- In this episode of Urban Exploring, I will be taking for a tour of this absolutely incredible Castle Mansion, which was abandoned around 2021. This interesting home sits on a massive property, deep in the woods in a very peaceful and quiet area. The home seems to have had a bit of a troubled history over the last 15 years, with the owners finally having to leave due to bankruptcy. Join me for a look inside this incredible home, and everything that they were forced to leave behind!

Tacky on the outside, a beaut on the inside, but with a creep factor.
Allow me to give my far fetched ideas on this place. Rich and powerful Chinese businessmen came to use the mansion as a short term meeting place to make some shady, massive land deals in North America. They brought along high taste women and their children.
When their real estate puchases were complete all disbanded in great haste.
(Remember, I said "far fetched")
Thanks for the tour Greg!
🤠👍
Notes:
13:08 Overlooked briefcase containing incriminating evidence on the widowsill.
18:17 Yep.
18:33 And they were masters of desguise.
19:34 Google translate did a poor job or perhaps it's a secret code👀:
"If it is auspicious, you can take the electronic music food house at noon and take notes"
24:44 Average Chinese quality in manufacturing.
1:01:30 The meeting table where deals were cut, likely the center contained a map of North America, if not, spin the bottle...without the bottle. 🤔
(Colorful comment eh? It was fun creating this.)
Not such a short comment! I love your theory. It's probably bang on lol. I enjoyed this post a lot. That's some interesting translation there. Thank you so much for making it to the premiere and leaving this greatness for everybody to enjoy! Have a great Christmas John

Where is this located? Fixed up, this would make a perfect wedding venue
This is located in Ontario Canada. That actually isn't a bad idea for the place! Thank you for watching and commenting
great idea! Probably make a mint too
Such an incredible house. Definitely not a disappointing explore Greg! I am pretty sure they spent more money on the inside, than what the original purchase price. Keep Orange Crushing It & Merry Christmas!
I'm glad you enjoyed it Tommy. I know you were looking forward to it so I'm glad it did not disappoint. Merry Christmas to you too, talk soon!!
THEY DID NOT LEFT ALL THAT BEHIND THE RESIDENTS WAS TAKEN AWAY THEY HAD NO CHOICE
Hey they you for watching. No truer words have been spoken. Thank you very much for watching and commenting
What a hideous house inside and out
Hah so you're saying you won't be buying it...
@@UncappedFilms 🤣🤣🤣
Lol. Well thanks for watching either way and I hope you'll stick around for some more
The furniture is too fancy for me. I'm a country girl. I like the country style homes better. That house is for fancy people. I don't care if I were the richest person in the world I am and always will be a country girl.
Hey Connie! Nothing wrong with that at all in my books. Country style is the best! Thank you for watching this one!
Gorgeous chandelier in the entry.
Gorgeous furniture thats my style.
Very expensive wood throughout the beautiful home.
Wonderful wrought iron throughout the beautiful home.
Can you imagine living there and having to downsize😢
Hey Terri! The chandelier is absolutely amazing here, one of the most incredible things I've ever seen. And they did have impressive wood throughout the house. No expense was spared here as you noticed! Having the downgrade from this kind of lifestyle definitely would be hard. Although nobody would want to hear you complain about it hahaha. Thank you for watching and commenting again and I hope you have a great night
I'll never understand why people leave so much stuff behind, WHY? Ive seen a few places like this left in the same condition by same culture, WHY? So many people needing and wanting a 'home' and these owners showed NO RESPECT for this home. Inside lovely, but yes, outside tacky. Still a travesty given the times we're living in.
Hey thank you for watching and commenting. I think in this case they were forced out and had to leave everything behind, but you make a very valid point and it is kind of a disturbing feeling when you look at the situation that many people are in. Thank you very much again for watching and commenting. I hope to hear from you again
This is one of your best explorers yet! This place is massive! Loved it. I think my favorite part was the wine cellar room and the indoor pool. Hope you have a Merry Christmas Greg! See you next week.
Thanks so much Jamie!! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I saved the best for Christmas! I really like that room a lot too. Definitely my favorite place and the pool was right behind it. Merry Christmas to you as well Jamie, we'll see you next week!!
Stunning on the inside, it's absolutely huge, im with you about the chairs far too snazzy for me
Hey El! Glad you saw this one, it was crazy to explore. It's a huge place, but it's definitely got some issues. Those chairs. Yeah they don't do it for me! Thanks for watching this one
@@UncappedFilms making my way through slowly ,absolutely mental that these homes are just left , that home is beautiful a little to high class for my liking though, fireplace mantels would be grand anywhere though 😀
@El-px6wl it is. Sometimes it's hard to believe. I'm glad you're enjoying the content!
Thank you for filming this Greg. It’s unbelievable how much one so it’s important that people like you take the time and document it in a different style than I do. You did an awesome job as always. Thanks.
Thanks for making the premiere it was great to have you there. I'm glad we both saw this on the same day and I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks as always Kathi

I certainly hope not. I was hoping their child was super spoiled. Thank you for watching and commenting
I THINK SO THAT HOUSE IS SINISTER AND ISOLATED PERFECT FOR DURTY SHENANIGANS
Wow😮 look at all the windows. All the wood trim. They left ALOT!! That stair railing😍the light fixtures. The metal design on things😍Forgot to say that backyard I❤ that firepit. The floors I'm just in love with everything my mouth is drooling I'm just trying to capture it all as you show us Greg 👍 which of those rooms was the masters? They both where drop dead georgous😍 so if I don't say slot I'm just watching✌ This is a stunning explore. I didn't see the child's room did I miss that?? Wow look at that view❤ Like the cupboards doors. All the wanescoating😍 nice big aquarium. Wow the stuff in the basement. Awe kitty cat😻The outside is just amazing😍Did I say all The doors were stunning😍 that home theater room😮😍 The ceilings❤ The wine cellar😍 Is that table big enough Greg ?haha. Wow just stunning the woodwork on that table❤ that light. Wow just wow. Its such a shame that they left those belongings just to decay😢😥 ok that pool area 😮😍 thank you for this georgous explore Greg👍 onto next one✌
Hey Catherine!
This place was crazy. outside, inside, backstory, you name it lol. I think the room with the gold furniture was the true master, but there seemed to be a master like room upstairs too, so I don't know. LOL what did you think was the master? There are tons of crazy features here, as you pointed out, but the most amazing had to be that massive table right?? I'm glad you saw this one and enjoyed it, it was a COOL explore to do! Thank you for your viewership and all these great comments!
they use them to fill holes in the rack some people get crazy and want to look like they have way more money then they actually have and they spent a milly on the wine when they all got water with food coloring and water or cheap wine instead🤣🤣🤣
Hey that's a nice little scam lol who would know better. Thanks for watching and leaving the comment... that was a good laugh
Wow! Yes mind blowing. I enjoyed the explore. This place is beautiful. It’s huge. I got lost lol 😂. How many bathrooms and bed rooms. I love the pool. See you next week.
I'm glad you thought so!! I wasn't kidding in the intro was I lol. I lost count too trust me it was nuts. See you next week Merry Christmas
@@UncappedFilms merry Christmas 🎁🎄.
Hi John, I think you are spot on! Merry Christmas
I think he is too
At 15:52, that light looks like it might have been over a pool table or dining table. That gold furniture is gaudy, it looks like something Trump would own. My theory is they were renting the place or possibly house sitting while the owner was out of the country for the winter (I say winter because the calendar showed March),. While there they sold off as many of the owner's furnishings as they could, maxed out credit cards buying expensive designer goods (identity theft) then vanished into the night leaving the owner with this disaster. If they did own the house they probably bought it furnished then skipped on the mortgage. The bomber struck again (where was Dave?). The whole house inside and out is very sad. It must have been beautiful before it was mistreated. Nice pool.
Hey Carol! Yes that is what I think (the table later found in the garage too).. I'm still finding the story surrounding this place to be a mystery. IT may have been rented out somehow though, that would make sense wouldn't it??? Thank you for checking this one out Carol!
House is designed terribly. Should have had an elevator in it also. Makes things like this attractive to more buyers. Had it been for sale. More elderly that buys nice an wants a large house. They can get to the whole home. People with disabilities or in the family ect.
But I’ve been in some very nice homes. This definitely isn’t the top of the list by a long shit
Hey there thanks for watching this one! It definitely is not very well designed and it's suffering the consequences of it now. I can't imagine this house remaining there in the future. The property was recently purchased. Thank you for watching this and leaving the comment
It's beautiful and luxurious, but it lacks the warmth of a family home.
Hey there, you're absolutely right. It feels cold. Thank you so much for watching the video and leaving a comment!
This architecture is so weird. Someone's idea of a medieval castle. Creepy 😮
Hey Sharon. Thank you for watching. It is very eccentric to say the least! I hope you enjoyed, thank you
Amazing!!! Thank you! This is one of my all time favorites. Imagine living in this place!!!
Hey Vegas guy, thank you for watching and commenting! I'm glad it's one of your favorites and I agree it would be unbelievable to live in a place like this. You could never get bored in a home like this. Thanks again!
Lookin forward!

Kinda feels like it tonight.
😆👍
Notice there’s absolutely zero artwork on any of the walls. The furniture that was left behind was either not Very Expensive as far as creditors were concerned or damaged or not worth moving. Clearly the bankruptcy court went through the house and took everything of value that was left behind. But we don’t know if the owners took some valuables when they left.
Hey there! You make some solid observations and points there and you're probably correct. There are a lot of strange circumstances around this place though. The bailiff was there about 10 days before we were, but it clearly looks like nobody has lived there in years, right?
@@UncappedFilms that’s interesting about the bailiff. May have been there, because the home is now owned by the government via the bankruptcy. It’s also strange that the bankruptcy court did not force the sale of the house in order to pay creditors. I’m now starting to think this billionaire went broke, filed for bankruptcy and left the country. It’s like the bankruptcy got to certain point and then didn’t move forward. Great video.
It's a strange one for sure. I'm really glad that you enjoyed it and I really appreciate your viewership, thank you very much
Hey Greg! Man, I really think this, besides your video of your old workplace, is my favorite explore. I'm a huge fan of medieval architecture and aesthetics and this house has it all!
It's refreshing to see that vandals have not destroyed the place yet and I hope they never do! I REALLY love the homes that still contain remnants of the former occupants. Those are always the best.
Excellent job, Greg, as always! PLEASE keep on finding these wonderful locations for us!
Hey Graham! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed his one! So it's right up there with the dealership eh?? Cool.
It is nice when places aren't messed up. And it is cool when you can look into the past lives that lived somewhere based on what they left behind.
Thank you for the kind words and for watching this one Graham! I really appreciate you
To maintain a house like that would cost a fortune, maybe in a year one million. I never have seen anything like that mansion. Breathtaking beautiful doors, windows and furniture.
Hey rena, thank you for watching! It really was something to see. Most people never come near that kind of luxury. And I bet they had a cleaning crew. You'd never get it done solo! Thank you again!!
Yeah that couch in the Garage would look just fine in my Living Room 🤔
Hahaha. Just need to arrange a porch pickup for it :) haha thanks again
I can say so much about this house. But the thing i love most about this is the indoor pool. I want an indoor pool. Another fantastic explore Uncapped Films. Big hugs 😊😊

Such a cool interior but the exterior is simply horrible. It would be hard to find someone who would want to put all the money in to changing the outside.
Hey GJ. I'm sure somebody would appreciate the outside for what it is. Some people just don't care lol. Thank you for checking this one out I really appreciate it. Hope to talk to you again
This is really impressive it makes me wonder what they did for a living.
Hey misty, makes me wonder too! Obviously something went wrong along the way. But what a place, right?! Thanks for leaving a comment it's nice to hear from you again
Hahahaha I can guess 🙄
Obviously Unless these people had to take the Midnight train outa there they Obviously didn't Value things left behind 😢

That place is a castle. Super sick.. still waiting for my punishment owed...
Still thinking about that eh lol. Happy new year
@UncappedFilms Happy new year!.. That castle was epic. Very much enjoyed it. Almost as much as that due punishment will feel when you decide to do it lol.
Lol I'm glad. Almost!!!
That Round Table is definitely for a Meeting of The "Five Families" 😉👬👩🏻🤝👨🏾🧑🤝🧑
Hahah I think you're right Sharon. Beautiful table that could probably tell some stories. Thank you for watching and commenting!!
No matter what, it's still owned by someone. Even if that someone is the town it's located in. He no doubt had permission to go in.
I wonder what state it's located in.
It’s in Canada
Thanks for watching Joe! It is in Canada.
Wow! This was an incredible place to explore!! Strangely, my fave part was how the walk-in closet in the master was behind the wall where the bed was placed! I've never seen a layout like that before. I think I have a new plan for MY master bedroom! 😂HA. Fat chance on a teacher salary huh?!! Thanks for sharing another adventure!
Hey Cristin, thank you for watching this one. That closet was really fancy feeling wasn't it?? I liked it a lot as well. Never give up on that dream! You can do it!! ;). Thank you again
Hi Greg, I sorta agree with John. It looks like they had dealings/business, used their credit cards to the max, definitely bought their kids everything, finished as much as their dealings they could & skip town. I should say skipped your country. It was something inside. Al that beautiful wood. Like you said, WOW. MERRY CHRISTMAS GREG!
