy stick house
My sisters house is 20 yrs old, there is no way she would sell so they could tear it down
Such a beautiful house and the bathroom sing is gorgeous. What a waste to demo it.
Sad its Coming Down 😢
Thets makes me sad that this house is cameing down!!! I mean I whould of totally moved in!!!!! So sad!!!! 😢
Hi Noah from West Virginia USA 🇺🇲👋 I like watching your videos. It's sad this house in awesome has to be demolished 😢
What a shame that this beautiful house was torn down! Very beautiful home & cool video! 👍🤘❤️
Noah outstanding job
Blood in the entryway, streaked down the hall to the garage an under the couch in the garage. Something happened in that house.
Eww it looks like blood
I looked up the appliances and the stove go for up 20,000 dollars! Four piece could be up to 40,000 plus!😮
Happy 4th July❤
Enjoyed!
I love that first sink. Gorgeous! And I can't believe they have the green velvet drapes from Gone With the Wind! Where is Miss Scarlet? 🤣
Hey! That sure as Hell looks like dried pools of blood on the foyer floor?! Maybe someone was seriously injured as they were removing that one chandelier that's all shattered and broken on the floor? Macabre, to say the least!
This house ia amazing! 😮
The master bath with the shower head that sprayed you when you turned on the water was the highlight for me,.Although all I could imagine was how somebody is supposed to operate the shower head without an enclosure, Just stand up in front of a giant window naked lathering up and rinsing off getting water everywhere and giving the new development rneighbours a peep show.... I get why thay left now, LOL
There was an enclosure
@Noah pink is my awesome favorite color Love the bathroom the most all pink yes 💗 💖 💕
You’d think this is all happening on a tiny island without any land available to build on… sure seems like something different is happening up in Canada. I really don’t see so many nice well built homes being destroyed in the US.
It's such a waste of a house. Nothing wrong with it... Thanks for sharing!
Wow what a stunning house,it should be a crime to rip beautiful houses down unless it’s got something structural wrong with it,the master bedroom is my dream room x
That's a. Beautiful place, and the chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous. What a shame to even think about demolishing the place
This house is so Gorgeous, they should not tear it down, just invest in the house and resell it. It’s beautiful..
Was that blood on floor is it a murder scene?
I was wondering too...
@@jerroldmcley4347 with something like that in the house, you wonder how the people/person who lived there made their money. Definitely sketchy!
I'm saddened it is coming down.
Super cool house! Thanks for posting, Noah!👍😊
It's good that the basement isn't finished. The waste in tearing down this home is too much as it us. Cool video. Thanks
is I mean.
Hi Noah
No we will not demolish you. But seriously a house that is only 21 years old gets
demolished. That should be a crime. They had some beautiful chandeliers in
that home. Glad to see they were repurposing stuff so it won’t get demolished.
These money hungry developers come in and by a house only to destroy it, that
makes no sense. They should let homeless veterans live there. I think they all
earned and deserve it. That basement was creepy. I think they are creepy when
they are not finished. That kitchen was huge. Sorry you had to endure the smell
of the fridge.🤮. You did a good job showing us around this house. It’s sad to think that it has been demolished Thank you for the tour Noah. Stay safe and well.👍🆒
From Long Island, New York where it is Independence Day here and I can hear all
the fireworks going off all around. Makes for a noisy night. July 4, 2024.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Maybe they recorded books/training tapes or something like that in the room with the echo dampening room. Cool tour. Thank you.
I’d love to know roughly where in Ontario this is. Just a general idea… north, east or west of the GTA.
Very beautiful what a shame it’s gone
Thanks awesome video I enjoyed watching
❤❤❤❤❤
The chandeliers are made from crystal. I have one in my DR and it was spendy. When we move, it comes with us! Beautiful home though.
I noticed that too. Those chandeliers are crystal and very beautiful. They would have cost a lot. I hope they were taken out before the house was demolished!
The furniture outside looks like it came from van.but the house is beautiful
Usual in most abandoned homes the sump pump is located in the basement in a closet or in a small cold storage area and when explorers try going into the basement it flooded due to the power being cut.
What a fabulous house! The woods used are beautiful ,and it has such a perfect kitchen. Iove all the fireplaces, and the unique sink in the bathroom, actually both bathrooms are well thought out. You did a great tour. I am always curious about the smaller attribute too.😊😊😊
Awesome House, so sad it's being torn down 😢
Thanks 🎉❤😊
Hi Noah, another great explore. The recessed ceilings are called Tray ceilings. Thanks for sharing and happy 4th Of July from upstate NY🧡🏚🏘
Beautiful home
What a beautiful home. Its a shame they are tearing it down just to build cookie cutter condos.
The number of built in features is awesome. They are logical which isn't always the case. Those mantles are very nice. The magnitude of that kitchen! Plenty of room for more than 1 cook. The solid door between the living area and kitchen is a great idea.
Im amazed in the upgraded features no space was unlooked. The etched shower doors could come live in my house if nobody wants to remove them. Its sad that place is going down. Someone put a lot of thought into every detail.
Demolishing for condos, of course, the Canadian way.
That 2nd empty / unfinished room has a mattress stuck to the ceiling. Very strange
❤❤❤❤❤❤🎆🇺🇲🧨
Why do houses in the USA often have basements below ground? They often flood.
Recessed area in ceilings are alcoves. Privacy glass was seeded.
Your not married are you if you had a wife you would understand closest space
The area probably has changed and no one will spend that kind of money in certain areas to live!
It could have been used for office space for the townhouse people
Beautiful home, Thanks. Just wondering if this was a crime scene house?
Eaton makes electrical equipment. You sure that item in the jar wasn't a switch or a plug or something?

I count 25 times NICE !
Congrats 👏🏻
I'm really curious about the blood looking stuff on the floor...
So sad this gorgeous house is going to be torn down so they can build more cookie cutter condos.
So sad to see
What happened to the family?
❤
Tray ceiling
Its too bad this home wasnt built into some rolling hills, snd could last at least 75 years!
🏘❤
So much waste. Into the landfills the majority of the manufactured goods that made up this home will go. The wealthy elites don't care. Nice video. The house next door is not nearly as interesting as this per a tour that I saw just a few days ago.. Thank you.
Hey I just want to say the shower ❤
