The reason the pigs would drop mushrooms is because pigs were traditionally used to hunt rare mushrooms called truffles
Always wondered why in Civ 5 the "truffles" resource has photos of pigs as its icon

Fun fact: you can still take fall damage when youre on a boat in Bedrock Edition to this very day
and on very specific heights in java
@@OMGREALDUMMYFROMDVN if you're on bedrock then just get out of the boat WHILE you are falling. You won't take as much damage if you leave the boat JUST when you are ABOUT to hit the ground

I think with the right commands in java you can make any mob ride another mob. I've seen creeper bats before, that's horrifying.

16:13 you also can use a enchanted book with fire aspect or a sword with that enchantment to light up campfire. Idk if they did it for candles too tho, never tried that one.

I think that while the new totem looks nicer, the unsettling vibe the old texture gives off really jives with the arcane and borderline lovecraftian artifact implied with the totem of undying

[Fact 44] Minecraft Bedrock lastest versions do allow for 96-chunk RD. But in older versions of bedrock, like 1.9 and 1.12, you can go ABSOLUTELY INSANE with the render distance, up to 128 chunks.
And yes, you definitely can see the outer end islands

@@happylucas2978I remember playing the first versions of MCPE that had an underground dirt main menu and was fairly bare bones, the glass textures and light blue wool look the best in that version imo.

@@RevolutionaryGoose it was just kind of iconic because it's obvious it's not the best design for a pane of glass as you need to be able to see through it but the fact that it had such a rough unpolished design gave it a nice charm compared to the new design which has a lot more polish and just doesn't feel as nostalgic and nice to work with anymore unlike the old glass look
When I had a smoll brain, when it had the old texture. I thought they are some armor piece or something. I never knew what was it’s use until the redesign

I think the reason the lapis is less detailed is because it can be confused for a skull or something because for the longest time, i thought you used skull to enchant.

Actually, there were spruce villages pre-1.14, just nobody really noticed and everyone knew that plains are the best biome to look for a village in

I like how many of these prove that Bedrock is not an "inferior" version as many old-school players try to make it out to be. Each has its own bonuses.

6:40 quickly want to mention that I very much miss those old glass mirror mazes you'd find on creative plot servers.
glass block mechanics had it so you couldn't view the full block- just the face nearest to you; and any face of glass beyond that also could not be seen.
it was a sight whenever i'd see glass castles, lavas suspended in glass, and mostly, those creative mazes featuring walls on walls of glass you could not see.
