I work here, but I find a sense of security when I see other people do the EXACT thing I do on a daily basis.
One thing that keeps me watching these grill videos over and over is the technique each cook uses to prepare and transfer the product to the buns. From the chopping of steak and veggies to the perfectly choreographed slide of the spatulas under the meat and cheese, which is then placed perfectly on the bun, these are beautifully crafted sandwiches. Like a mason placing cement on a layer of brick without dropping any, your skills are well honed! I was a carpenter for 20 years and watched many skilled men of the trades , to include myself, perform amazing feats of craftsmanship which appeared like magic to me. Be proud of yourselves!
I love the grill videos! Something about the scraping on the grill is so relaxing. And now I'm going to have to make the trip to Jersey Mike's tomorrow and get a sandwich!

The story shorts, got me to try Jersey Mike's for the 1st time today. Got the Italian Mike's way. Pretty good. I'm eyeballing the chipotle Philly for next time

@@EDandAJ I work the grill as well and we are next to Costco and this seems pretty slow for a lunch rush we hit around 8-9 hundred dollars hours back to back and I heard the Austin Texas one is even worse which jersey mike you work at
Love me some jersery mikes I make have to drive about a hour in a half to get there but who cares the food is amazing! FYI I have a subway down the street but I’ll take quality anyway #a subabove!!!! 🔥🔥🔥

only issue i see is his steak drop game ,there's a trick to dropping and unsticking the paper :) all in one move

Good video, but it looks like the tongs touched the trash can. If so, that's disgusting. I hope I'm wrong, but I wouldn't have done it that way

Seriously, what's that small amount of peppers and onions gonna do for that sandwich anyway, typical fast food skimping. I'd load it up more, and take care of the customer.

I think Fells Aron said cleaned, not spotless. To be fair, anything left on there is more or less killed by the heat I think
@@rob6083 I do also work here but in a different state. So if the grill dirty like that . The meat cook slower and the cheese won’t melt properly
