Crappy immune system? Scrub your ears to increase improve your immune system!
Step 1: Prepare
Ensure your hands are clean before starting. Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit.
Step 2: Immune Booster Number One
Use your fingertips to pinch the border of your ears. Continue pinching until your ears become red and feel hot, usually for about 30 seconds. Make sure to pinch all around the border of your ears.
Step 3: Immune Booster Number Two
Place your index and middle fingers on your ears. Scrub and lift your ears in an upward motion. Continue scrubbing until your ears feel warm and hot.
Step 4: Repeat Regularly
For best results, incorporate these ear scrubbing techniques into your daily routine, especially during flu season.
