Walmart just had it on special in my area for $43. Bought it and just installed it in the laundry room. It looks amazing! Love the light and controlling both the brightness and color temperature is a huge plus. The fan is amazing and super quiet.

My daughter has a light fixture and not a ceiling fan. Can this be used in place of the ceiling light kit. It is one of those glass globe light kits you find in manufacturered homes, with a little slope to the ceiling. Thanks
Yes this would work perfectly. I replace a light only with this. You will flip the lightswitch on and control fan and light with the remote. To leave the fan on during the night, you would turn off the light with the remote. Definitely a good fit for that.
How do you clean it
I would be curious how easy (difficult) it is to clean. More importantly is, because is it made of plastic will it be like most 20" box fans that the blades get weak and start cracking or falling apart after several months and need to be replaced
Honestly I’ve not tried to clean it but I can say 9 months in the blades do not look cracked or weak.
I have a similar lamp but I don't know how to clean it... There are a lot of mosquitoes inside 😱
It would be really nice if you showed the buttons you press to get the results.
Sorry I was still figuring it out myself as if I recall it was missing instructions. It’s sort of a generic controller that I’ve now had on a variety electronics.
Hello, one question, I understand that operate with remote, but when you turn on wall switch, does it immediately turns lamp on, or you must after that turn it on with remote?

you have to use the remote and the wall switch must be on... you can use the wall switch to turn it off, but not on.
@hardybrothersproductreviews ..that is not the "smartest" solution, because when you enter in a dark room, it is easy to find a wall switch and turn light on. With that light/fan, you must find remote, and turn it on. Also, you couldn't be sure if the wall switch is on or off ...
@@nenobujas6567 lol, i don't disagree but I didn't design the product. I have my wall switch behind a book switch and I keep the remote on my desk, so it works for me. Thanks for watching and commenting!
How does bulb replacement work?
That’s a great question. I’ll be home later today and confirm but as I recall it is integrated LEDs and I don’t think you can replace them or if you can the intention is that you will not have to for a very long time. Sorry for not providing a definitive answer. I checked the product listing and don’t see an answer there either.
I purchased one and love it but the fan is on low setting but will intermittently increase and decrease in speed. Is this the motor and is it okay to run it?
sorry not sure about that, i'd contact the company, i don't recall the warranty on it, but they seemed pretty good when I spoke to them. I don't think that is normal. I wonder if you maybe you have another device in your house that is interfering with the frequency... microwave or another remote control... My remote control changes the lights in my daughters room above my office.

Honestly I haven’t tried yet. I’ll have to see if I still have the original documentation and see if there is a suggested way to clean it.
How is the fan working out? Still, working well with no issues? How tall was your Ceiling?
Ceiling is 9ft in that room... it is working well. The lights are LED and there is one setting where I hear a hum/buzz so can't set it on that temperature. I don't use a fan a ton, but will likely do so as the summer heats up again. It was super easy to install and its very lightweight because its plastic, but once installed it's sort of irrelevant what its made out of as its not close for inspection. My friend can’t get the remote to work anymore and he can’t turn off the light. Do you know if there’s a way of bypassing the remote?
I do not, but I'll see if i can get the manufacturer to look at this comment and reply... not sure if they will or not but I'll see what i can do. These remotes seem somewhat standard these days, I'm wondering if you can find one and program it... I know I have a number of devices and they all work on the same remote... lol
I have 2 fans in adjacent rooms, unfortunately the remote from one will control both, so one daughter is accidentally shutting off the one in the other room. Is there a way to change the remote frequency?
Sorry don’t know the answer to that. We have two in rooms above and below but they are not the exact same fan but the same remotes so I assume you can, just not sure how. Sorry I couldn’t help you. Maybe try posting a question on the Amazon frequently asked questions

Yeh that would be nice. It’s a somewhat generic remote, nothing special for sure.
Just asking so when led bulb finally goes out so can't replace them like so many led devices....

Sorry I don't have any suggestions... how long did it take to burn out? Mine is used in my home office so I don't have the light on all that often.
It looks like an ol school chrome hubcap with a white wall tire. Perfect for a car themed room but otherwise no bueno

What size is the light fan?
I didn't get up on a ladder to get an exact measurement but I'd say roughly 20" outside diameter of the light and the fan blades are probably about 6" long and there are 7 of them... this is more like a box fan than a traditional ceiling fan... it works great in my office which is approx 10' x 12' ... you can see their whole collection here as I think this fan is currently out of stock - amzn.to/408qBgo
How does this compare to a 52 inch fan as far as air movement.
much different... this is more like a small box fan pointed straight down... For my office which is 12x14 it creates plenty of air movement such that it can be cold... if it were in a larger room the larger blades would move much more air... The blade speed is higher however but short paddles...

@@GamerGee it’s hard to say for sure. I like it for my office. I installed this one in my bedroom and it’s super stable and has 5 speeds and works great, I’d say more powerful than the little one. Will this go in reverse for the change between summer and winter?
This one does not appear to have reverse to push air upwards but it has a very high power downward blowing capacity. In my office i rarely go over low because it cools so well.

How to install on vaulted ceiling?
It does not come with any sort of down rod or way to level it. You'd have to craft a piece of wood that connects to the ceiling and provides a level space to install it. It could flush mount on a vaulted ceiling but it will be angled with the vault unless you create a modification
can you feel the breeze anywhere in the room
it's not as widespread as traditional ceiling fan, so I think more suited for smaller rooms... there is air movement but the majority of what you feel is w/in an 8-10 foot diameter I'd say... that is my experience on a 9 ft ceiling install. Perfect for my office

It’s actually Louder than most ceiling fan units,..period. No one seems to know what the actual operation cost are by comparisons either,…Why?
I’d compare the sound to a box fan. Not sure about operating costs. Was free to me but the big benefit was ease of installation and I installed it in a room that a traditional fan would be too big I think.

I’ll have to check that out. What is the reasons? I like it quite well but it is plastic which is my only gripe. For the price you’d maybe expect different materials yet it is super lightweight and metal would have been heavier. Haven’t seen the reviews. Personally I’m happy with it.
