What do I think of the people making unofficial continuations of my series? People have always made videos in recreations of my world so I am used to it. It’s flattering that they enjoyed the series so much they want to continue it. To be clear, I have not given anyone exclusive permission to continue my series and there will never be an official “season 2” of my Lovely World. I would have no power to stop anyone from doing it even if I wanted them to. I would hope they make their videos go beyond an imitation and make it immediately clear that it’s an unofficial fan creation. I also find it a bit off when they directly use things like my intro music, thumbnail format and speech style. I also find the use of characters I have created a bit disrespectful, especially they are altering the ending I crafted. That said, they are welcome to make fan videos and who knows, maybe something cool will come from one of them.
@@joeycarrotHow did you start the lovely world? Like where was your inspiration to create a series like this? Especially over 11 years ago, this type of series wasn't super relevant before you.
ERM WRONG BUDDDYYY ( he did curse in the beginning of his career but it was honestly hilarious hearing stampy out of character in a way, anyways sorry to be that guy though ) but yeah i know what you're saying, i love stampy fr
So happy for you that you acknowledge the pointlessness of looking back forever, and rather the beauty of exploring and chasing fresh joy. Not everyone finds that easy. Wonderful.
This is an attitude I’ve seen online the past few years that’s bothered me, but of course I understand the desire and I’ve gone through periods like this as well. I’m 21, I assume most of the people in this comment section are roundabout that age, and we’re at a point now where are elementary age “childhoods” are possibly a decade or more years ago. It’s very easy to fall into an idealized version of what was, but it’s not tangible, it’s all in your head. It’s tricky though because it’s so easy and soothing to fall into that.
Yeah it’s sad that to see your favourite series or any other thing ends but it gonna happen anyway so why fret of something being ended and why not try new things.
To those who watched Stampy as a kid and are now returning as adults, it's nice to see you all again. Welcome back, let's celebrate Lovely World's ending together.
As a child, I lived in a pretty abusive household. So your videos acted as an escape from the situation I was in, so yeah, not being awful was huge. Thank you so mutch.
@@Awesomeflame16 literally.. i dont know if i have time though which makes me sad and im already having trouble letting go so idk if itd make it better or worse
"Because people still care." That's exactly why I watched the finale, even though I haven't followed the Lovely World series in years. I grew out of the silly shenanigans you showed, but I never stopped enjoying them. They just weren't what I wanted to occupy my time with, but I couldn't miss how it ended.
11 years, 823 episodes, entertained millions. You sir, are a bloody legend. I remember my first episode I ever watched was “Trip to the moon” as a young lad and loved it alongside millions more, and you consistently uploaded 10 years on. You deserve so much praise for your work and deserve your long deserved rest. We appreciate you so much. Thanks Stampy 🧡
For me my first episode was "Thrill Ride" back when I was about 11-12. It inspired me to do similar things in my own world with my friends: Building a theme park, going on adventures, making minigames, and just enjoying Minecraft. Those early episodes still inspire what I do in Minecraft, but it's just a bit harder since my friends lost interest in the game.
Oh dear... I started watching you when I was 12. I'm now 23 years old. I feel happy for you that you're finally moving on, and I hope you find some content you can truly love creating from here on, or even just focus on your own life and be the happiest there. Best wishes Stampy.
Coming from experience, I also feel like a lot of the people saying "no no keep doing it" aren't regular watchers, they more love the idea that you're still going rather than actually loving the newer videos. You were a big part of my childhood, and I hope you do well in the future.
For folks who want Lovely World to continue, remember that if you watched 1 Lovely World video a week, you'd have to spend almost 16 calendar years to finish the whole series We'll be able to rewatch this series for a very long time lads.
Same I regularly watched the lovely World Series for many years when I first started in 2014 and when I was growing up in that time but as I got older I didn’t watch it as much because I still liked to play Minecraft but the videos wan’t the same as when I was a kid but I would still come back and watch new and old videos to re visit my childhood even now at 16 I still go back just for the memories so even though the series has ended it will always be here for us the revisit forever.
My farewell as a 44 year old guy. I had no idea about you. But 10 years ago my 3 year old said dad put on Stampy. we followed the adventure for years. Eventually my kids drifted away from Stampy's lovely world, but always keeping an eye on it. I could tell it was a staple in their upbringing. When the finale was announced they raced through the house saying "It's the final episode!". We all watched the final episode together and said goodbye. In some ways I could tell my boys said goodbye to a little part of their childhood.Thank you for being a kind person, not being too weird, and giving parents the confidence that they can always drop their kids off at Stampy's world for the afternoon. Love you buddy!
stamps, this was the day i always feared as a kid. but i’m so blessed that i got to experience growing up with you. you were my childhood and being able to say that is a gift itself. you have worked so hard and deserve a break to focus even more on you and your family. you have accomplished so much in your life and have positively impacted so many others as well and i know you will continue to do so, both online and offline. i love you stamps. thank you for raising me. thank you for everything. ❤
I was roughly 8 when this series started. Now, I’m an adult. I remember specifically telling my cousins excitedly about this series because you “didnt swear” (at least after the first few lol), and about your dogs and hitthetarget. I remember my friends would tell stories about what we watched, argue about whether or not you could actually time travel or go to the moon, and we plotted to build our own lovely worlds. This was in elementary school. You truly raised a generation, myself included. Thanks for everything :)
The things that happens to you happens to me too. Me and my friends argued for hours about him landing on the moon anot, and so many times we said "let's recreate stamp lovely world!" But right after collecting the trees all MIA😂😂😂 I took so long just to finish his old haven't extent house😂
Same here, I was 9. Funnily enough the first episode I watched was sinking feeling. After that I went back and watched the series from the first episode. I am 19 now. He truly raised a generation.
For someone like Joe to carry the weight of his world for over a decade. Nothing but respect for him. And he made it completely family friendly. You will go down as Minecraft’s greatest content creator. When people ask “what was your favorite content creator?” People will be like, “It’s Stampy. Stampy was the one who made my childhood.” You truly became a memorable creator. You shaped so many childhoods by playing a game. Most of who are now old enough to drive. Good luck with your goals in life.
@@the_mancavewithjacob thats wild u started watching stampy at 15 lol i found out about him when i was like 10, im 18 now driving & in college crazy how times change
Hey stamps, I’m almost 17 now, I’ve been watching you and this series since the start and I’ll just say it was an honor, I feel blessed to be able to be apart of this incredible journey and it truly brings a tear to my eye to see this series go but I’m so happy I was there for every moment of it, thank you for bringing so much joy to my life, I will continue to watch your videos and one day I’ll show you to my kids, I just want to say I’m honored to be apart of this and thank you, for being everything that you are.
Keeping a series going for over 11+ years is dedication. I still remember when your first mispelling of Stanta when I was just 12 years old. Thanks for being part of the best nostalgic year of my life, you're a legend Stampy! The lovely world may be over but I will always remember the glory days Thank you Edit: Just realised he kept this going for literally half my life omg
I'm 21 years old, and it sucks to admit this, but I cried tears. Those tears weren't meant in sadness, but rather in joy. You've come so far and did so much for my childhood. You did so much for many, the Minecraft community included. I hope you understand how appreciated you are by that many. The many you interacted with over the years. And although you've always shown your appreciation to all of us regularly, I hope you feel that same feeling. You shaped us all to the best of your abilities, exemplifying kindness and sticking to that mindset for TEN years straight. You deserve your flowers. Thank you so much, Stampy.
I'm in your boat exactly. I'm 19, and I've been watching stampy for at least 10 years, but I love stampy so much. you shaped all of our childhoods. I love you stampy. Thank you for everything
It's great to see how behind that playful orange cat, Stampy is still such a thoughtful and mature person. It's an honour to have him as my inspiration.
10:10 I honestly can not even express how relatable it feels to have to "learn" all this new stuff! I've been playing for 11 years, and it doesn't have that same kick it used to have, and I think stampy sums it up beautifully there. This game doesn't feel like it used to, and all this new stuff is 1. So confusing 2 doesn't have much purpose 3. Doesn't feel like minecraft and 4. Doesn't peak my interest to use! Love you lots stampy!
For the world download, i would say a general clean up, check-up on the minigames, chests, signs, would be enough. I myself would enjoy it as quite a pure experience. Adding extra thrills could be left up to the people who download it.
@@setarli20 Basically the way Bedrock had certain priorities, (probably due to deadline constraints knowing Microsoft), those priorities made switching from legacy console editions (a highly polished version of Minecraft for Xbox/play station) to bedrock (definitely not polished at all on release) a hard and shocking migration as worlds weren't performing or transferring properly amongst other problems. the main "flaws of modern day Minecraft" at that time was things being very under polished and proper upon release and transfer. So everyone from gamers like us to ibxtoycat and stampy felt the struggle, no matter how great bedrock is now,
I’m 18 now. I turned 18 last October.. and it’s really weird to see something that was there your whole childhood end. It feels really symbolic haha. Thank you for doing your lovely garden and even though I never made it. It helps me to be creative and work on my art. And now I plan to go to college for graphic design and art. You were such a great role model. Thank you
I think the reason you get complaints for being a good person and not turning out evil is just how many other Minecraft RUclipsrs from your “generation” have ended up going down in a mess, but here you are, being consistently an amazing person the entire time Also I forgot how soothing your voice is tbh
I was 12 when I would watch Stampy now I’m 20, turning 21 soon It’s crazy to me how the years flew by. Thank you Stampy for all the memories, and all the comfort!
Knowing for a fact that fellow kids who are now adults who used to watch Stampy are greeting him and seeing him, it makes me tear up with overwhelming happiness, Im so proud of you Stampy.
i absolutely love the way he ended things. everybody got what they wanted and he's explaining everything perfectly. he didn't make it a huge deal or anything just very low key and honest, i love it. thank you so much for everything you've done and all of the effort you've put into your content.
Watching the final episode was seriously surreal, but of course it had to end at some point. It brought me a lot of happiness as a child and gave me something to fondly remember which is really what it’s all about.
I loved the ending. I personally wouldn't have it any other way. It was somehow very comforting knowing that we were sort of leaving the Lovely World alongside Stampy, the very person (or cat, rather) who's been running the show for all this time. Enjoy the end of your 11+ year project, Stampy. We all wish you the very best with your novels, The Bonus Points, and wherever else you decide to take yourself. And for the millionth time, Thank you Stampy, for these past 11 years.
It's rare to see a youtuber who doesn't just do what the algorithm wants. This is why you are one of my favorites. I'm glad that you try to break new ground and accept when it's time for things to end. Having watched you since middle school and now moving into college life, I salute lovely world, and look forwards to a bright future.
I have to say, as another person who viewed Stampy's Lovely World as a kid, huge respect for all that you've achieved with Minecraft. It's been a decade since my regular viewing days and I still can't finish a single house in Minecraft; you've got games upon games upon rooms upon shops in the world it's honestly mind-boggling to me. The amount of care and effort you put into 800 videos is incredibly admirable. Mad respect. Stampy's content played a big role in making our childhoods better. And that's why we are all so nostalgic for it.
dude if my entire career turned into “I watched you when I was a kid and my parents didn’t love me” I’d get exhausted and emotionally drained SO fast, it’s incredible you committed to your content for so long, but it’s definitely time the lovely world ended, thank you for everything!!!
Oh my god I feel the exact same way. I see all these old Minecraft RUclipsrs like Stampy or DanTDM and literally all the comments are some variation of “You were my childhood man” or “You raised us when our parents wouldn’t” and it’s like… holy cow, I would go crazy if that was me. It’d definitely make me feel like anything I did now doesn’t matter, when all anyone talks about is my earlier stuff.
I think it wasn't the ending fans wanted, but it was the ending we all needed. Thank you so much for your time you took all these years to upload these videos and entertain us with the Lovely World Series! I think I speak for everyone when I say we're happy for you and we hope you take care of yourself and we're still going to be around seeing what it is you do next! 🧡
honestly, after about 11 years (one LITERAL DECADE AND A YEAR MIND YOU) of making videos, you deserve more than anyone in the whole world a vacation, and a LOONNGG break, you are amazing stamps, always have been, always will be
I’m so glad I’ve found so many people who grew up with Stampy the way I did 🥰 I’ve been watching you since I was 5 and I turn 16 in a few short months. I truly do not know what my childhood would have looked like without you being a part of it. But looking back at the way I grew away from Stampy’s Lovely World despite it having such a large impact on me, makes me so much happier for you doing what’s best for you and giving our childhood world the ending it deserved. You did raise 10 millions kids after all. 😉 Rewatching old Wonder Quest and Lovely World videos will always be one of the most nostalgic and comforting activities, and I’m so grateful for all of the amazing memories Stampy has been so kind to help make for all of us. ❤
Main timestamps: 1:18 - Why did Stampy end his Lovely World? 13:55 - How does Stampy feel? 24:45 - What will Stampy do next? 32:30 - What will Stampy do with his new free time?
You beat me to it 😩 But you're a chad for doing this. Some just comment on here without caring and or watching this video. Kinda sad, but thats their choice
This is why I love stamps. He doesn’t change himself or compromise to stay relevant. I remember him saying back on the mac podcast like 6(?) years ago “I know I’ll become irrelevant if I don’t change my style but tbh I don’t care”. Couldn’t have more respect for this man and honestly I still love his style and personality. I never really stopped watching him and came back for nostalgia. Iv been here pretty consistently for over 10 years. Thanks for everything stamps and I hope you keep posting in at least some way. Much love and God bless Ps: I also still really miss the legacy console edition. I was so upset when they discontinued it
You say that but Stampy changed his style when he realized most of his audience were kids. I think that’s a good thing but Stampy has definitely changed his style. Also the videos have definitely changed quite a bit since the beginning. Lovely World started off as a world where he and his friends would just hang out and build cool things. Then it developed into more of a story focused series. Still think it’s great but things have definitely changed throughout his career.
Stampy talking about the feeling of the big new updates just feels so true. Feeling like you have to "learn" all the new stuff instead of feeling like you got "new toys" is such a great way to describe the feel of the modern game!
As for the world download I personally like the idea of making it more of an experience. I feel that it would be best for you to go as deep as you want to add to it and polish it as much as you want to; it's better to hold off on releasing it until you're fully comfortable with it. That way, you won't have any regrets because you'll never really get another chance to change it as you mentioned. I think that exclusive minigames, easter egg hunts, and the like will always be welcomed (they personally sound awesome), you also get to tell a bit more about the world that way too. As for the people who don't want that, they can always remove the new stuff from the world themselves, but never the other way around. P.S. Thanks for this wonderful series, it's been a wild ride. I've also been checking out Bonus Points and have been pleasantly surprised, I've been enjoying it a lot.
Been quietly watching you every day after class as a kid ever since I was 9. I'm turning 19 in a month. Kudos to you for keeping a series that practically raised a lot of us for more than ten years. A lot of us really appreciate your work. With new room for future projects, you deserve all of the support !! We're all here for you
Ayo pretty much the same here, turning 19 pretty soonish and I have been watching this orange cat's adventures ever since videos like "a sinking feeling" were in their prime
While I probably lost interest in watching his Minecraft series when I was 12-13 he definitely entertained millions including myself when I was about 9 maybe 10 pretty much when it all started, I’m also 19 and yes this man has done incredible things and he deserves to have a break from Minecraft.
“Me carrying on making these videos, will not bring you back to your childhood” It is so true and so many of the fans who wish for the series to continue on should really consider those words. Long time fan here, I’m glad to see that the doors have opened up. The series will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart, but alike Stampy, we have also grown up into new people that brings us new things and new memories 🥹🥲 much love Stampy. Much love 💛 I’m so very excited to watch this new era with you
The final episode was absolutely amazing. It captured the raw, lovely world feel of the average episode while also adding a touch of sadness when you said your goodbye. It was perfect. Your amazing Stampy, Your laughter and lively personality never failed to put a smile on my face now, and 9 years ago. I'll never forget Stampy's lovely world.
@@lorddoctor-4893 True, I was disappointed by the ending. It was sweet and emotional and all, but I didn't like that at the very end of the series, the villain won. Maybe Hit the Target could have actually offered peace and Stampy offers it to him as his "successor" of a sort. Hit the Target thanks Stampy for 11 years of Lovely World and Stampy leaves with his helpers.
I don't get the fans saying Hit the Target still loses because he will suffer loneliness in the empty Lovely World. He clearly has anti-social personality, who doesn't care people and only want material objects, which he will still be happy with the outcome. Hit the Target still won because he got he wanted and will not see or suffer the consequences. While, Stampy still mostly loses because he lost the world (which spent over a decade on it) and keep his friends, which I highly doubt the friendship will last.
Mad respect.
as an artist, i really respect the way you dropped a project when you knew it wasn't being what you wanted anymore, and the way you talk about creating things is really lovely. i hope your future creative pursuits are fulfilling and important to you!
“I will not say ‘do not weep’, for not all tears are an evil.” - Gandalf I’m sad to see it go, it was my childhood. The Lovely World videos are the reason I started watching RUclips. But I’m happy to have been a part of something so spectacular. Thank you for everything, Stampy. I look forward to future videos.
He's had an impact on the entire world. I'm sure his kindness will be remembered by everyone who grew up watching him and those people are positively affecting their communities as we speak.
Honestly, I think a lot of people can learn from Stampy here. It's important to keep your online life and your real life separate. So many people are dangerously tied to their social media life, so this is something people need to hear. It's great that Stampy (or Joe, if he prefers) can be a role model for both the kids that just found him and the adults who grew up with him. That's something I can't say about many other people on the platform.
I wholeheartedly agree. Stampy is probably the most friendly, fun, and imaginative youtuber in the Minecraft space that still produces content for young people, while not restricting his audience too much. The videos are just good fun, and have so much thought put into them (especially the plot episodes!). I think that he also understands how to inspire his audience and ignite their imaginations. It feels almost like he’s teaching a lesson in a fun way, and I appreciate that greatly. 🧡
That's good for content creators, but there's no need to create a persona as a regular person on the Internet. As long as we aren't sharing things like our address, it is perfectly safe to be our real selves online
Your finale was honestly absolutely perfect, man… you’re a master of children’s story telling (i specify children specifically because making a perfect children’s story also includes the adults and you did a great job), and it’s such a sweet beautiful message and trip and it reminded me why younger me loved your videos so much while letting people know easily why this series is ending. I can’t wait for you to live your best life after the conclusion of stampy’s story! Thank you for raising this generation man.
It’s really sad seeing you end that series, but after 10+ years, it’s understandable. Even though you’ve come up with practically every minigame under the sun, there’s still only so much that can be done on Minecraft without the assistance of mods or putting days of effort into a single project. A lack of motivation really sucks, it’s honestly surprising seeing somebody able to stick to one world for a decade, seriously, great job man! We’ll miss the series, we hope you had as much fun making it as we had watching it. Great work Stampy
I think two separate downloads for Lovely World would work best. 1 for us recreators who just wanna recreate the world. 1 for the general public that has a sort of easter egg hunt just as stampy said, along with the other details he mentioned.
@@HenryG theres been tons like myself who have been recreating stampys world for years heck some even probably a decade, for the people who have been, they might wanna finish their world by using stampys download as a reference, hope that answered your question
The amount of Father’s Day cards i owe this man is utterly ridiculous. He molded my entire childhood and introduced me to so many games i now call personal favorites. While I am sad that it is now over, i am glad to see that he is finally getting the rest he deserves. Thank you for raising me and an entire generation of youngster with your videos.
Thank you Stampy. You touched our lives in a way that is indescribable. I, along with thousands of others grew up watching this series. Stampy's Lovely World is a part of all our childhoods, and it's bittersweet to see this part officially come to and end. Never forget the impact you have had on all our lives. We thank you more than you'll ever know.
the ending of lovely world kinda feels like moving out of the house you grew up in. it tugs on your heart a bit but it’s the beginning of many new experiences and opportunities. you can always drive by the house again when you miss it.
My childhood is really leaving me, I’m 17 now. and I loved every single second of every single video. Salute to you and every hour of joy you put in our lives!
This was one of the first channels I ever watched. My brother and I would always be so excited when a new video dropped. Now as an adult I can only appreciate the amount of work and effort that would go into every video and it's incredible that you've been able to continue uploading consistent bangers for over 10 years! Thank you for all your hard work and on behalf of the community we wish you the best in whatever you continue to do in the future!
You’ve earned the right to move on to new projects, infinity-fold. The dedication to stick to a project and maintain the quality that Lovely World had for over a decade is simply phenomenal. Thank you so much.
I know people have said this already, but I think I speak for all of us when I say Stampy's content played a big role in making our childhoods better. And that's why we are all so nostalgic for it. It's bitter sweet to see the Lovely world series go, but I am so happy to see this weight lifted off Stampy's shoulders. He made our childhoods infinitely happier, so he deserves to be happy as well. I am not a writer but I hope this gets the point across. Thank you for everything, Stampy.
Thanks Stampy for your realness and honesty and forward-thinking. It took me awhile to get around to watching the final episode. I saw it go up when it came out but honestly the idea was overwhelming for me, as the series had been so integral to earlier years of my life. I’m sure that’s nothing new for you to hear, though, but I do hope you just feel so loved and appreciated, we all owe you such a debt of gratitude and we wish you luck in your future endeavors
As an OG Stampy fan from 2013, I want to once again thank you for all the memories. It makes sense that your motivation would be lower after an 11-year grind and the many changes to Minecraft, so I'm glad you ended Lovely World on your own terms. Congratulations on such a wonderful series, and good luck with any future projects! 💛
I wanted him to make it to a final Christmas special but I completely understand why Lovely World ended. All great things must end, and however abrupt this might feel, Stampy’s well being is the most important to me. Cheers Stamps, for a decade of fun, laughter, and tasty cakes. :) 🍰🍰
We can all understand why you ended the lovely world and you've done an unbelievable amount of work and effort over these 10-11 years, we're all adults at this point and will respect and support you throughout this whole thing.
i'm too afraid to watch the final episode, i'm afraid that i'll get too emotional, because i feel like me watching the final episode is ending the LOVELY, fairy-tail like childhood times and starting my new life as a grown up, i know this might not make sence but i REALLY don't want to grow up 😭. BUT, thank you and sqaishey for crafting my childhood, you guys have added new colours to my childhood, i will always remember the lovely times. Hope you all are well in the future!
I'll truly miss this series. Nothing ever felt quite as magical as watching you build minigames and fight Hit the Target. Thank you for the 11 years you gave me.
I give you props for keeping Lovely World going for so long. 12 years on the same world is crazy. You deserve a break, especially from Minecraft. I honestly loved the ending. It was unexpected, but in a good way. The way I expected it to go was you leaving it open ended, saying bye from your bedroom porch and ending it there. I appreciate that you didn’t do that. It was a definitive ending and I believe that’s what Lovely World needed. As for the world download, personally I’d love Easter egg hunts, hidden secrets, and even new mini games. What I wouldn’t want would be things like the builds deleted. To sum up my opinion, add things, but don’t delete big things.
I believe it was a better time than ever to put the Lovely World series to rest. All that matters is how happy you made everyone as they've grown up, myself included. I said it on the finale, and I'll say it again, thank you for all the wonderful memories you've given us. We'll never forget your Lovely World.
I started watching when I was 6 and I’m now 16 and I can’t say enough how happy I am to have been a part of the journey. Thank you Stampy for adding so much to my childhood.
You mentioned the Simpsons, and I think that's the perfect comparison to what nostalgists want Lovely World to be, a series that keeps going on and on even though it's long lost it's relevancy and quality. I respect the hell outta you for sticking to your guns and not taking the easy bag and running the series into the ground. Keep going places Stampy, and thanks for all the memories!
It was very bittersweet to see the finale, but I am so glad you did it now. The time did feel right, and absolutely nothing makes me happier than knowing Lovely World went out on good planned terms with the dignity it deserves. I appreciate all you've done for the community and totally can't wait to see what the future holds!
It's honestly satisfying for me to see it end, especially the fact that it ended the way it was originally planned. Not every YT series has that kind of blessing. Pretty cool!
I totally agree. It was definitely a happy-sad ending but it was a nice thing after some thinking of it all. And after all, stampy isnt gone (which was my "fear", probably like many other people)
the end of this is strangely comforting. all of the OG viewers have moved on with their lives, and now its your turn! We'll all continue to share these memories regardless. I'm happy for you.
I understand why people are sad but here is what I have to say: congratulations! You’re entering another new phase in your life and I’m happy to see whatever your new experiences will be!
With the lovely world coming to an end, I must say that no matter what you decide to do next, you will forever be cemented as a legend who has raise millions of children worldwide. Lots of love from Canada ❤ :)
hey Joe I just wanna say that your impact is really way more than nostalgia on us. The characters we idolize as kids are the ones who shape who we become, and now that the generation who grew up on the lovely world is older, your impact is far more current than ever. Your conduct, kindness and responsibility gave us a taste of true goodness in childhoods which may have been otherwise difficult and turbulent, and because of it this generation of adults has changed for the better. I dont think you're a thing of the past, I think you hugely shaped the future.
If I'm gonna be totally honest, learning about Stampy's novels, I would absolutely LOVE an audiobook version of each with Stampy himself reading them It'd bring some much needed personality to the protagonist (which he explained is Stampy cat like in LW) that you wouldn't really get from anyone else that, and it'd just make sense for Stampy to have the voice of... well, _Stampy_
Stampy has given me fond memories in my childhood, I was never a big fan but occasionally blissfully watched his videos and begging my parents to buy me his stampy plushie. I watched for about 3 years before I grew out of it, but Stampy has left a huge mark on not only the Minecraft community but also the youtube community. The last episode, is sweet and not bittersweet; we all knew he would eventually stop the series and he has wrote so many episodes that this video is an unravel of memories stored, it's not supposed to be something grand but a goodbye that takes us across the lovey world, an ending of a story for a villainous character who finally got what he wanted. But what about stampy? Well, the Lovey world was built for his fans, the purpose was to be a shining light in ones life, stampy didn't lose anything, in the end, he achieved a grand expression of love.
ending this series is such a milestone in minecraft history, i remember getting home from school when i was in kindergarten and going on the computer that was in the kitchen and watching your videos every day. that went on for years. now i’m 14 and went and watched all of stampys lovely world from where i left off, thank you for your amazing content you were a big part of my childhood, keep up the good work!
I have no idea if this would be possible, or something you'd personally want to do, but for the "lovely world recap" idea having some of the old helpers would be fun. Whether it's an interview or chat or whatever, I feel like most people would love that. I do know that most of them are old friendships and at least one ended poorly which is why you may not want to though.
People may say don’t cry because it’s over but be happy that it happened but I’m still gonna cry this was my childhood and I hope you find what you are looking for in life stampy, Thank you for my childhood
I’ve never heard more valid reasoning for doing something. Always do things that are interesting and fulfilling for you. We love you Stamps, never stop being you. ❤
I find your presence really comforting, and that's the fix I need, often. You've absolutely earned the right to end it. It's been wonderful for as long as it was here, and I look forward to everything you'll create in the future.
Wow I’m in tears. I first started watching you when I was in elementary school and now I’m a senior in college. Stampy you’ve created so many wonderful childhood memories for me and others. I just want to thank you for all the content you’ve created and good luck on your future endeavors!
Here's a couple silly suggestions I'd like to make for the world download, and a little thank you for all you have done at the end. When 4J Studios would make worlds that went with the Minecraft Console texture packs, they would have little music disc hunts around the world. A little hunt for Stampy relics could be cool! Maybe some nice little references to other serieses like Wonder Quest or MagicAnimalClub. There's just so much stuff to go through, maybe there could be a little Stampy museum in the house to learn about the history of the world and all the things around it. However the world download turns out, I'm sure it would be a magical experience for everyone who has watched the world grow and evolve over the years. That will come in its own time though. You need a break, one that you have most certainly earned! Thank you so much for everything you have made over the years, because you have helped make me the person I am now and have arguably caused me to become a RUclipsr (albeit a small one) as well! So thank you very much, Mr Stampy Cat. -Stuff
7:00 I'm glad you talked about this. It really sucks they cancelled the Console Editions, they had so much love and passion put into them, just like your lovely world. But Bedrock is devoid of all of that
I started watching you when I was around 8 years old and I'm now 19, it's crazy to think about how long it's been, you made my childhood what it was and you were one of many who inspired me to start RUclips so thank you for that and in memory of you, I still use terms like "lovely jubbly" and "googlies" in my vocabulary once in a while so you sure had an effect on me ahah😂 hope the best for you Stampy!
@MenacingTato69420 it was probably either the mini golf one... I really loved that one, or it was when Hit the Target and Stampy had a face off on their pirate ships... ORRRR it was the one where Stampy built that massive rubix cube.. honestly I don't even know.. I also really liked that space one as a kid where Stampy built the rocket. I literally tried copying him thinking I could go to space too 😆
@@Iiiiii-cm1vf Hell yeah, I fr thought you could freeze yourself in time lol, I also tried to replicate Stampy’s Time Machine, but I forgot to put the base underground 🤣
The ending of the My Lovely World series has hit me very hard, It's bittersweet as it was an integral part of my childhood and I'm turning 18 soon and i feel as though a chapter of my life is coming to an end. Thank you for the memories i have made from the series and thank you for being an amazing place of joy and happiness throughout the years ❤️
It wasn't just the lovely world either, your positivity throughout the last ten years would've helped millions of people, showing that not everything is bad and there are always solutions to all the problems we all have to face. Every single one of your episodes would have brought joy to those who watched throughout the years and we can only be grateful for what you gave our childhoods. Thank you Stampy!
I will do a thread of answers to your questions under this comment.

For me my first episode was "Thrill Ride" back when I was about 11-12. The fact that even Stampy can't avoid talking about the flaws of modern day Minecraft is really telling something.

It really is a great description. Spot on. No other way to explain it. I couldn’t explain WHY it feels this way though, it just does

It is so true and so many of the fans who wish for the series to continue on should really consider those words. Long time fan here, I’m glad to see that the doors have opened up. The series will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart, but alike Stampy, we have also grown up into new people that brings us new things and new memories 🥹🥲 much love Stampy. Much love 💛 I’m so very excited to watch this new era with you
Doesn’t mean I can’t cry about it I think we all are
The final episode was absolutely amazing.
Stampy should have own left at his own volition, instead of being forced to by Hit the Target. That would have been more emotional.
I wished the walk into the sunset ending at like some old helpers for a true finale
@@lorddoctor-4893 it’s clearly written to show hit the target wins there no plot holes to make it so he loses
Dude might be the most in touch with reality you tuber I know
I have to say, as another person who viewed Stampy's Lovely World as a kid, huge respect for all that you've achieved with Minecraft. It's been a decade since my regular viewing days and I still can't finish a single house in Minecraft; you've got games upon games upon rooms upon shops in the world it's honestly mind-boggling to me. The amount of care and effort you put into 800 videos is incredibly admirable. Mad respect.
Yeah I get boref of Minecraft easily
as an artist, i really respect the way you dropped a project when you knew it wasn't being what you wanted anymore, and the way you talk about creating things is really lovely. i hope your future creative pursuits are fulfilling and important to you!

I’m sad to see it go, it was my childhood. The Lovely World videos are the reason I started watching RUclips. But I’m happy to have been a part of something so spectacular. Thank you for everything, Stampy. I look forward to future videos.
you giving us the world is like you raising us in a home and now we’re grown your giving us the key 🥺
you’ve had such an amazing impact on not only the minecraft community, but youtube in general

I cried watching the final episode. Im so proud of you stampy, u carried my childhood ❤️

I am absolutely amazed and gracious of you for understanding exactly how people would feel and react to your final lovely world video. Thank you
The amount of Father’s Day cards i owe this man is utterly ridiculous. He molded my entire childhood and introduced me to so many games i now call personal favorites. While I am sad that it is now over, i am glad to see that he is finally getting the rest he deserves.
Thank you for raising me and an entire generation of youngster with your videos.
that first sentence is actually so unexplainable like damn that hits deep

I was expecting the last video to be a Christmas special where he finally spells Santa correctly
@keemochee3620 unless it comes from Stampy himself, then it is unconfirmed. Best not to get your hopes up
We can all understand why you ended the lovely world and you've done an unbelievable amount of work and effort over these 10-11 years, we're all adults at this point and will respect and support you throughout this whole thing.
i'm too afraid to watch the final episode, i'm afraid that i'll get too emotional, because i feel like me watching the final episode is ending the LOVELY, fairy-tail like childhood times and starting my new life as a grown up, i know this might not make sence but i REALLY don't want to grow up 😭. BUT, thank you and sqaishey for crafting my childhood, you guys have added new colours to my childhood, i will always remember the lovely times. Hope you all are well in the future!
Best wishes for everyone!

I'm a little sad Lovely World is ending, but honestly, I can't express anything but the deepest gratitude for doing what you do. Thank You.
hey Joe I just wanna say that your impact is really way more than nostalgia on us.
He impacted 3 generations too not just one
I have no idea how he managed to do this with a block game but he's awesome
If I'm gonna be totally honest, learning about Stampy's novels, I would absolutely LOVE an audiobook version of each with Stampy himself reading them
It'd bring some much needed personality to the protagonist (which he explained is Stampy cat like in LW) that you wouldn't really get from anyone else
that, and it'd just make sense for Stampy to have the voice of... well, _Stampy_
I agree😭😭❤❤❤

I have no idea if this would be possible, or something you'd personally want to do, but for the "lovely world recap" idea having some of the old helpers would be fun. Whether it's an interview or chat or whatever, I feel like most people would love that. I do know that most of them are old friendships and at least one ended poorly which is why you may not want to though.
