"Talking of dissapointment, we come around to the back" SAVAGE!!! haha love the new presenter on Autogefuhl!! Appreciate your effort, interested in this car segment and Brian really did it justice! Would love a review done at the same time by Brian and Thomas, haha! edit: would've liked to know more about the suspension and the comfort and smoothness over bumps and uneven road, compared to competition and/or premium upper segment sedans. But I'm being picky, lovely review!
yes he did a good job. The only think I'd like to point out, and the intention is to improve and not to be disrespectful, that the presenter needs to dress sharper. The jacket was too big for his torso, in comparison to Thomas who always was dressed sharp. Again, the comment was meant as improvement for further videos :)
Brian is perfect to watch with pleasure. perfect english accent and smooth tone which never tires to stop watching. i hope to watch more vids presented by him.
You are actually very good. Very detailed review to the things that matters most and you cant see in the video, but you can only feel when driving. The "aura" that the car gives you, the sound, the feel you get from the driving, the perceived cabin and overall quality, how the car will age with you... For me, well done Brian for your first video. Great Job!!
Holy moly i just found this channel, and this video is just awesome, I was glued to the screen all the way, really nice job getting statements from the engineers and designers
Welcome aboard! Great first video for autogefuhl. Guys, it is pretty normal that Thomas can't do all the reviews, so no need to excuse... all Autogefuhl presenters are great.
Not just as a sucker for Opel, this is the best-looking car I've owned, and I've owned a few. After the Calibra, my all-time favorite car, this is the best-looking Opel by far. I had to go all out with the extras since after testing it out for the first time, i just had to get everything top with the 2.0 diesel. I just love this car
I really enjoyed watching this review, Brian's english is really good, he's articulate, his pace is good. It felt like he's done it hundreds of times, the whole thing was really polished :) Good job, Brian!
I recognize you sir because I saw you on a review of the new tiguan not on autogefuhl of course, and I know you do a very good job, keep it up autogefuhl you're the best, it's not about the reporter it's all about the car, enjoy it and apreciate the hard work
Good morning, welcome to Autogefühl. Unfortunately, Thomas is busy on another assignment today, so I'm here. My name is Brian and I'm going to be taking you through the Opel Insignia Grand Sport in full length, full HD and full detail. Let's go.
Another great video, this guy is one of the best reviewers i have seen, so glad he reviewed this car as it is one of my favourites, i hope to see him in many many more videos, excellent!
They took every bit of experience from the Astra k and put it on the new Insignia. Great work. My first car of choice was Insignia, 6 years ago but settled with the new Astra
Wow I am german and this is the best review of the insignia I have ever seen. Better review than any german review I have seen in addition I was so amazed by your ON STAR review. The extreme british politeness of that on star assistant actualy made me laugh. I cant wait for my very personal "Oh i'd be delighted to assist you sir" I am going to watch that guy every time over any german. Amazing review. Thank you
very good job Brian, I like the native speaker ENglish, because it shows professionalism and it doesnt take as long to explain your point as for other reviewers. I like it, also the lenght, not too long is always good
We can clearly see that OPEL has spent lotta time and effort on this new model. Haven't driven it but it oozes quality and thought. Great Autogefuhl review.
Opel could managed the HUD with one button, one touch on/off, hold it in a few seconds and be adjustet with the keypads on the right on the steeringwheel.
Welcome to the autogefuehl Family Brian! You did a great job on this review! And I'm in love with your slightly British accent. ^^ I really loved it that you showed us the assistant systems. That's for me very interesting to see how they're performing and working. My next car will feature at least the ACC and the Blind Spot monitor as well as some LED headlamps I really wouldn't say that the new insignia isn't a good car but if would spend that amount of money I wouldn't buy a Opel/vauxhall. I would rather buy an Audi or if it has to be "cheaper" a Passat. I had bad experiences with Opel and for me it's not worth the trouble.
Good work man. I do wish you would include a small audio quality listing test, although quite subjective, Bluetooth and DAB quality still varies a lot between brands and models. Would be nice to include in future reviews.
Cool. Can't you do the GS Sri instead? I've had the Sri before when the dashboard looked like a cockpit with all the buttons, then I bought the elite but to be honest the extra money only gave me electric seats and AFL all the other features are now available with the newer GS models as standard, so seeing the new Sri will show us any new features. The Insignia has come a long way from the first model but I still enjoyed it's drive.
Good job Brian , a pretty good presentation. As far as car goes, this new looks certainly add to aggressiveness and it is for sure massive improvement over previous models.
I like the car, but it would be nice to have a review of the lower classes of the same car, instead of always watching the top model with the biggest engine, most comfort etc.. - beyond that really love the show, best car review site I've seen in a long time,
Amazing review and amazing reporter. Really enjoyed this detailed video, and actually decided to buy the Insignia Grand Sport! CDTI 2.0 170CV Automatic 8 Speed with FlexRide.
I certainly like the back of the car very much indeed. Nothing wrong with it, very stylish, so I don't agree with you that it's disappointing at all. I also think the interior looks nice enough. For the price it's absolutely good. Nice options for the central display. I'd be very happy to drive it. I wouldn't choose an automatic gearbox, but that's personal.
Would have loved to see more of the intelligent assistant features: the automatic parking, death angle, smart cruise control (does it slow down smoothly when the car in front of you stops)
Haha apologising from the get go, I love it. Thomas is amazing, but what a terrific job you do too! Nice car too, never thought I should say that about an Opel.
Haha, an English Thomas, can they exist in the same dimension or will they explode??? Great video English Thomas err Brian.... Solid review... I have to laugh at the comments that his English is excellent, he's bloody English so I would hope his English is excellent. I was surprised he wasn't driving with a cup of tea and crumpets in his hands. ;)
Well, he's good. We kinda got used to Thomas, but Brian is easy on the ears. Not that Thomas isn't, far from that. Just to be clear. :) Anyway, good work. Keep it up.
Thomas, you should start worrying, Brian is the solid contender for Autogefuhl's favourite presenter :) Great job here! BTW this review is sponsored by word "intrusive" :D
The first opel car I would consider buying. Job well done. Now get us an automatic diesel and cloth seats with OPC exterior. :) I just learned a whole bunch of english words to describe a car. thanks Brian, very smooth review and welcome to Autogefühl edit: when will you review a combi (estate) version?
it wasn't enough :) just in case any of the Opel designers are reading this wanted to say: albeit the design taste is subjective, this is one great looking car. Just as Arteon for VW, this car has finally charachter and emotion. Sincerely hope that these new models will finally bring the profit line into black.
Nice presentation, excellent speaking, need some tweaks but overall very good. Have to say that Thomas is my favourite. What he forgot to do: 1. touch and use the buttons and tell us their quality and how they feel, use the navigation with google maps and show the response etc. The car seems very aggressive which I like and sporty and overall is the best deal for this amount of money. P.S. Change the jacket coz I think it is a bit bigger ^.^ :-D
Excellent review and I look forward to seeing more of Brian in future. That car looks fantastic. Never thought I'd be eyeing up an Insignia but I'm really interested in this My only whinge - interviewing the company people made the review look more like an ad - though I appreciate there was a lot of useful info and the review didn't seem obsequious towards Vauxhall/Opel.
Overall the car looks very sleek and impressive. Hood crease could be a nod(?) to past Opel Rekord ( Series A-D ). His english is impeccable and soothing like a hand cream. We want "more" of it.
I agree, I could listen to him for hours /Thomas
He English thats why.
No way!? :o
;)
Raymond Davies because he is englishman
Tomas is cuter, plus his translated-from-German English is most charming. Hate the cheezy rock music so I tried to mute it as much as possible.
Wow, this is actually very impressive for a first video! Good job!
Bert Leysen yeah it's very good
Excellent job! Really like this guy!
yep!
With a few more videos it will only get better. Please let him review a Land Rover, the voice would fit that perfectly!
Have to say, I really like this design. Opel/Vauxhall should be applauded. Remember the first Vectra. Grim.
This guy is a fu*king ace. Looking forward to more!
thanks and spread the word to your friends!
Autogefühl u know they never do

=) maybe a German vs UK car comparison review =)

This is a truly awesome review. This guy is flawless, knowledgeable and calm! Thumbs up from me and well done.
love to hear that m8 !
Brian is perfect to watch with pleasure. perfect english accent and smooth tone which never tires to stop watching. i hope to watch more vids presented by him.
thanks ! yes there will !
For his first video, Brian is a good journalist and the review is very nice
cheers!
Loved the part with the live test of the OnStar system while driving =) /Thomas
You could feel the poor guy feeling being put to the test haha. Congrats for the new host, great find!
how does on star work like wat does it do 4 u

thanks keep following us!
Welcome Brian, great job!
cheers!
Really nice presentation.. love this guy even thou his jacket is bit 2 large for him, which only adds to his charm :) Good job for Opel too.
The interior design gels well with the exterior and gives glimpse of sleekness unlike today's cars
+Dimitar Angelkov 👏👏👏
honestly one of the best insignia reviews
Thanks 🙏
The best

appreciated!
I thought no one would ever be able to mimic Thomas famous "let's go", but this guy does it very well. A really good review, thank you.
:-)
I recognize you sir because I saw you on a review of the new tiguan not on autogefuhl of course, and I know you do a very good job, keep it up autogefuhl you're the best, it's not about the reporter it's all about the car, enjoy it and apreciate the hard work

we are the ones who should thank you

Congratulations, Brian on a first rate review and welcome to the team. Looking forward to more :-)
They took every bit of experience from the Astra k and put it on the new Insignia. Great work. My first car of choice was Insignia, 6 years ago but settled with the new Astra
great presentation
Nice review! You're very thorough and well spoken unlike many reviewers who unaccustomed to talking impromptu.
thanks! Feel free to recommend =)
Brian, you did absolutely FANTASTIC job. Would not believe it was your first review video. Excellent! Congratulations and a lot of similar ones!
Thx so much!
For the first review very nicely done, thumbs up! And new Insignia looks like a very nice upgrade to the old one.
Very good job Brian :) Good review
Wow I am german and this is the best review of the insignia I have ever seen. Better review than any german review I have seen in addition I was so amazed by your ON STAR review. thanks so much! :)
That was one hell of a first review! I completely watched it although I don't like Opel very much. Excellent job, Brian!
very good job Brian, I like the native speaker ENglish, because it shows professionalism and it doesnt take as long to explain your point as for other reviewers. I like it, also the lenght, not too long is always good
+Orbital 👍👍
We can clearly see that OPEL has spent lotta time and effort on this new model. Haven't driven it but it oozes quality and thought. Great Autogefuhl review.
Great review. Brian's previous experience in automotive video definitely shows.
certinaly!
This review actually sealed the deal for me. My 260bhp sedan will arrive before christmas!
glad we could help, enjoy!
I don't know the other presenter, but I like you and 50 minutes passed smoothly. Thank you for this review.
+URAGANU 👌
Opel could managed the HUD with one button, one touch on/off, hold it in a few seconds and be adjustet with the keypads on the right on the steeringwheel.
Only just seen this review from 3 years ago. Brilliant presentation. Well done. 👏
Well done Brian ! Very thorough and well crafted presentation !
+fhkazm 🤘🤘

Great review, classic British apology within 5 seconds of the video starting.
lol =)
You should definitely use this guy for your videos, great English, great review, this is what I am talking about! Good job!
+raduwrx 👍👍
Wow, I'm really impressed! Brian fits into the team just perfectly. :D Looking forward to see and hear more.
love to hear that m8 !
Great job Brian! 😊 A warm welcome 🙋 Hope to see you soon 😉
+Jonas Bomba thanks mr. 💣
Full length, full HD and full detail? WTF man, god bless you, but that's not the line. Full HD, full screen, full length, LET'S GO.
I thought about that as well, but maybe that's _his_ line, to be a little bit different :)
Great review nonetheless, thank you.
Great review Brian! I certainly enjoyed it. I hope that we soon see more of you!
for sure, thank you!
Good work man. I do wish you would include a small audio quality listing test, although quite subjective, Bluetooth and DAB quality still varies a lot between brands and models. Would be nice to include in future reviews.
thanks! Its really hard to present that on camera, havent found a good solution for that yet
One of the best reviews I've seen. Thanks! I really consider Opel Insignia to be my next car.
+ThePrintzofSweden you're welcome. Join us for more opel reviews in the future :)
Wow nice work. Thomas, Holger, AJ and Brian make a winning team
+Jrv200008 🎉🎉🎉
Excellent video Brian. I've owned 2 Insignias and March 2018 will see me in my new Insignia ST can't wait now.
Thanks Jeff!
We ll also soon show you the Insignia GSi full review!
Cool.
Can't you do the GS Sri instead? Brian has been given specific orders by Thomas and has executed it impeccably. This is just Thomas with a British accent !
haha =)
Good job Brian , a pretty good presentation. As far as car goes, this new looks certainly add to aggressiveness and it is for sure massive improvement over previous models.
Very well spoken and detailed!! Brian provides such a professional review.
thanks pal !
Very nice job! I like the review!
Thank you!

+Eniclac we totally agree! Its hard to get the low spec
A great addition to the Autogefühl team! Well done Brian! Also, Ajay is also really good, but I guess he's 4x4-Ajay. :)
Welcome to the team Brian! I really enjoyed this review. Great review!
+Liam Burke thx liam!
The Renault Laguna & Peugeot 406 coupé had a baby!
Great review!
thanks aleksander!
Great review as always, great looking car I have ordered a SRI , I'm a retired private buyer. Vauxhall/,Opel,very under rated brand, and great value.
Cheers!
Very thorough review. The best I've seen for this car. Well done 👍
thanks, keep following us =)
Amazing review and amazing reporter. Really enjoyed this detailed video, and actually decided to buy the Insignia Grand Sport! CDTI 2.0 170CV Automatic 8 Speed with FlexRide.
+kosymo cheers and enjoy!
That review was perfection. I throughly enjoyed it and I look forward to more reviews from you and Thomas knocking them out of the park.
love to hear that!
I certainly like the back of the car very much indeed. Nothing wrong with it, very stylish, so I don't agree with you that it's disappointing at all. I also think the interior looks nice enough. For the price it's absolutely good. Nice options for the central display. I'd be very happy to drive it. I wouldn't choose an automatic gearbox, but that's personal.
you are doing this already better as Thomas, good job.
Would have loved to see more of the intelligent assistant features: the automatic parking, death angle, smart cruise control (does it slow down smoothly when the car in front of you stops)
Great observations, good and eloquent presentation. Seems like a good choice for the team. Good luck!
Thomas is a hard act to follow, but good job!
cheers Steve!
Haha apologising from the get go, I love it.
Thomas is amazing, but what a terrific job you do too! Nice car too, never thought I should say that about an Opel.
This car is brutally cool!!!
Haha, an English Thomas, can they exist in the same dimension or will they explode??? Great video English Thomas err Brian.... Solid review... I have to laugh at the comments that his English is excellent, he's bloody English so I would hope his English is excellent. I was surprised he wasn't driving with a cup of tea and crumpets in his hands. ;)
=)
The Cup of tea was on the rear seat... 😉
Definitely British. He uses all kinds of Britishisms. But I enjoy Thomas's Germanish English.
Germanish Polish English
The narrator has a true German personality, subtle
Well, he's good. We kinda got used to Thomas, but Brian is easy on the ears. Not that Thomas isn't, far from that. Just to be clear. :)
Anyway, good work. Keep it up.
you re welcome m8 =)
Where did this guy come from? He's just completely blown away the big British car channels with his presentation skills! Fantastic review :-)
Brian is from the UK :)
great reveiw brian . may be you and thomas could do some head to head car reviews . hope to see you on the channel again soon 👍
sure lets think about that =)
Thank you for telling us where the window controls are. So helpful.....
Like an estate agent "here is the kitchen"
Brian , great test ! Greetings from Poland !
thanks pal !
I can play this channel reviews, and use it as meditation session ! Really good job 👏🏻 Bravo.
hehe enjoy =)
brilliant review! great addition to the team me thinks!
Many Thanks, great delivery, crisp & clear.
Peace from London. 👍👍👍
Thanks a lot buddy! Join us for more!
Thomas, you should start worrying, Brian is the solid contender for Autogefuhl's favourite presenter :) Great job here! BTW this review is sponsored by word "intrusive" :D
hehe =)
Great job Brian! Fantastic first review.
thanks keep supporting us!
Nice first presentation!
Good luck!
thanks haisam!
Damn nice. Opel is stepping up their game for sure. Great video
thanks keep supporting us!
The first opel car I would consider buying. Job well done. Now get us an automatic diesel and cloth seats with OPC exterior. :)
I just learned a whole bunch of english words to describe a car. thanks Brian, very smooth review and welcome to Autogefühl
edit: when will you review a combi (estate) version?
cheers!
yeah we ll keep u updated with that! Seen the small sneak preview of the Tourer in the video?
it wasn't enough :)
just in case any of the Opel designers are reading this wanted to say:
albeit the design taste is subjective, this is one great looking car.
Just as Arteon for VW, this car has finally charachter and emotion.
Sincerely hope that these new models will finally bring the profit line into black.
Good Job with the review Brian! Keep them coming!
thanks bogdan!
Brian is a fucking BOSS.
Seriously, it's important that Opel focuses on details like bonnet creases and how headlights look. Similar as moving deck chairs on Titanic.
It's always strange feeling, when you are watching Autogefuhl without Thomas, but this guy... Thomas, You are not afraid? :D
=)
Excellent review and I look forward to seeing more of Brian in future.
That car looks fantastic. Never thought I'd be eyeing up an Insignia but I'm really interested in this
My only whinge - interviewing the company people made the review look more like an ad - though I appreciate there was a lot of useful info and the review didn't seem obsequious towards Vauxhall/Opel.
thanks for the feedback!
Great review! i love watching Thomas but this was really good too👍 would definitely like to see more from Brian😀
+IamCryptic03 👌
A really goodd car journalist you got here in your team Thomas. He will deff makes your team beter as i can see.
+Bandiet 🙏🙏
It was perfect Brian! You're are the talent! :)
thanks pal !!
Meguiars Supreme shine takes that drab interior and gives it a little sheen. It works well on my.2018 Buick Regal TourX(Country Tourer).
Overall the car looks very sleek and impressive. Hood crease could be a nod(?) to past Opel Rekord ( Series A-D ). I think the back end is alright with very nice grouping for the lighting system and the twin exhaust for that OPC version. Lovely interior with organic/intuitive dash lay-out. I'd rather have a full spare though than a subwoofer..
The Sport Tourer wagon looks as good/or even better than the Grand Sport fastback sedan.
Kudos for the great and very informative review and interview with the people behind the car Brian.
Just wondering since this could be the last Insignia under the GM banner.. what would PSA do when they take charge?
Oh shut up!
Great job Brian, superb detailed review.
thanks Ian!
Excellent review! Looking forward to seeing more with Brian
thanks for supporting us!
With the 20" wheels it is a truly stunning car!
Great review, very through as you come to expect from Autogefuhl. Well done
thanks stick with us! :)
Very nice review! Job well done.
tak!
