I have a 2020 gmc 3500 denial and it wont do it ?

So it’s 5 positions, I thought it was, 1-0hp, 2-50, 3-100, 4-150, 5-200. What s it mean if you’re on 0 rpm or no flash of the light?

That's what I was wondering on my 2019. It goes to 0, or off I guess, then 1. So is 1 stock or 1 50hp?
