YES kumquat its tiny oranges ohh so good rich in vitamins .We have 2 huge trees growing every year the produce a awesome amount . Love this home it had a great life with lots of love . Sad ending bye bye bye house hello ugly warehouse. Thank you for sharing this beauty to me. Love ya Barbara & Sam FL.
First video I've watched that's had a wishing well. Nice feature. That appears to be either a comquat or loquat tree, and yes you can eat it, you don't peel fruit. Fruit is about the size of a grape tomato. Never seen a marble toilet or bidet before. Wonder if they had it custom made. Beautiful bathroom, love the mirrors above sink. Beautiful home with some unique features. You showed a lot of respect for the home, sure previous owner would have been proud. Really enjoyed video, thank you.
This house & the property is gorgeous! To demolish this beautiful home should be illegal! My lord too put warehouse’s there is disgusting 🤮! I love everything about this house! Awesome video as always! 👍👍❤️🤘
It makes me sick to hear about houses that get demolished and the developer plans to put in a big warehouse into the land where those houses used to be. If you saw 4 houses on 6 acres of land and the developer wanted to put in like for example a shopping center you would rebel and say those houses are very beautiful don't do that BS thing and demolished those houses!
yes canada is so strange how it likes to demolish perfect mint condition houses heard this lot about there, do not know why-maybe because they are so snobby in letting anyone visit and or move there i know i wasn't even allowed to visit or move to vancouver before-cuz they want their realty to be unbought go to waste and be desolate and then they wonder why-cuz they aren't open to ANY immigration ever it seems like thats why, so its on them they like abandoned desolation i guess and hard to sell houses going to waste-englands that way too (so no one go there cuz its sucks in that way how they hate people and will get you to hate people too with their hermit emntality of missiing out on life i live in area with them now, and i regret wanting to stubbornly live amongst them stince they still snub you and you wind up inmarried and abrren and alone and sad all the time and lonely-not reccomended at all for tourism nor moving-neither place! they hate tourists and all people like the grinch i guess haha oh well their loss when their land becomes ruins then and ruins their economy
That was a beautiful home. Kitchen, awesome. The sunroom was awesome. It does not make sense to trash everything inside 😠 whoever bought it just to tear it down, should have offered a couple of weeks where anyone could salvage items. It has just sat until scheduled demolishing, so what difference would it make to offer salvaging? Developers don't care. So sad 😢 Thank you for sharing. 😊
It isn't worth the developer's time to salvage anything, but they could open the house to companies that do salvage for a living. The developer would be left with far less house and rubble to remove. All those light fixtures, doors, and the marble bathroom are worth a small fortune! 14:20 would I ever love to have that chandelier and matching wall sconces! WOW! That sunroom is fantastic! I could almost live in that room.
With so many people struggling it is a slap in their face to tear such a well kept building down. It could be sold to a family needing more space for a low price. It may be a little outdated but a family of 4 could live a good life in this house just as it is, aside from the obvious water problem in the basement. But that is probably an easy fix.
OK. This kind of stuff is starting to make me REALLY SAD!!!! This Estate is just INCREDIBLE!!!! From the Stained Glass Entryway, to the Arched Doorways, to the BEAUTIFUL Stairwell and Kitchen!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE how CLEAN THAT KITCHEN WAS!!!! And to put UGLY WAREHOUSES in it's PLACE?! It's just CRIMINAL!!!! Don't they sell any of this stuff?! I mean, the Appliances alone could fetch some BIG MONEY!!!! Not to mention the French Doors and Light Fixtures!!!! PITIFUL, JUST PITIFUL!!!!
The update at the end made my heart sink, such a waste. That was a very interesting and unique house, on another level compared with the other ones you have shown us.
It’s one thing to put housing on these lots but warehouses?? How many warehouses are necessary? What a beautiful home! Just to be demolished just for warehouses!
Sad these homes got torn down.If I lived there I never would sell it, unless they pay me for what I want for price and to build another home of equal value plus moving and any other expenses.
It should be a crime not to save what they could from the house. It was so beautiful. I love watching but it upsets me when a beautiful place is getting destroyed and nothing is saved.😢
They should think about how many people that have nothing could benefit from these homes why put warehouse there people need to live there and get the help they need
How odd to have a laundry room right by the front door. There didn't seem to be a dryer either. I wonder if that was actually meant to be a half bath for guests. OK, now that I see the laundry is actually in the basement AND there is one of those stair lifts I believe the washer was placed in that space on the main level for an elderly owner. I'm not familiar with that brand but I bet it's one of those combination washer/dryers.
so sad eh, what a loss, they should allow the house mover companies, like cds or drummond, to remove it and re-sell it. that would save them the cost of demolition and save houses we need for other vacant land
It should be a big crime to demo houses like that. If I were the homeowner I would make the fine for demolishing houses like that on to be 500 dollars because it's not there house in Canada it's the homeowners house to live in.
This house does NOT look like it was left for years. It looks like it was recently abandoned not long ago. The smoke detector says "installed 2023". Sad thing 🤷🏽♀️
What a beautiful house and property. Whomever had this place loved it and kept it immaculate. Honestly, with the amount of people that need housing it pisses me off that this place will get razed to the ground for industrial buildings. America already has empty warehouses for our industry needs. Buy USA. 🙄😪
I was just wondering who has the last say so if a hhouse will be distroyed. I can't believe the people who decided that factor even come to see what is being demolished. To my mind I just think is for the money not for good reason at all. Even if its been bought out well and good but no good inten for the people s benefit. But the government s.😮😮😮
Love this house, beautiful brick fireplace. Love the staircase. ❤❤❤❤❤

That fruit tree is a kumquat tree. They are edible. Can be sour

For elderly or handicapped.

Hi Urbex!❤
Very nice Urbex 🏠
So sad to see what was done with that beautiful home.....🥲
Just what we need another warehouse 👎😥 . This is a beautiful house. It's sad to see that's it's being demolished . 😒
