- Fry bora /bodi/yard long bean/ very popular in the Caribbean.This can be cooked in many different ways. This recipe I added pre marinate chicken and let it fry with different ingredients listed below.
Ingredients needed:
About 3 lbs of long beans/bora
2 lbs of chicken cut into small peices
Chicken marinate:
1 and 1/2 TBS crushed garlic
1/2 of large onion chopped
2 medium size tomatoes
1/2 tsp tomato paste
1 TBS dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 Maggie bullion block
1/2 cup chopped scallions
2 weri weri pepper
salt to taste
Additional 1/2 large onion chopped
1-2 tbs olive oil for cooking
