This house should never be torn down. Its beautiful, and perfect. It just needs roof repairs and ceiling and not much of that. What a shame to destroy it.
What State is this Beautiful Manison in & is it Torned down yet..I can not understand the WASTE & NEGLECT in this Country..And you are on Spot about the DeTails in this House is Gorgeous..
I’m a stained glass artist and just all the matching doors and cabinets are very expensive. Even just the bevel sets are hundreds of dollars each! What I wouldn’t do to salvage those beauties! Great job Ethan!
Woah! You stain glass artists are amazing! Thanks for perpetuating this savoir faire! If I was rich, my house would definitely have a gothic stained glass window overlooking the staircase landing! From what I can tell, it costs a lot per square feet. Which is why, most of the time, I only see little glass panels built in on a front door. It's even more expensive if the stained glass requires intricate composition, such as the figurative ones made for ecclesiastic buildings. If there is a link to see your work, I'd be enchanted to get it!
I wonder if salvaging is a niche market. There were 3 neighboring houses that were demolished close together BC Canada). None had any salvaging done even though 2 were sound and move in ready. I follow Remove It Pros (based in hurricane alley Florida) and they salvage everything possible. From doors, windows, trim, flooring down to hardware, fixtures and even pillows.
Wow another impressive beautiful. There’s so little I would change. Love the front door and all the French doors. The chandeliers and wall sconces beautiful. Gorgeous staircase and love the curved walls. Beautiful fireplace in front den but not centered on its wall. Like the kitchen with the sunroom. I will just never understand someone’s need to waste this house. I would rather live in this house than a newly built one anyday! It would be fun to furnish and decorate providing money was there to do it. Another very enjoyable exploration Ethan. Thanks for sharing. Take care be well and stay safe!
I don't typically like more modern 1990 builds, but this is very nice. I love it. It makes me sick that someone wants to tear it down and remove it. This many bathrooms is a great idea, and that one right by the front door! Whoever built this, was thinking good. What a gorgeous home. Love the big light fixture and stairs; shiny floors; just WOW. What luxury! This home is honestly perfect, I didn't see one thing that I didn't like. That's rare.
The windows that are angled out are referred to as bay windows, it give you a wider spectrum looking out. The house is fantastic inside. They used pale hues of paint on the walls making the rooms look soft and stand out.
Wow, that was impressive. That nanny room is bigger than my whole 1986 apt! Yeah, in the US, I've only heard them called recessed lights, but pot lights are easier to say. I've never noticed an excessive use of profinity of any kind in your videos, and I put them down as your exuberant surprise when you run across a gem. Your excitement always puts a smile on my face. Thanks!
I must've watched a different video. I only heard very little if any profane language. I'm not fond of profanity either. It was a beautiful house none the less.
This is a big shame that they will tear down this Mansion , it could be fixed of what little needs to be fixed why oh why , its sooo lovely my God I can hardly beleive that they will do that!!!Again Ethan you did a great job!!
Great job on your one take tour of this house! So many explorers jump cut edit their videos, it makes it impossible to get a sense of flow or where you are in the house!
Elegant, without being over the top, functional and sensible use of space. You are right The Solarium style windows in the Breakfast area are Very 1990's. Even the nanny's quarters are decent. Cheers Ethan
I'm surprised that there were no bedrooms in the basement. Beautiful place! The lights over the master bath sinks are just like in my master bath in TEXAS.❤
Good morning Ethan, 🤗. FYI; back in the day the coloring of this home was taken from a color palette call pastels, it’s a lighter version of darker colors and then that other room it’s not more of a light mauve It is lavender, just an FYI and a heads up but this is an absolutely gorgeous home. You have stained glass doors, and windows, granite, marble and beautiful beautiful staircase with those chandeliers. I just hope they do do some salvaging from this home. The kitchen was awesome. I love this house, thank you for sharing it’s just a sad thing that it’s going to be gone but thank you for sharing, take care and be safe. ❤️🫶🏻🤠
Yet another beautiful home that is going to be demolished. Almost every home I have seen you tour I would love to live in. It’s a darn shame that people are destroying them when they just need to be cleaned up and lived in.
Ethan... you said, at 10:59, that that little wall niche with the cradle-like slots didn't seem appropriate for a bar area. Daddy might have his needs, and the bar might be too much of a walk.
Exactly. It’s a dry bar- meaning no sink available. Usually a wet bar has a fridge and sink - some have small cooking areas. Just my 2 cents lol. Great video!
I, great officer of the Urbanex video, commends you to the highest merit award for your outstanding commitment. Please greet this chocolate medal with pride, Mrs Justine Kessner. 👏👏👏 🎉🎊🎉
I AM KIND OF EMBARRASSED 😳, I THOUGHT I SAID THIS IN A LIVE STREAM, I ALWAYS SAY THAT!!!!! I DAY THAT BECAUSE, I WANT THE OWNER OF THE STREAM TO KNOW, I AM A LONG TIME WATCHER, SO THEY/HE KNOWS JUST I AM NOT A LIGHT WATCHER, AND I LOVE HIS WORK, AND I RESPECT HIS LOVE FOR HISTORY TOOO!!!! THIS MAN, IS LOVED LIKE LONG TIME FAN!!!!
Gorgeous, I think it still looks top of the line to me. I love your videos because you do show the little things. Thank you for keeping my husband and I entertained. I told him I would let you sell our house because you get excited explaining the beautiful doors and the little things that would also make the buyers excited. Good job Ethan!
A cool million should probably be more than enough to get this place back into liveable shape with the water damage stuff, but it's insane they're gonna knock this place down. What in the hell are they gonna replace it with? An apartment community? You couldn't make a nicer place than this. It's just insanity multiplied by whatever.
Wow! The leaded glass basement windows are amazing. So many beautiful areas and personal touches. This should NOT be torn down. Repaired, and off you go. Beautiful home. I wonder if it is torn down now. I know that this is posted recently but as you mentioned, this video was filmed some months afo. Terrible waste. Thank you Ethan for this awesome explore. Blessings to you. And stay safe and healthy. 😁❤🤗
The heat lamp and bidet takes me back to a time I worked for my uncle at his hardware store and I lost count of how many of both I sold in the early to mid 90s. Definitely a cool home Ethan. Sad that it's being demolished. They don't make them like that anymore. Everything these days lack personality and taste in my opinion. Thank you for sharing bud.
Was the title supposed to say untouched for 3 years? Great place. I'm starting to really hate developers who buy perfectly good houses (move in ready or light remodel) and tear them down for mass developments. The round thing around the chandeliers or lights is called a ceiling medallion. Popular in the Victorian era to hide soot from whatever light fixture was hung beneath it (gas, oil, candle etc). The medallion was always larger than the fixture so while it got discolored, it was better than seeing a big black ring of soot.
I love this home! Even though dated, it is absolutely stunning!!🤩 This would definitely be on my list of dream homes! Real beauty , and quality, and taste, are never out of style! Absolutely senseless that it would be demolished! Wonderful find! 🤟✌️
Hi Ethan beautiful home love it all and the stairs going down to basement don't like basement s but I don't mind this one think they painted it bright so its not too creepy wow! Love the chandelier .. Lol hick ups they always come at an unreasonable time lol 😆..
Really sad that that would be demolished. It's just exquisite, but I hope all the molding the marble, the stained glass, the beautiful doors are all taken out before it's demolished. There's beautiful things in there that can be reused
Im 52 and my favourite eras are the late 90s and early 2000s. The clothes, the music and yes… home decor. Heck my home interior currently looks similar to this one. I’d totally move into this place as is. lol

Hi Ethan I'm watching from the UK love your videos. What a gorgeous house love it. The doors are beautiful, such a shame it's going to be demolished. Keep up the good work
Excellent Mansion Ethan!!, i dunno anymore like you why they knock these down perhaps land, perhaps the school is near by, they like the suburb or Town cant wait for the next one
WOW what a beautiful house ...incredible throughout ...you hit the jackpot with this one Ethan..lots of natural light, curved walls ,beautiful staircase ..stunning...thanks Ethan for the tour...stay safe well and happy 💋
This is an amazing absolutely stunning property. That house I love everything about it. I’d live there in a heartbeat. Too be able to live in that for even 6 months I’d be happy. Thanks for sharing. Awsome.
I freaking love this house! I’d move in there tomorrow! I love the doors (with the designs) that lead into each room on the main level. The in-law /nanny/maids quarters would be perfect for my mother in law. I even like the floors and paint colors upstairs and on the main floor (downstairs would have to go though! 😂). The “Wendy’s window” in the breakfast area is so cool, (it’s lets in so much natural light) and the view/deck outside is awesome. The rounded/oval walls are unique and I’m into it!. Like you, I just love all the older character so much. And of course that staircase is just stunning. Like honestly, in a wishful hypothetical scenario, this would be a perfect house for my hubby, myself, our 2 boys (the last of our 5 to fly the coop) and my mother in law. Thank you for sharing this beauty! It’s a cryin shame that it’s being demolished. Such waste and very sad for the family(s) that made memories there.
Why can't you go back to school, and learn something new. Do they have scholarships or some way to help to pay for school? I think you are right, you do notice little details.😊
love the house. I also love all the curves in the rooms and the fact that the curved staircase is off to the side and not directly in front of you when you enter the house. Wish I could own it. I would bring everything up to date, replace some of the tile, paint, get rid of all the carpet, do all repairs and live in it.
The home could still be top of the line. New paint, fixture updates, minor repairs, and you have a beautiful home. Basement, the orange room. I would put in an archery setup. The cream yellow room in the basement, Ethan? That room gave me serious "backrooms" vibes. 😅
Yup. Tear it down because……no good reason. Outdated? My gosh-I still have the original cupboards from when my house was built in the early 70’s. I’d get new if I could. But outdated decor isn’t unlivable. This house is gorgeous!! Too bad the owner had a gambling problem.
What a spectacularly Beautiful home ! Oh to be rich I'd move there in a minute, I Could see some roller skating down in the Orange room just becareful not to bump into the beam Lol Such a disgrace it will be demolished surely someone would buy it and call it home. Thank you Ethan, For another Spectacular Tour You do a excellent job ! Stay Safe our friend 😊👍👍👍🏡
This house should never be torn down. Its beautiful, and perfect. It just needs roof repairs and ceiling and not much of that. What a shame to destroy it.

Agreed, destroying this house is such a waste and shameful.

Ethan, you can still be an architect!! I went back to college when i was 36 and got a Bachelor's and went on to get a Master's!! You can too!!
I would like to think the house would be dismantled, salvaging doors, windows, lots of lumber, etc. Waste is a real downer. Thanks for the tour.
I wonder if salvaging is a niche market. There were 3 neighboring houses that were demolished close together BC Canada). None had any salvaging done even though 2 were sound and move in ready. I would live in this house without any qualms, who cares it was built in the 90’s!!

Amazingly beautiful!!! All the windows are fantastic!!! AND once again needlessly going to destroy beauty!!!
This house is amazing, love that staircase and the beautiful French doors.
The windows that are angled out are referred to as bay windows, it give you a wider spectrum looking out. The house is fantastic inside. They used pale hues of paint on the walls making the rooms look soft and stand out.
People can be so judgmental. Just be yourself! I appreciate everything you do and the way you do it. Love this one.
This house is absolutely gorgeous thanks Ethan for recording this 💜🇦🇺
Gorgeous Home! I'm totally speechless!

What a beautiful home. I was a little surprised that there was no bathroom in the basement after all bedrooms had an en suite. Always great content.
I love ❤️ that big house I'm glad it's not trashed or no vandalism
That place is magnificent, one of the best ones you have done!
Love the “What’s up guys!” It would be great to have merch, baseball hats, shirts/hoodies etc., with your catch phrase on them!!!
Great idea!
I would buy a t-shirt for sure. Ethan has become one of my favorites 😊
I would buy one!
“It’s Huge” too.
Great job on your one take tour of this house! So many explorers jump cut edit their videos, it makes it impossible to get a sense of flow or where you are in the house!

I love this house! The staircase is one of the prettiest I’ve seen. The curved walls with windows gives it a unique look.
It's sad that they feel the need to destroy such a beautiful home.
Gorgeous, I think it still looks top of the line to me. I love your videos because you do show the little things. Thank you for keeping my husband and I entertained. I emphatically agree. Ethan would be an excellent realtor! 😊

I don't understand why they must tear down these beautiful mansions but there's nothing wrong with them
Water damage is normally hard to repair once it starts the the last owners probably could not afford it
Hello Ethan
Wow so sad this home is being torn down!

I believe Ethan means it was updated in 30 years
Ethan gave us his stamp of approval! Hi Ethan, thanx
Ethan I’m loving the staircase and the chandeliers 😎
I love this home! Even though dated, it is absolutely stunning!!🤩 This would definitely be on my list of dream homes! Real beauty , and quality, and taste, are never out of style! Absolutely senseless that it would be demolished! Wonderful find! 🤟✌️
Lovvveee that place, and I love how excited you get about random things...also you not to old to be an architect...you still young
..go for it!!
..
Awesome home! It’s a shame it’s going to be demolished! 😢
Most gorgeous house I've ever seen. Just beautiful.
2 nice of a house just to demolish.😢
Ethan it is never too late to change your career. Your are the best of the best!
Maybe an architectural salvage company
This is my favorite house, of all you've done, absolutely beautiful.
Hi Ethan beautiful home love it all and the stairs going down to basement don't like basement s but I don't mind this one think they painted it bright so its not too creepy wow! Love the chandelier .. Lol hick ups they always come at an unreasonable time lol 😆..
What an exquisite mansion. I loved the stained glass doors and the half circular walls, which gave it character. Thank you for the video.
Ethan, thanks for this wonderful video! I appreciate it very much.
Really sad that that would be demolished. It's just exquisite, but I hope all the molding the marble, the stained glass, the beautiful doors are all taken out before it's demolished. There's beautiful things in there that can be reused
Looking forward to this video the place looks beautiful
Superb house! Shame how it came to be empty.
Hello Ethan 👋I’m watching the video now and this place is amazing ❤️I love it 👍
Im 52 and my favourite eras are the late 90s and early 2000s. The clothes, the music and yes… home decor. Heck my home interior currently looks similar to this one. I’d totally move into this place as is. lol
Beautiful house!! Love all the huge rooms and woodwork!! Thank you!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖
Absolutely gorgeous mansion
Epic another Beautiful Casa, thank you once again! GOD BLESS 🙏
Beautiful home. The biggest waste of any home you have viewed - it’ll get knocked down and replaced with an overpriced piece of crap. Great explore Ethan.
No!! They're demolishing this beauty, too?! Man, I am so angry at this!
3:10
That guy had taste. I don't see often Art Nouveau doors like this, mostly in more modern houses. Behold the meandering foliage design of the grilles. You can identify the style by its characteristic curvy floral compositions and assymetrical layout, if there is any.
3:18
Weird layout though, the transom is placed too high and not correctly centered. If it was my filthy rich house, I would have pruned this tacked on closet to preserve the symmetry of the entryway (adding a second plant niche in the process), made the door higher, crowned it with curved moldings containing a medium size rosace with stained glass, and lined it up with the upstairs landing and last rows of tower windows. The rectangular shape of this transom just doesn't mesh with the arched entrance, in my opinion.
My hallway plan would be slightly different and more axially coordinated, with left side as it is facing the right side access.
4:40
The Queen Anne style tower was a good addition, it gives a château composure to the house. And Gambledore requested good quality wood for the bannister and stairs. I approve!
5:08
I would have put the closet here instead of this poo poo room. Nobody entering the house needs to hear the poo poo flush! What a wacky floor plan.
6:25
Yes Ethan, I like this layout, as well. It even has the potential to include a sun parlor. I would have made the front of the house into a bay window and the backside the sun parlor, if the sunlight pours out on this side of the house of course. Sometimes, to add rhythm to architecture and spice it up, you must disrupt the floor plan symmetry, somewhat. This room is way too large and I'd definitively partition it into two.
11:45
I know what you are talking about, Ethan. This is like a summer terrace to a restaurant. This sun filled space for breakfast time was a neat idea. Just place rustic furniture, like a round whicker table and whicker chairs, where you can sit down and have your snack while reading a newspaper, and you're good to go!
20:40
Yes, Ethan. I love it as much as you do. You can tell by the length of my comment how it flares up my imagination!
Gambledore invested very well his 5 millions. He had nose for estate, yet less acumen for keeping his addiction at check, it seems. I have seen tawdry McMansions valued at 20 millions, not even holding crap to this one. Though, maybe the insulation could have been done better. This house shouldn't have suffered so much from water damage under four years.
Thanks Ethan. Always look forward to your explores!!
I love that kitchen
OMG I LOVE THIS MANSION! AWESOME VIDEO BRO! SAD ITS BEING DEMOLISHED! ❤️🤘👍
Love those doors u r standing by at the beginning of the video. Overall such a beautiful home. Sad to see it be demolished. I'd surely love to have all those doors and cabinet doors. Wow such an incredible home! Thanks so much for sharing.
That house was beautiful. And for that bid room down stairs would be my craft room . I love it!!
Oh my, that staircase is phenomenal! Awesome house.
Cant wait to see it, Dude...
Sweet house Ethan. Very beautiful. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Toilet and sink only are typically called a “powder room.”
What a beautiful home. It’s huge. You always find great homes. Thanks for the nice video.❤
You did good, Ethan .
Hi Ethan I'm watching from the UK love your videos. What a gorgeous house love it. The doors are beautiful, such a shame it's going to be demolished. Keep up the good work
Beautiful entryway and staircase
Excellent Mansion Ethan!!, i dunno anymore like you why they knock these down perhaps land, perhaps the school is near by, they like the suburb or Town cant wait for the next one
They demolish them cause the almighty dollar always wins out
I can't for the life of me figure out WHY they would want to tear this down! It's gorgeous! What a waste!
WOW what a beautiful house ...incredible throughout ...you hit the jackpot with this one Ethan..lots of natural light, curved walls ,beautiful staircase ..stunning...thanks Ethan for the tour...stay safe well and happy 💋
I can not belive this is getting torn down this place is amazing,
Such pretty doors! Great property! Thank you
This is an amazing absolutely stunning property. That house I love everything about it. I’d live there in a heartbeat. Too be able to live in that for even 6 months I’d be happy. Thanks for sharing. Awsome.
We are such a wasteful society. This house should live a 100 years or more
Untouched for 30 yrs, must be a hell of an electric bill!
😂). Ethan,This was a beautiful house with alot of nice features.I love watching your videos..
This house has a lot of valuble items that needs to sold to make money before the demo happens. Those items can be used in new houses.
What a beautiful house! I love the way the staircase is off to the side of the front door.
Ethan, this was the most beautiful home. I would love to live there. Absolutely loved it! Thank you for sharing. On to the next. Stay safe!🙏
it's to bad it's being destroyed. would loved to have seen the Chandler lite up . thanks for sharing. ❤❤❤ stay safe love ya
Why can't you go back to school, and learn something new. Do they have scholarships or some way to help to pay for school? I think you are right, you do notice little details.😊
I agree!! I like an older house over a new one!! It’s a great house !! Thanks for sharing!!
love the house. I also love all the curves in the rooms and the fact that the curved staircase is off to the side and not directly in front of you when you enter the house. Wish I could own it. I would bring everything up to date, replace some of the tile, paint, get rid of all the carpet, do all repairs and live in it.
I love the windows it let in natural light and I love the chandelier beautiful this house is amazing I love it❤️
Absolutely beautiful place!!!! I enjoyed the video, thank you for sharing!!
I love this house. WOW!!
Just beautiful, and it's a shame it cannot be saved. Love this video ❤❤
Looking forward to it.
The home could still be top of the line. New paint, fixture updates, minor repairs, and you have a beautiful home.
Basement, the orange room. I would put in an archery setup.
The cream yellow room in the basement, Ethan? That room gave me serious "backrooms" vibes. 😅
This house was awesome, it should not be torn down its a beautiful. I would love to live there.
Yup. Tear it down because……no good reason. Outdated? My gosh-I still have the original cupboards from when my house was built in the early 70’s. I’d get new if I could. But outdated decor isn’t unlivable. This house is gorgeous!! Too bad the owner had a gambling problem.
Awesome house!
