- Found out recently at my job that I was getting paid more than the employees that have been there over 7 years! I'm an honest guy and one of the other employees is the reason I have this job it's not fair I get paid more! The person that trained me is also getting paid less than me!how's that fair? here's the video and share with anyone!
employers like that dont deserve good employees
@@luismari7086 employers like that are NEVER able to keep good employees because sooner or later they quit when they realize what is going on. But this benefits the employer or owner because they can use the new employee and take advantage of them, until the next batch of clueless staff gets on board. The cycle keeps getting repeated to the owner’s benefit
Definitely well said
All this over asking for a raise. These bosses are heartless
All of our problems are class based.
Bro that’s messed up he’s being a horrible boss
yeah... more vids may be uploaded later on lol. paying newer employees higher than the people who train or get the new employee the job. just horrible management.
@@taruto1992just leave.
@@taruto1992Thats your fault for bring deplorsble and replaceable
@@reallyannoyingguyrightherecar doesn’t work? just buy a new one. same knuckledragging logic
@@Max-zv8hm not really the same thing is it dipshit? If your boss isn’t paying you more and giving new employees more than you,
It’s better you leave. There is a chance you can renegotiate later from home or a new job. Sitting there waiting on him to do the right thing isn’t working, asking isn’t working. I have never asked for a raise without being fully prepared to walk away if it doesn’t go my way. It’s different when it comes to cars. If the car is as stubborn as this boss and won’t start, use your judgement.
Unfortunately it’s so widespread. Nasty, disrespectful, dishonest, crooked bosses and managers. The surprising truth is that they actually don’t care if you quit, and they prefer that you do quit so that they can hire new staff that is clueless and gets paid minimum wage because they are new. The longer the staff is ‘loyal’ the more expensive it gets to keep paying them. It’s all about the money and not loyalty
Can’t make it to the top without stepping on others
Just gather company information and everyone quit at the same time and go to the competition
Respect they all had each others backs good for them
Seven years on minimum wage. There are no victims, only volunteers.
💯 Percent correct... it's there own fault.. what stupid person would stay at a job 7 years
@@teetaunjj7894 my friend stayed at that job 7 years cause it was just a side check and was more about the people we worked with.
@@taruto1992yeah whatever you say😂
@@teetaunjj7894 Yeah exactly because people do not need rent money, ect. You have some serious mental issues which i would get checked up if i were you!
lol anymore than a year I’d be out
I’ve had bosses like this, walked out without saying a word is a good feeling. Just make sure to not need them as a reference. That’s why the Covid loophole is a beautiful thing. Also, what is the company you use to work for? I’d love to give them a Google review.
AMBS in pleasant valley WV
and yeah ive moved on since then now im a teacher/counselor.
AMBS= Absolute Massive Bull Shit
why would you work at such a crappy job for that long?@@taruto1992
Good for you guys exposing these losers I too will write a review.
Me too! She called herself a Godly person (you know the type. Bible in the rear window of car, Bible on her desk) and yet was nasty to everybody and they where scared of her, even her boss was scared of her! I warned her if she ever talked to me like that, I would put some GO in my step!
Hope that manager got fired.
hes the owner lol
@@taruto1992Man that's even worse. That's one of those big downsides to working for a small business.
I would've reported him to the department of labor and BBB
@@tmmastonthe BBB is a private entity. They can't do anything to a business and the department of labor can't force an employer to give a raise.
You all deserve raises at least a merit increase, my goodness. I respect that you all stuck together. He can try to throw one under the rug but all of you naaaah take ‘‘em to court. What a weenie I hope you are all in better places.
Sheeesh he is terrible, just like my boss (about to be former boss lol) I hate toxic bosses like this who create a hostile work environment. Anyways, hopefully he’s not alive anymore.
I mean... you deserve what you tolerate. If you have been making min wage for seven years its 100% your fault. Why fight for money at a bad job? Leave and find a better job.... its simple ppl.
The boss knows he can get replacements the next day to do the same job………otherwise the boss would be negotiating a raise
Well I mean depending on if they are willing to deal with the unthinkable bull you gotta go thru. Who would want minimum wage while being treated like that? I’d atleast want 18 an hour if I’m being treated like dirt
This is why bosses insist you don't talk with your coworkers about how much you're paid, despite it being perfectly legal. They don't want you to know how much they're screwing you over.
I think the worst part about leaving a bad job is the fact that the economy isn’t what it used to be. You could be looking for a new job for months.
Still though, you guys refusing to leave property is a criminal offense. Also why stay at a minimum wage job for 7 years!???
just wanted piece of paper stating when i will get my last paycheck as per state laws and to give to unemployment when this happened
If I asked my boss for a raise, and he fired me, then threatened to call the cops…at that point if the cops are coming anyway I’m going to give you a REAL reason to call. Better make that call quick, you have about a minute before I get to my car and back 🤷♂️
Yeah, real smart. Now u don't have a job, didn't get a raise and u gonna spend a very long time in prison. Don't tell me going to prison over getting fired isn't stupider than firing someone for asking for a raise.
You going postal over a punk azz job😂😂 yeah fuck all that
@@alexcortez830if the cops never find him than he won’t be in prison 😉, jk
Why would you stay at a place that didn't give a raise in 7 years?
my friend recording was there 7 years, he stayed cause it wasnt his main income and worked with friends
@@taruto1992 What was the job?
@@frogstomp11data entry for medical billings.
@@frogstomp11 basically guy recording was there 7 years, lady behind me 11 years and trained me, I was being paid more than them and I didnt think it was fair so i told them and we tried talking to management about it. management ran off after there shift even though we showed up early to talk. then couple hours later he came storming in demanding stuff and slamming his hand in the desk, and my friend said he was going to talk for us which he had permission and the boss said no he wasnt thats when he started recording and i starting going back and forth with the boss.
@@taruto1992then sounds dum to stay and argue for more money.... just don't work there. Easy to find another side hustle...
Where exactly is this happening? The accents seem kinda all over the place.
Im English but live in America, thats probably where your hearing the mixed accents :) this is in WV
@@taruto1992 re-upload this with West Virginia Worker Exploitation in the title it’ll go viral
@@sportspokerguy3506 thanks for the advice! We want as many people to see how bad of a boss he is to work for.
It Just Might Be An Internationl Organization All Nationalities Welcome 😂🤣
You'd be surprised how diverse some places can be. I live in Iowa in a town where the population is less than 70k and I hear Spanish, Bosnian, French Creole, Pennsylvania Dutch, Afrikaans, various Pacific Islanders languages I can't name, and sometimes Mandarin at my job. Almost never German though, my second language, which sucks, but at least I get to practice my Spanish with the Latino customers.
I just walked away from a piece of 💩 boss like this. He’s gone through hundreds of staff
This is why I have been self employed for 24 years!
The colors of those walls are enough to cause them to leave!😂
That is why the living wage is very important. As we all can see these hard-working employees are making $5 an hour while the raging owner does not want to pay them anymore than $5 an hour. This is absolutely horrific. I'm hoping these men were able to find better paying jobs.
$5 a hour? lol this isn't 1990.
No job is paying $5 an hour... min wage is literally $20 in some places. Think next time
Well done mate
In all honesty… how do you stay at a job making min wage for 7 years?????
Facts you choose to stay for 7 years, I'm sure the boss didn't make stay you made the choice
Here in NJ you’re screwed. They can come in and fire you for any reason any time unless you are under contract subject to collective bargaining. It’s called “at will.” It sucks.
The reality is, for at least 2 decades more and more employers are going the At Will route. It basically eliminates job security, as well as job description. So you can basically be fired just because someone doesn't like you or that you stand up for yourself.
it's the same way here in South Carolina
Most states are at will
That's why unions can be nice
@@Jeremy9697unions cost the customer more money. No thanks.
Money grubbing boss only wants to pay the bare minimum.
peanut shells
You don’t get raises anymore. The only raise you get today is when you’re offered a higher paying job.
Or you can work at a better job that does uave raises or better yet built in raises. Try again
Bosses are greedy pricks. They don't create the wealth, the workers do.
10 bucks says he's the owner's son!
who lol cause im the one sitting down and my friend is the one recording no relation to the boss
You really just said you’ve worked somewhere for 7 years at minimum wage
I had the same issues with the Mcdonald’s I worked at. Like throughout the time, the starting wage would change and go up, but depending on the people that got hired at that time where the wage was set at, they would get paid that amount, depending on which date they started. like for example, three years ago the starting pay was $12.25. but there was an employee there that got hired a year before that and the starting pay at that time was $10.25. So for all the newer employees I got hired are getting paid $12.25. The employee that got hired a year ago is still getting paid the starting pay a year before the pay was increased 🤦♂️. And I cannot tell you how insane that was when I first heard about it and how incredibly unfair it was that these newer people are getting paid more compared to the people that been there a while or longer are still getting paid from the old starting pay.
Employees like this is why I dont go back to the workforce. Retired at 42 and not having to put up with the over-aware is one of my lifes perks.
We found the plant
And Now. After being underappreciated for YEARS, the employees still wont leave this place, even after being told the policecare coming. Worlds Dumbest Employees!!!!
Why would you stay at the same job for 7 years and no raise? After 1 year you should have been out
If you’re making minimum wage and been there for seven years, that’s your fault, buddy
Self employment is the best way to go.
Is he from the UK or is he American he sound like he was from Birmingham
A European accent in WVU is so rare to hear its so trippy 😅
If I don't get a raise within 6 months, I'm already planning on my exit route unless I'm really desperate lol Staying at a job for 7 years and just expecting a raise is crazy.
Why would you work for minimum wage for 7 years????
Employee on the right is clearly a Boss

Why stay 7 years?
I knew it was bad here but dam that takes thr cake. 7 years, how yall not take him on a tour of our wonderful coal mines. Better men than me
And thats the reason why theres unions. Not to protect the lazy...that happens in every job. Its to reward the honest worker.
better than no union
Good on you guys !
75% of the United States workforce is 'at will.' While we don’t have the full context of the video, it’s likely that the workers didn’t simply 'ask for a raise' but rather were trying to coerce the company into giving them one. In an 'at will' employment scenario, both the employer and the employee have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time. If workers want better compensation, they need to understand the importance of mutual agreement, not ultimatums.
Blah blah blah blah
@Memevze and ppl like you are the ones who stay a bad job then cry and play victim lmao what a clown. Learn what at will employment means
how dare you ask for a raise. the boss works hard to make sure you dont get any more money than what he feels you deserve and you have the nerve to ask him for more money? he was right to fire you.
(satire post)
7 years of work and minimum raise is insane, would've quit by year 3
Bro if you can't get more than minimum wage at another place.... Didn't know what to tell you. You stayed for 7 years? Find a new job.
Missing the first part of the video so we don't really know what occurred prior to this. As far as the guy who got fired, nobody is required to hand you a piece of paper to throw you out of their business. And the guy who complained about getting his starting rate for seven years...why didn't he just find another job? Nobody is holding you there and if you already know you work for a greedy boss/owner who doesn't appreciate you then just find something else. Bosses like this who take their employees for granted are everywhere but unemployment is the lowest it's been in 50 years so jobs are plentiful.
@Mark_Asread sure buddy like anywhere else has their shit together as well 😂 what a joker you are
Why did you stay at a job for 7 years making min wage? Part of this is on you for not.... waking up? Like 5 years ago
Theres a bunch of you guys and this reach a point that can not be tolerated as a employee, call a union asap!!
Most employers don't want to deal with unionized employees for good reason, so they would just let those employees go and find new ones at the lowest onboarding pay.
I would never hire a union employee. Too much of a headache.
Would have less bosses if we just started beeping the fuck out of em to remind them no human really has authority over you
Lmao okay clown. They stay then play victim.... think some bud, only faults is their own
7 years at minimum wage sounds like a motivation problem. Yeah it’s a shit job, that’s why you leave ASAP
Well, that's your fault for staying for 7 years at minimum wage.
In the mean time might as well go get a fast food gig, they're getting a raise in April. 😆
I asked for a raised my boss sold the company
Why are you still there after 7 years
thats when you all quit at once.
more or less did, i got fired and others had a choice lol
That Parable in the Bible where the guy pays everyone the same. No matter when they start it. Yeah, I have a trouble dealing with that too... Praying for your stay strong. Move on, love yourself first. How can you expect others to if you don't?
The Bible is garbage

Don't dialogue with a supervisor or boss. Get your next/last paycheck, cash it then if you have 2,000 minimum saved for a rainy day and get an attorney retainer start a case. Document everything on paper and get it notarized. Have attorney send a surprise letter. Never tell someone you are suing them as they will contact their attorney first then your chances are much lower of winning a case.. Always use element of surprise to get upper hand. Employers are worried of lawsuits if an employee can afford legal advice. Don't accept job back go for jugular by either out of court settlement or outright suing for damages. Think you can't squirrel away 2,000? Yes you can you don't spend anything on crap you absolutely don't need! Over a couple years you would be surprised how much you can save for this here and there. You will be glad you did!
You can't get a lawyer for you staying at a place for 7 years withput a raise kiddo lmao most states are at will employment meaning you can literally be fired for any reason other than discrimination basically... idk why kids think they can just sue anyone
If you work for minimum wage for 7 whole years what makes you think you’ll finally get a raise hahaha tf
Okay first of all night a fight just some annoying 2 idiots arguing with the boss about a stupid raise
Poor guy filming . Guys we going or staying lmao
*Yu wot m8*
Cute you stuck together, but trespassing is trespassing. Get another job. This whiny bs needs to stop.
Agreed. Once the manager/owner says you are fired, you have to leave immediately. Doesn't matter what stand you take. The police will not care about that nor should they.
It’s his business and his establishment. He can fire you for any reason he sees fit and he is under no obligation to give you a raise. You also absolutely have no right to stay on his property if he doesn’t want you there. Need to stop watching movies and get in with the real world. Under capitalism, everything is private property and unless you own it, you can be removed at will by the owner/owners.
If you feel like you’re being underpaid and don’t like working there, you are free to quit/leave any time. Employees and employers interests are not mutually exclusive under capitalism.
If your boss doesnt want to pay you more. Get another job. Simple. Acting entitled for it and then throwing a hissy fit because boss said no. Gain new skills so you're more valuable to more businesses out there and your demand pay will also increase.
I don’t see no fight. Quit false advertising.
He really fired y'all for that? 😮 what a dick,,
Been there for 7 years and you couldn't find another higher paying job? The owner doesn't have to give you a raise if you're not worth it. I bet you're in California, learn how to live in squalor.
