led fan faulty

Fan lights control faulty. 4 levels light not functioning correctly. High light wont power up. Light wont switch off when fan is running.
Led panel removed, cable connection disconnected & reconnected to check if loose connection.
Update: Kogan support team assisted with a replacement module. Solved :)
Nov 2023 Update. Unfortunately the light module failed again. Sadly Kogan failed to acknowledged & respond even after several emails. To make matters worse, there's no exact spare that you can purchased. After some web surfing I found a compatible light module from Ebay. It worked but without light power control.
Having said that, buyers beware if you would to buy this brand
