Fudgy Gooey Chocolate Crinkle Cookies - Easy Chocolate Cookies Recipe

These decadent chocolate crinkle cookies are so fudgy, gooey and delicious. These chocolate cookies are one of my favorite cookies, not only are they such delicious chocolate cookies, they are so easy to make.
INGREDIENTs
1 1/3 cups all purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup granulated sugar Plus 3 tablespoons for rolling
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs at room temperature
2 large egg yolks at room temperature
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 oz semi sweet chocolate
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Bake at 350F 8 to 9 minutes
