I'm not a doctor or a clinician, just a RUclipsr with MS that has experienced a lot. This video is not intended to be medical advice. Speak with your care provider about these topics if they interest you. These issues are nothing more than my opinion supported by select professionals.

Neurology Departments: Many hospitals and clinics with neurology departments have psychologists or counselors who specialize in working with patients with neurological conditions like MS.
    3. Online Directories and Search Engines: www.psychology...
Psychology Today: This website allows you to search for therapists based on location, specialty, and other criteria.
Google Search: A simple Google search using keywords like "psychologist for MS" or "MS therapist" can yield relevant results.
    4. Ask Your Neurologist:
Your neurologist may have recommendations for psychologists who are familiar with the challenges of living with MS.
When searching for a psychologist, consider the following:
Experience: Look for a psychologist who has experience working with patients with MS.
Approach: Consider whether you prefer a cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, or other therapeutic approach.
Insurance: Check with your insurance provider to see if they cover mental health services and if there are any restrictions on providers.
Comfort: It's important to feel comfortable and understood by your therapist.
By using these resources and considering these factors, you can increase your chances of finding a psychologist who can provide effective support and treatment for you.

I got two Opinions because I hate the suspense...Have you asked Ai for solutions? I have and got nothing I'm not an engineer like you but just trying everything. I'm on Ocrevus and I can still walk. I'm glad I watched this video. Thanks.

Great to hear that you are still mobile! Ai is interesting, sometimes it has good information, other times, it's way off the mark. You gave me an idea for a new video about Ai answers to common MS issues. Thanks for the comment! Much appreciated!

@VerbalOnLife AI is as smart or as dumb as the information it has been taught or has found. I wish we were to the point of it curing diseases, etc, but I believe that to be waaay in the future.
As for MS, each individual is unique for their treatments, both for dmt and their unique symptoms. First step in everything is cleaning up your diet and exercising. I believe in dmt's and would start one asap, but before you are in top health, I would not start trying to fix symptoms with other drugs. Once you start throwing a bunch of drugs at symptoms, it's hard to tell what is what anymore. It starts becoming an uphill battle.

I went on a bender and didn't trust most treatment for years. Especially when years ago I was told that if I had a stem cell transplant for the myeloma side that I would have had a poor survival outcome. I hope your treatment is working well for you.

@@timlittle1286 so far so good, but I hear you about the bender. I took a while off and felt great but the MS was definitely progressing. The fatigue from the DMT is a beast for me. Thanks for taking the time to share, I truly appreciate it.
