My guess is he will stick around till the new regs in '26 then Merc will sign Norris or Leclerc, both of whom will be so sick of team dysfunction by that stage they'll happily make the switch.
@F1 Breaking they really do look lost at the moment. It surprises me because of how quickly Aston Martin was able to turn its performance around, you'd think that the big players like Merc and Ferrari would have fixed their concepts by now to challenge the Red Bull.
