Wow !! I hope you read this. Those first two big sandwiches were what I've been waiting to see for over a year now. They are the real deal. I'm from Iowa and I've been a little critical of you guys but this was by far your best video. All four sandwiches rank very high in my humble opinion. This was the best !

The cold sandwhiches are pretty good if you ge them the “Mike’s Way” but they are expensive. Here in NY, most delis have Boars Head cold cuts which are #1 and could even be cheaper than Jersey Mikes.
All their cheesesteak sandwiches are too much bread for what goes inside them. Tastes like American cheese and that’s about it, barely get any flavor from the meat/onions/mushrooms.
Truly appreciate your opinion and take on the products we serve. Always room for improvement
Next time u order a cheesesteak have them hollow out the bread

Just wondering if you noticed this before, but when you make a large sandwich, can you put less than double what goes on the small sandwich. Do two have sandwiches cost more than one full one?

How can you guys slice during the lunch rush? I worked at a sub place and there was no way we could do that our line was to the door for 3 straight hours with family sized orders often

Are you guys not shredding all the lettuce anymore? Saw the same at the jm I go to not all the lettuce is shredded I see some big leafy chunks

@@berserkergames113 bro I swear the brand of lettuce we get is random. It's usually between 3 or 4 brands. And this one brand we get at times is so good awful but we don't got a choice. We chose lettuce, our supply truck just delivers us whatever we get smh
Do you cook your roast beef or does it come cooked?
We used to cook it in house but we recently changed it to pre cooked
bread is overcooked. as a FREQUENT customer the bread is much better when it's a lighter brown.
The bread looks perfect to me there's always one in the bunch that's super picky.
Improper cheese placement, too many onions, sorry use of vinegar/oil. Perfect wrap and perfect lettuce use. 7/10
Why not put the paper down 1st. Seems like you would save time cleaning between sandwhiches

I just noticed something. Your slicing different meats and cheese all on that one machine. isnt that considered cross contamination?
All cooked all going to the same place I guess not or else we would have no business and people would be dying left and right.
