facts
It totally beats what my friends did in high school which was bending it around a coke can. I remember being in class and one guy would just sit there taking notes while holding his hat onto a coke can with the other hand to get it just right. Your water bottle is significantly wider and it doesn't create such an extreme curve.
I love wearing hats and flat bills do not in my opinion fit as well.
True, but when we (at least me, 1990s) the extreme tunnel look on the Starter SnapBack was the look.

The problem with the regular high crown when you want a curved brim is the pointy box crown.
Usually that's only a problem on Bangladesh hats. China crowns are more rounded. Steam the points and use a small soccer ball and shape the crown after curving.

I love rocking the stickers, it has a clean authentic look in my opinion. Some hats I take them off though and they seem more wore in or regular now. I also go light on the curve I feel like it fits tighter and takes on more of a natural curve.
That’s a goofy look in my opinion no offense ….it’s like wearing a tag on your clothes
Leaving the stickers on the hat makes it look tacky it looks much cleaner without them.

Dope vid ,but you can just bend from the point ofyour first step for a permanent curve. No bend in arch. Then repeat while wearing,that’s the best step.Never go to the middle just bend from sides only. You can even use two hands on one side.

New Era hats are possible because brim is made of paper, and most of the other hats use plastic. However, the crown design does not match the curved brim, so if you give a curve, the overall shape will be changed.

Does bending the brim effect the size of the hat?
I like it just flat, but have to admit curved is more comfortable

Put any type of cloth at the top of the brim then iron it for 5 or 10 mins

A hat should not create preasure on the head, the problem it’s shops not displaying the right size mostly if you buy it online they will state it onesize, now if uk osfm still can mean more sizes, displaying the size in cm would be the best, dispite what any would say metric system would be more exact than uk & us system
