I’ve heard a lot of good things about a sub shop called Jersey Mike’s Subs from the United States of America and fortunately there are two locations here in Ontario, Canada.
So today we are travelling an hour and a half to the fine city of Kitchener Waterloo to find out what are the most ordered subs at Jersey mike’s Subs.

Subway is good for a cheap sub fix since i only eat the Cold Cut there, but Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s are the best hands down. JM being better than Jimmy John’s of course.

That's what I usually get. The roast beef and provolone is good too.
I grew up in Jersey and on Jersey Mike’s. So glad they’re popping up in Wisconsin. The key is the freshly sliced meat. I either go Club, Italian or one of the Philly steaks. For a drink, a fountain Pepsi with a splash of the cream soda. Perfection.
They also have a Jersey Mike's in East Peoria Illinois.
I've ate in every Jersey Mike's in Wisconsin.
I like to hear "Mike's music playlist" , adhered to everytime a new store opens

Jersey Mikes is a solid staple for a sub. still prefer a Publix sub, hard to beat it if you have Publix in your area.
Publix in Daytona beach serves the best subs and Cuban sandwiches👌

@@bigdogbulldog9912, funny thing, I was visiting my parents at their winter house in Port Charlotte, Florida at the end of February and they were raving about how good Publix subs were and that I should give it a try. I didn't pay too much attention about it as I've never had a grocery store sub worth writing home about, so I never ended up trying one. I'm regretting it now after reading some of these comments about how good they are. I did get a solid Cuban sandwich at a Cuban takeout place but now I'm stuck up here in Canada kicking myself about what I may have missed out on :(

Hey Ken! You should review the food truck in Bradford called "Frydays." They recently got new owners and the food is amazing. There are also two other food trucks accross from them that serve ribs, pulled pork and a lot more, as well as a mini donut truck! It's located right near China Garden on Holland St.

Jersey Mike’s is a Point Pleasant gem! Started by a high school kid who bought a sandwich shop he worked for while going to school! Started small and is now expanding across the country! Ate at the original, my cousin went to school with Peter!

Technically the cheesesteak you had is called the "99". It's their 56 (the big kahuna) and the 43 (chipotle) mashed together. Or basically it's the big kahuna with the chipotle sauce added. So if anybody wants to get the same sammich in this video, make sure to order the "99" or at least the big kahuna with chipotle mayo added, it doesn't automatically come with it.

Jersey Mikes is an awesome sub shop! Stopped in the Kitchener ON location today for the very first time. Staff was incredible - so friendly, helpful, and upbeat. Mentioned I saw your video (same staff as in this video) and had to try this out since it looked so good.

If I'm just feeling their prebuilts though, it is meatball all day.
Only negative with Firehouse is that bc they steam their meat and stuff, bread gets soggy quick. Gotta eat it there. Love a "Club on a Sub" though.
Tyler Hall I drive 15 min to pick firehouse up and drive it back home and it’s not terribly soggy still a good sub especially the hook and ladder

I LOVE Jersey Mike's Subs! You've got to try Jersey Shore's Favorite done Mike's way. So fresh and delicious. Reminds me of the sub shops on the Boardwalk. Glad to see you got the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, it's also one of my favorites, but you should also try the #20, Grilled Pastrami Reuben. It's so good with that sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing! 😲🤤
The reubens will be gone by next winter in every location it’s too expensive and hard to get the pastrami and corned beef :( but that’s my favorite sub

Great review, Ken! Glad you finally got to try Jersey Mike's Subs! I love Jersey Mike's Subs! Hands down, one of my favorite places to eat! The town I live in got one a couple of years ago and it's been since then my go to place for subs! My Number 1 sub I always get is the Number 8 Club Sub (Mike's Way) and my Number 1 hot sub is the Number 20 Grilled Pastrami Reuben! It's always good!

Make sure to try a Club next time, its my favorite. Their bacon is some of the best i've had anywhere period.. they make it fresh multiple times a day.. i know it sits in a bin in the back but that is because its fresh and goes fast... don't DROP the ball.. and get one of the clubs w/ extra bacon and mayo mikes way. :) just saying.. people always missing out on the REAL good stuff.

If I’m getting a cold sub I always go with the original Italian w red wine vinegar on the side so it isn’t all soggy. For a hot sub I do the chipotle cheesesteak it’s so good and simple! Can’t go wrong with JM glad you got to try it

Their Big Kahuna is hands down the beat Cheesesteak I've ever had and their Italians (both of them) CRUSHES Subways.
This is the only sub shop I will go to even though they are way more expensive.

I work there and I’d say the most ordered is either the #13 original italian or the #8 the club sub, usually people go for the regular cheesteakes but the big kahuna is our best one and u gotta get some chip mayo in there too

There was a Jersey Mike's in the retail section of my apartment building in college. It was owned by this sweet couple who always hooked me up. Unfortunately it was never busy and it closed down. I think they were a little early (this was 2007), because I'm sure they would do great now that everyone knows JMs.

I ate at a Jersey Mike’s, in New Jersey, and something seems to be getting lost in translation up here. The place looks dirty and confused.
Outside of our area, most people have a much lower standard for subs. We are spoiled as hell in NJ NY PA.

I love Jersey Mike subs. Them and Publix Grocery stores make incredible italian hoagies.
Where I work there is a jersey mikes 6 feet away from me I usually get the #7 which has provolone cheese and turkey and that’s all I get and I add honey mustard to mine it’s so good.
Try the Kahuna and a portabella mushrooms with the button mushrooms already on it. I love the hot portabella sub. Drinks suggestionThey have a canned black cherry tarragon pop that's very dark cherry tasty or a calorieless Bubbly blackberry.

Good call with this one, Ken! Took drive from Toronto to try these guys out. I got the Chipotle Cheese Steak and the Bacon Ranch Chicken. So worth it, and the cookies were delicious as you described. Next time I go I'm gonna try the Reuben and the Roast Beef.
