The context and personal reflection you add to your videos really puts your channel head and shoulders over so many other exploration channels. Great storytelling; fantastic camera work - this was so satisfying to watch! 💜
I love the upgraded camera that isn’t moving all over the place. That and how he is so calm during the showing is just miles above all the other explorers.
I love how you took the time to find out the history of this GORGEOUS Time peice!!...Everything inside was breathtaking and priceless!...Such a gem, .....It once was the hub of attention, big names in society flocked to it's doors to be a part of what was inside, champagne glasses clinked, many toasts were given, Celebrations of Holiday bliss, anniversaries, weddings, engagements...along with heartache and sorrow cling to it's walls, the architecture of long ago still singing it's praises and boasting of former glory. THUMBS UP!...I LOVED IT! 👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks so much! I really put in a lot of effort to dig up the history of the mansion, so it’s awesome to hear you appreciated it. The stories and history are just amazing. Your love and support means a lot. Thumbs up right back at you! 👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you so much for your heartfelt comment. It means the world to me that you appreciated the backstory of this beautiful old home. Your support and connection to these explorations fuel my dedication. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me.
I recently had an estate sale at a house in Charlotte, NC, that had been sitting vacant for years. The woman who owned the house had passed away, and her family didn't know how to cope with her death. They left everything in the house, and a week after I did the sale, the house was demolished. I just found your channel, and I love it!
Ok Jeremy, I saw the live & you definitely upped your game! Your research & storytelling is incredible. I definitely will watch it again. Congrats on your move. I know you will continue to excel. Stay safe on that beaten path 💕🙋🏻♀️
Thank you so much! It really means a lot coming from you. I’m so glad you enjoyed the video and noticed the improvements! There's a lot of love that was put into this one. Welcome back Jeremy. I love all of your explores, but you have taken this to a whole new level. Your story telling is superb. You breathed life back into this beautiful house.
Jeremy you are so professional in what you do from the research filming and the way you tell the story in a caring passionate way , your 0:03 always so respectful .. can’t wait for your next exploration 😊
I love how you bring these explores to life by telling the history. So sad to see it left! That is a secretary at the 28:45 mark. When writing was actually taught, letter writing was done at these desks-all the supplies were kept here in one convenient space. My mom has one. They are very cool. This is so sad seeing all these beautiful pieces just left! Renovation of this beauty would be daunting.
I love your passion for the antiques and furniture. Your desire to save them and the home. You can hear your heart break about it all and the families that lived there. I feel the EXACT same way. Thank you for doing what you do, including the rich history lessons. So important! ❤❤
Another amazing masterpiece that you’ve put together through what I can only imagine being countless hours of dedication to your craft. This Mansion has such a rich history within its walls, and you did a knockout job telling the story. The fact that you don’t have millions and millions of subscribers is a shame with how much time and pure passion you put into each and every upload. Cannot wait for your next piece.
Jeremy it is so nice to see you back presenting us with another wonderful history of this beautiful mansion. This house has seen its share of tragedy through the years, but still stands so proudly. The windows and stained glass are just stunning! I love how you are taking us on a tour and then cut back to your studio for a private chat. Do you think this mansion has private security, I don’t see any sign of vandalism? Keep up the good work , you are much appreciated.
Thank you so much! It truly has stood the test of time despite its many tragedies. The windows and stained glass are incredible, right? I’m glad you enjoy the tour and the studio chats! As for security, I believe the mansion does have some level of protection, which helps keep it in such good shape. Thanks for your support and kind words!
So happy you are back!! Love this video ..I really enjoy how you give such a detailed tour and back story to the home.Excited to see what you bring us next
Please, please, please, someone save these beautiful pieces of furniture left in this mansion. Jeremy, well done on another interesting piece. Can't wait for more.
You are a great storyteller and you usage of descriptive words is excelling in elevating your story to almost like a documentary. This was a wonderful mansion and I look forward to seeing more. 😊

Jeremy, you make your explorations so much more interesting with all the side stories you tell. This is the first time I have viewed your videos but I will definitely keep an eye out for all that you show. Keep up the good work 💐🌹🪷
Jeremy!!!!....you're back!! 😃😃 I've been having withdrawls, waiting impatiently for your next masterpiece to appear. I'm so excited to see what your new video has in store for us!! I hope all is well with you!! 😊
Jeremy u have outdone yourself this time. Luv your new format. Good move. Exceptional job on the hx & presentation of this house. I'm a big believer of back stories & personal info of the owners. I'm overwhelmed with the antiques. Heartbreaking they r rotting away. Thx 4 sharing this incredible mansion. Documenting these buildings & hx of owners is so important. Much luv to u & Big Banks Carry on, please. U guys make a good team.
I would like to say I have been waiting patiently but have been on pins and needles hoping for something. I am excited. Thank you again. This was an amazing story and a beautiful home. Such tragedies in this place for sure.
Wow!! What an amazing account of history behind this location!! The furniture was out of this world!! 😮 I throughly enjoyed. This was well worth the wait. Congratulations on your new move and hope it brings you plenty of success and happiness. Looking forward to the next adventure!! 🦋
Thank you for this video. Love your presentation & appreciation for design & Architecture & antiques. Appreciate you giving us the back story of the Mansion, how it changed ownership. The piece you asked about in one of the bedrooms. It was a roll top desk. Places for all your envelops & desk supplies. Beautiful piece.
Thank you so much for watching! I’m glad you enjoyed the presentation and my appreciation for design, architecture, and antiques. I love sharing the backstories and how the mansion changed ownership over the years. And thanks for identifying the roll top desk! It’s such a beautiful piece. Your support and insights mean a lot to me!
The thing with all the little drawers is probably a secretary. My parents have one from my grandfather. Thanks for another amazing video. I can’t wait for what else is to come! I also love your voice; it’s perfect for what you do. ❤
I absolutely LOVE the amount of history that you include in your videos. I do realize that information is not that readily available, but you always seem to find just the RIGHT AMOUNT to weave a wonderfully exciting (sometimes sad) tale. THIS house was beyond amazing!! Also another example of me wanting to call "whoever " to come and save some of the antique items left behind! What a shame!! 😢 Thank you for another FANTASTIC video!! And as always.....your voice....I cld listen to for an eternity. You cld be reading a label from dog food and I'd be like....😊. You need to start narrating audio book or something Jeremy. At any rate...thank you for sharing and posting this spectacular property!!
Thank you so much! I appreciate that you love the historical depth in my videos-it means a lot to hear that the stories resonate with you. This house was truly something special, and I totally get the urge to save those beautiful antiques. It is such a shame to see them left behind. Your kind words about my voice made my day! Maybe I’ll look into narrating audiobooks someday. 😉 Thanks for the suggestion and for your wonderful support. I’m so glad you enjoyed the video and the property. Can’t wait to share more adventures with you!
Covering wood floors with carpet or rugs was a thing in the 40's, 50's, and 60's. Putting in wood floors was common in even the most modest homes prior to the 1970's so rugs and carpets in the early to mid-century was the style. Beautiful house. Thank you for the wonderful historical context including related films. It's really rare in abandoned home films from what I've observed.
Yay, a new video! Thank you for posting! Greetings from eastern Idaho! And I love the snippets of history that you added! I'm a big history buff, so I really appreciated that aspect, as well as the Asian aspect. I love the orient!
I noticed that the obituary of the Nunelly first wife, says she died in Saranac Lake. Saranac Lake had a lot of “cure cottages” for Tuberculosis patients. That’s also an interesting story in itself. Certain cure cottages were very expensive to stay at. One could assume that is what her illness was. On a side note I live 22 miles from Saranac Lake. Keep the explorations coming!
Great eyes! So Mary Nunnally's sickness was so bad, their honeymoon was a 'motoring trip' up North, which as it turned out were these cure cottages in Saranac Lake. And that place's guests were a who's who of the time: Mark Twain, Jack Dempsey, Al Jolson, Einstein, Harrison, McKinley, Coolidge and Roosevelt. Interestingly enough, not FDR (mentioned in the video) who made 41 visits to Atlanta as he tried to rebuild his leg muscles from the debilitating effects of polio.
Love that you do your homework on the actual property owners. ❤ keep up the good job 👏 and can't wait to see what you have to come 😀 🙌 from Milwaukee Wisconsin. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much! I love digging into the history of these places, and I’m glad you appreciate it. Your support means a lot. Shoutout to Milwaukee! Stay tuned for more exciting adventures ahead. 😊🙌❤👏
Fortunately (or unfortunately), a lot of the furniture left in that house isn't too old.... A lot of it, like the off-white French Provincial bedroom suite is "expensive" 1970s furniture. The wardrobe with the carved lady on the door, is "high end" late Seventies, early Eighties from the word GO. There are few China Cabinets that are antique, a couple of desks that are antique, and a few of the chairs look to be pre-20th Century. A few really easy ways to tell how old a piece of furniture is...ONE- how is it put together? Furniture built 1750s into the 1950s will be screwed together with FLAT HEAD screws... After about 1956, the industry moved to using Phillips Head screws. 2- How is the piece finished? Pre 1960s furniture will have a finish that feels "soft", or slightly gummy to the touch... Natural laquer or shellac. Furniture after that time usually has a polyurethane finish and feels "dry" and has a more mat finish. 3- The Hardware... Like the handles and hinges, the key escutcheons, etc... earlier pieces (1700s to 1930s) will have heavily CAST or HAND WROUGHT hardware on it. The later stuff will have hardware that just feels "cheaper" to the touch. But probably the surest way to quickly guesstimate, is by looking for either flat head screws, versus Phillips Head screws. I'd have to bet that the long room with the fountain and stained glass was added in the late 80s or early 90s, the big stained glass window at the end of the room looks to be out of a church, circa 1880s. The fountain looks "new", as in 1980s new, along with that 2 inch square tile... That look was BIG in the Eighties. I wonder if one of the owners was looking to turn that house into a Wedding Venue, or something like that? Hopefully someone with beaucoup dollars will eventually renovate that one! Cheers
JEREMY THIS ABSOLUTELY HAS TO BE ONE OF YOUR BEST WORKS. WITH ALL OF THE HISTORY YOU HAVE BROUGHT FORWARD MAKES THIS SO MUCH MORE SPECIAL. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.
You do such a fantastic job with your work in putting this video together. It was so great, thank you! Exploring abandoned old houses is one thing but you make it so interesting with your research and all the info you provide. It takes you back in time. Thank you for the trip! Looking forward to the next one❤️
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed the video. It means a lot to hear that you appreciate the research and the effort that goes into making these explorations interesting. I love taking you all back in time and sharing the stories behind these abandoned old houses. Your support and enthusiasm keep me going. Can't wait to bring you the next adventure! ❤️
Impressive job! Can anyone tell me how this place hasn't been vandalized or burglarized over the years? I bought a historic house in STL in the 80s. 2 days later, thieves broke in and precision cut out all of the antique architectural moldings, stairway hand rails, stained glass windows, copper and antique fixtures overnight. It's a shame to let those elements go to waste here. While an amazing piece of architecture, I can't imagine anyone investing what it would take to remodel to modern code. The Japanese room was one of the most beautiful things I've seen in an American home Cheers!!
Thank you so much! It really is impressive how well-preserved this place is. It's surprising that it hasn't been vandalized or burglarized over the years. It’s a real testament to either its remote location, some level of security, or just plain good luck. Your story about the historic house in STL is heartbreaking-such a loss of beautiful and irreplaceable artifacts. It’s always a shame when these architectural treasures are left to decay or are stolen. Renovating to modern code would indeed be a massive undertaking, but preserving such beauty is worth the effort. The Japanese room is truly stunning, one of the most unique and beautiful features I’ve seen in an American home as well. Cheers to appreciating and preserving these incredible pieces of history! 🥂
So Jeremy how is LA treating you? I do hope you are being careful there, it is a dangerous city. I still haven't made it to TN, but hopefully soon, still in California. It amazes me how you can take us through the same place as someone else has already done and it is like it is an entirely different building. I had already formed an opinion of this place and it wasn't impressive, then you put your informative spin on it in your hypnotic voice and suddenly I like it as much as you do. It's always exciting when you surprise me and everyone else with a new video. Great job on this one! Take care and be safe.
I love this house simply because of how good the natural lighting is There are so many big windows and they are so well placed they don't look like there are too many of them Beautiful that is
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed the storytelling. The mansion's history is indeed a poignant blend of tragedy and beauty, and I wanted to capture both aspects to do justice to its past. It's incredible how much depth and emotion can be found within its walls. Thank you for watching and appreciating the effort that goes into these stories. 🙏❤
I love watching your explores!! I've watched several different explorers but came back because I love the way you research the homes. You appreciate the antique furniture, the details in every piece and the respect you have for the previous owners & the property. As an added bonus, your soothing voice which is the icing on the cake! Thank you!
the stained glass is spell-binding! My heart breaks that this sits unloved and in danger. Thank you as always for the historical background because without it, we'd have no idea why it's designed the way it is.
What a beautiful thing you have done for this awesome mansioñ. The back story is amazing, I couldn't stop watching. The most wonderful part were the stàined glass windows. Thank you so much
Thank you for another wonderful exploration and congratulations on this new format. It's wonderful. Your writing skills are coming through here and they are absolutely wonderful.
Thanks so much for the awesome feedback! I’m really excited about this new format, so it’s great to hear you’re enjoying it. And I’m glad you liked the writing-I’ve been working hard on it! Thanks for your support!
Jeremy I love the chair you are sitting in and the light shade. I’m so glad to hear that you are going to be able to put more videos together with your team as I love your tales and suggestions of what might have happened in the past. Take care love from Lyn in Australia
Jeremy, Just finished this episode. As always..... AMAZING job! The work you do to bring these explorations to us is OVER THE TOP! Good to see you hanging with Mr. B.B.! The both of you are my favorite explorers out of the ones iam subscribed to. The respect you guys show for these places you take us is to be commended. Again..... Thanks for taking us along! Stay Safe and REMEMBER..... NEVER RIDE FASTER THAN YOUR ANGLE CAN FLY!! Hope the bike is treating you well. ✌😎
Beautiful house. I'll never understand how people can just walk away from a home and leave everything in it. My guess is some of those antiques were left behind by the last owner. Due to the furniture styles being so different. I truly hope someone rescues those beautiful pieces of furniture before they are warped by moisture and mold.
Your digs are amazing , love your decor right down to your tool cabinets, your Triumph and accessories. Plus your material cloth (reminds me of france) and chair to match. I like the way you changed things up bringing in the different eras. Jeremy, could you imagine all the wood to be natural with natural wood floors now that would be elegant with the patterns of all the windows. WoW! Nice! Thanks Jeremy stay safe!
So glad to see you back Jeremy, thank you for this wonderful story of this beautiful house. You are such a good storyteller, hope to see you again soon.
Jeremy thanks for this video. Your story telling is the best, hope you could get to the UK one day we have some abandoned mansions that need the Jeremy touch.
Woke up to a new exploration and enjoying over coffee. I could listen to your voice all day long. Great storytelling and glad you have some new digs in Los Angeles. Look forward to seeing new content from you. This place would take a LOT of money to redo. Maybe Georgia will choose to restore. State government could make the money back by using as event space.
I love the way you told the story of this house!!! It makes the story so much more satisfying. Thank you for this wonderful video and pls keep them coming. ⚜️
Thank you, Jeremy-a beautiful production as usual. I never thought I’d like an orange room (although I do love color and have a Tiffany Blue living room, lol), but I LOVE the orange and white. What a gorgeous room! I wouldn’t change a thing either. The liquor cabinet is very interesting. I believe that the wood on the piece of furniture (I forget what it was-a buffet maybe) was birds-eye maple in the door insets (like you said) surrounded by tiger/curly maple. It’s highly prized and fairly rare wood because it’s not a type of tree but random wood growth irregularity/imperfections. Typically maple is light because it doesn’t accept stain well. That piece is likely dark from natural patina-oxidation over time. Maple also becomes darker with UV exposure-same as cherry. Walnut is one of few that lightens in the sun. Oak can go both ways depending on the species. I always appreciate your attention to details on the furniture and architecture (and wallpaper where there is some). Thanks again!❤
Thank you so much for your lovely comment and for sharing all that fascinating information! I’m glad you enjoyed the orange room-I was surprised by how much I liked it too! Your insights about the wood types and their characteristics are incredibly valuable. Birds-eye maple and tiger maple are indeed special, and I love learning about the natural patina and UV effects on the wood. I really appreciate your attention to detail and your kind words about the production. It’s great to connect with someone who shares a love for these beautiful elements. Thanks again! ❤
@@JeremyXplores You’re welcome. My mom refinished antique furniture my entire life (50 yrs) and still does at age 76. I guess I paid attention, lol. I can’t wait to see your next adventure! Stay safe.❤️
So so glad you're back to showing us these absolutely gorgeous properties ❤️. I especially love that you research the previous owners in history as well.
The narrative on this and the music and the story itself is beautiful…. I also love the last room the best. Thank you for bringing us a part of history. 🤩
I love old architecture and especially old mansions. The amount of work that goes into the design of these mansions is so elaborate. I just discovered your channel.Thank you for the tour.🤩
What an amazing mansion, yet again, but imagine you sleep at the bedroom at, 10:36 and have to close and open all the curtains every day😂. How ever, i love it how your videos are made, the history, beautiful shots and the respect you have for the buildings. Thank you so much! ♥️
28:20. A writing desk. Love your amazing videos and can’t wait until your next one. Keep up the good work and stay safe. Thank you for this one, I’m from GA and lived in Atl for 25 years.
The room at the end of the video is my favorite too!! Bravo Jeremy!
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you loved that room too-it has such a unique charm and character. Thank you for being so thorough in your presentation and not just casually walking through and voicing your personal opinions only. Many thanks!
Thanks so much! I’m really glad you noticed. I try to dig deep and give a full picture, not just my opinions. Appreciate you watching and supporting the channel!
Are you criticizing Bros of decay channel 🙄
I appreciate that you give the history on each location, I like to research the families. Thankyou for the respectful content.
I totally agree. I love the way he presents his videos. He is a great narrator and definitely was blessed with that talent.

Much luv to u & Big Banks
Carry on, please.
U guys make a good team.
I would like to say I have been waiting patiently but have been on pins and needles hoping for something. I am excited.
Thank you again. This was an amazing story and a beautiful home. Such tragedies in this place for sure.
Thanks so much for your patience and excitement haha! I’m pumped to share this with you. Hope you enjoy the journey!!
BIG UPS for you Jeremy!! Props on your new team, so excited for what's to come!! 🥳
Thank you for another FANTASTIC video!!
I love the coloured glass windows so lovely
Wow Jeremy that was definitely worth waiting for, i love the way you tell the story of these homes, i thoughly enjoyed video, thankyou ❤
@@Immaculati, thank you for this great information!! Added another unique dimension.
I love what you doing ! And love to listening to you 👏🏼 BRAVO ! Anie from Quebec, Canada 🇨🇦
Thank you so much, Anie! I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos and my narration. Your support means a lot. Shoutout to Quebec, Canada! 🇨🇦👏🏼😊
Cheers
Beautifully done. Details you nailed them can't wait to see more videos ❤. Love the new place.
Sadly missed the live.😕
Great camera work!!😁
Very interesting history you’v researched behind this abandoned building!!
I likey!! 😊👍
Love this. Love the history. It brings the house back to life, imagining the past owners, living there life within the property.
Hi! Jeremy thanks for the amazing vlogs for today👍👏❤Watching from: Jacksonville Fl.
Hey there! Thanks for watching and for the kind words! Shoutout to Jacksonville, FL! 🙌😊
@@JeremyXplores Thanks for the thoughtful reply, Jeremy. I wish you prosperity with the big move forward with the channel.
I love this house simply because of how good the natural lighting is
There are so many big windows and they are so well placed they don't look like there are too many of them
Beautiful that is
Beautiful story telling ❤ lots of tragedy along with its beauty. Thank you 🙏 ❤
Thank you so much! 🙏❤
@@JeremyXploresyou are the best at this! I enjoy every post!❤❤❤
OMG! I love watching these Abandoned Properties shows. Yours was the first one that gave a history of the house and owners. Thank you.
Thank you so much
That is an AMAZING piece! Never saw one either!
What a beautiful mansion. So sad to let it decay. Thanks for all the owners history. I really like the indoor fountain. Thanks for the tour.
Hey jeremy! Happy exploring!!
Hey there! Thanks so much! Happy to have you along for the adventure! 😊
One item you asked about with the little drawers and pull down closure is a roll top desk.
Is it French Provincial? It looks like my parents' old bedroom set. So pretty
Beautiful...
Thanks for sharing this gem with us Jeremy ❤
Jeremy,
Just finished this episode.
Splendid video. Remarkably well researched! Thank you, Jeremy, for unearthing the fascinating stories of the owners of this amazing home.
Thank you for sharing this with us it’s beautiful
Thank you Jeremy for showing us this this magnificent home and for telling us it’s history. You are a wonderful storyteller.
So glad to see you back Jeremy, thank you for this wonderful story of this beautiful house. You are such a good storyteller, hope to see you again soon.
Awesome video, as usual, Jeremy. The stories on the histories of these old homes, narration, and videography, all excellent. Thank you. 🙂👍
Great story Great Job Bravo !!!! I like to restore it seriously!
What an Awesome place to explore! Thank you so much for showing it, I can’t believe All the Beautiful furnishings, Love the light filled rooms!
The narrative on this and the music and the story itself is beautiful…. I also love the last room the best. Thank you for bringing us a part of history. 🤩
Excellent vlog! You took the time to research all the owners' other vlogs of abandoned properties don't take the time. Thanks so much for sharing!
Beautiful, hopefully someone will preserve it restore to its once glory
