My name is Mariel, and I started getting into fashion in the past few years and am learning so much about it. I'm drawn to fashion as I believe it is an art form that not only allows individuals to express themselves but also creates a history and record of different time periods and generations. I've had a lot of fun learning how to put together outfits and use different styles to tell a story through the way I dress. I feel like a fun aesthetic would be a cake/baked goods inspired aesthetic. maybe pulling prints and details from sweet Lolita but more wearable for everyday. I just like the idea of a very cupcake silhouette and details meant to look like cake

i really like the idea of fairytalecore, it kinda reminds me of this aesthetic i came up with called whimsical academia (its a bit romantic and inspired by what someone who studies fairytale books might wear and do, with puffy short sleeve blouses, lace, and cozy elements)

Hello Mariel, I love the swamp princess aesthetic ! I enjoy mermaid/sirencore a lot this year, but the usual color palette definitely don't suit my skin tone, I'm a quite "earthy" person actually. Swamp princess comes as the key to me. Thank you so much !

Swamp Princess is very close to what I've mentally renamed goblincore - bogwitchcore, which I feel has less of a negative potential connotation. I recently came across the game Wytchwood and its whole aesthetic speaks to me on a very deep level, from the use of music that reminds me of the first part of the original Diablo to the use of dark jewel tones, to the attitude that the witch herself has. Thank you for making this video!

I love Teddy Bear inspired looks! Both in outfits I've seen as well as in art of the style I have seen like teddy lolita dresses etc. I were literally searching for if it was a thing when I found this!! I adore a monochromatic dark brown teddy bear look its so cute! Mice inspired stuff would also be so cute! I dobt see a lot of cases if it but when I fo its always super cute!
I have actually planned on making my own aesthetics cause its so fun and there is a gap that needs to be filled. One of my favorite is wizard themed because I crave more maximalist whimsy!
