What a stupid comment. If you want personalized care then go to your doctor...even then they use evidenced based practice treatment so therefore it's generalized as well
Fibre, Fibre and Fibre. you almost can't eat enough of it. And it only takes a little know-how. DAILY TO EAT!!!!!!!!! : 1. Eat 2 Big carrots and 1 red bell pepper 2. Boil Brussels Sprouts for 3 minutes, then simmer for 5 mins in salty water with 1-2 TBSP of Olive Oil. 3. Eat at least 1 piece of fruit and not more than 2 portions(too much sugar) Eat it DAILY!!! and YES... you have to eat it RAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been using soil-based probiotics for the past 10 days, and my scale indicates a weight gain of +4 pounds (from 110 to 114). Interestingly, I had a similar experience six months ago with lactobacillus probiotics, and I stopped taking them when I noticed weight gain. Is weight fluctuation normal when using probiotics, and have others experienced similar effects?

I believe that it’s the gut that has to do with this inflammation as a leaky gut What is the suggested food and spices to avoid? Looks like my antibiotics destroyed all good gut bacteria inside me. I have been suffering from diarrhea since two weeks. I have stopped taking antibiotics but diarrhea is still makes me suffer everyday. I need help😢😢
Do I still eat yogurt if I am lactose intolerant?? I did drink kombucha it worked so well for me how long do I drink it until my gut is healed ? Thanks 😊 🫂
Are u aware of millets?? Prepare millets fermented porridge for 45 dsys continuous then do it twice or thrice a week to maintain....we have millets like foxtail millet ,little millet,barnyard millet ,browntop.millet and kodo millet ..prepare millet porridge wihr all 5 ..one millet one day..once u cover all 5 repeat ..until 45 daya..google how to prepare millet porridge...once u cook dont add curd ..keep it as it is in pot it forms different kids of bacteira.then in the morning ww can add curd n have it..try to consume in liquid form...
