Jersey Mikes Subs Poor Customer Service

🚨TEACHABLE MOMENT🚨

TO ALWAYS STAND FOR WHAT'S RIGHT.
As well as TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT
It's a skill that lasts forever
Even well after the ball stops bouncing🎯
I just had the WORST customer service experience EVER & it was at Jersey Mikes in Munster Indiana 8153 Calumet.
Service was so poor that the manager refused to give me her name & told the employees not to talk to me.
This after they took my order the after making my bowl without lettuce on it she just threw some on top of it.
When I asked her to remake it and do it right so that the lettuce would be on the bottom, SHE JUST FLIPPED IT OVER INTO A NEW BOWL.
Now the meal is all over the place & I know my wife will not eat it that way.
I asked again politely if they would remake it
The manager said NO, take it or leave it
👀 REALLY🤦🏾‍♂️
I then asked for her name and she refused
I asked for the corporate number she said NO
Then dude in the picture tried to be rational
He said hey man she just glipped it over
It's all still there in the bowl.
My response was I get it, but I would like it
remade because now it's all thrown together.
The manager says now from the back
Stop talking to him, the guy was confused.
He said huh🤔 she said it again.
Then he stopped talking to me
Finally, I said who's the owner & he said, Raul
I asked what's the number to the store
She again hastily told him to stop talking
He then said oh you gotta look it up yourself😥
Then I went to check out and the guy at the register who asked not to be on film said hey man I'm sorry about the customer service.
Even the woman next to me said I don't know why they just can't remake your food🤔.
This lady does NOT need to be a manager
ANYWHERE.....
SHE PROBABLY DIDN'T PLAY SPORTS BECAUSE SPORTS TEACH US HOW TO PROBLEM SOLVE, RESOLVE CONFLICT & EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE, SHE DID NONE OF THOSE.
ATHLETES DO WELL IN THE REAL WORLD IF THEY PAY ATTENTION DURING THEIR CAREERS.
It gave a VERY RACISTS FEEL FROM THE HISPANIC WOMAN MANAGER.

What’s the point of pulling up a camera on your phone putting the camera in all the other peoples faces who did nothing? If you were wronged by one person focus on the the direct threat and react accordingly

They were all wrong. Because they allowed wrong to happen and spoke on it quietly like most folks. That’s the point. If you allowed your buddy or coworker to do wrong and you sat there and allowed it happen, then attempted to have a sidebar voicing your apologies…. Nah, those folks are cowards too just like most folks who see wrong and do or say nothing. Again, that’s the point Demetrius. Hopefully that makes sense🤷🏾‍♂️ if not, it’s not for everybody to understand.
There’s also a lesson behind it for those who read.

Just terrible. They disrespect and mistreat customers then expect them to stay silent! Smh!
