@@Law-ly8kpno you just don’t need free weights and compounds to build an awesome physique. i no longer perform compounds for the most part either bc i’ve been injured. it’s just not worth it because who are you proving something to? and certain excercises are considered better for hypertrophy bc they reduce the risk of injury

1:05. Same bro, I struggle with spine pain myself on leg days, the pain can be very intense and long lasting. I try to stay away from squatting and similar movements, even though I know those are key for building legs. But sometimes we have to listen to our bodies!

good work brother. Im kinda in a similar situation. heavy squat and deadlift done recklessly gives me herniated disk. I can do front squat and back extensions without pain so just sticking with those for now. Will be back to squat and Romanian deadlift when i get better. Let's get them gainz

I just did a leg day today and I didn’t go as hard on my leg extension superset but when I am going as hard as normal on it I am on the floor but that one that you Max just did makes me fucking squeamish and it is crazy to see you alive after that quad triset.

I recently hurt my back doing deadlifts and am not sure how long to leave it before I do any sort of exercise/movement that could put strain on my back so wondered how long you haven’t done squats/deadlifts for and if you even think that they are needed anymore? I don’t wanna lose any strength gains!

Why do you change the weight for each set ?
Why you don't do straight sets (aka same weight for all sets)

So .. If im cutting and trying to add some cardio in is it normal for my workouts to be around 2 hrs 😩😭 1.5 hr weight lifting, 30 mins of cardio
Im in no place to correct max on any stuff he does cuz he’s twice the size i am but i think it isnt the most optimal to breath that fast in and out during your set (maybe im wrong) i just take a deep breath in before the rep, hold it in during and then breath out after and that works for me but maybe what im doing is wrong im not sure. Just jumped outt to me while watching the vid🤷🏽♂️
