About Me: I started lifting at 17 years old in 2019, the summer before I entered my freshman year of college. I was a mere 120 pounds at 5'8, and my only goal was to gain weight. Since then I've bulked 5 times, reaching my heaviest at 206 pounds, and cut 4 times to a lowest of around 10% bodyfat. In 2025 I plan to compete in my first natural bodubuilding show. Using the knowledge I have acquired and continue to learn, my goal is to help all of you achieve your fitness goals and prove that no matter what stands in your way, hard work and consistency will always prevail! @@RoddPHConsistency bro, it’s vital for success regardless of whether you’re natural or enhanced.
I was a brand new lifter just like yourself, 17 and a 1/2 years old, I’d just lost 20KG from running after school everyday during my final year of high school. I dropped from 96KG down to 76, but I didn’t like my new body, at 6 feet 1 inches tall, I was on the skinnier side, I’d even go as far as to say I hated my body, especially since everybody kept calling me skinny, it was no better than being called chubby.
I joined a gym, and though it took some getting used to, it eventually began to feel like second home. With lots of practice, and going out of my way to try to learn new things, learn as much as I possibly could (and still do mind you, so make a daily habit of learning from exercise and sports scientists and gymfluencers like Renaissance Periodisation, Eugene Teo, Geoffrey Verity Schofield, Noel Deyzel, Shredded Sports Science, The Bioneer, Fitness FAQs, and many others.
Soon enough it started paying off, all the hard work, all the pain and suffering, sweat and discomfort, I gained something like 7KG/19lbs of muscle, all the while maintaining the same low body fat level, I got abs eventually too, and have kept visible abs for nearly 3 and a 1/2 years via a strict and healthy but delicious and maintainable diet.
Consistency is really tough, but it gets easier, and some days are definitely easier than others. you’ll stumble and fall, you’ll be too hard on yourself, forget to remember you’re only human and will ultimately fail sometimes, but as long as you endeavour to keep trying, to improve and forge a stronger and healthier version of yourself, and still show up more often than not, try your hardest and give it your all 9 times out 10, you can expect the most glorious of gains and most powerful increases in strength, you can expect to enjoy looking and feeling like a mighty warrior like a spartan or Roman gladiator.
More importantly, you can expect to be happier, to love your body more, to love yourself more, to be able to have greater self control and patience, and be a kinder version of yourself, you’ll be kinder to others, more likely and willing to go out of your way to help others.
Keep trying, no matter how hard it seems, just keep trying, never give up until you’ve achieved your fitness and health goals and made your dreams a reality, and don’t stop there, then continue to help others do the same.

People that think this can’t be achieved naturally have no respect for the human’s ability to adapt and overcome.

    • @lecobra418
      @lecobra418 Месяц назад +3

Then I must "have no respect for the human's ability to adapt and overcome" because he is clearly enhanced. You don't jump from being a skinny boy to a full blown bodybuilder in two to three years, naturally I mean. going from 115lbs to 187lbs rather lean in three years is impossible to do naturally, I know you want to believe Mr. Mulder, but this is straight up impossible, no amount of golden genetics can make you gain more than two pounds of lean mass per month. I mean you really think you can look as good as how he looks during the chapter "COVID cut" and then get even bigger? I mean come one dude, use your common sense.
You got to realize how much money there is in this industry, almost no one is natural, I think Jeremy Ethier is one of the few natural of the business. The worst mfs in this business are those like him, who doesn't look like mass monsters they're sneaky enough to genuinely confused folks.

@@lecobra418Dude it really isn't that crazy. It is very difficult and requires insane dedication, but the human body is capable. I went from a fairly athletic and active 180 at 14% body fat to 225 at 17% over the course of 20 months. I'm 6 feet tall, started at a 200 lb bench, 335 lb deadlift, never squatted. Now I can bench 285, deadlift 495, squat 405, and strict press 185. I just bulked the whole time and got huge. Completely natural

Good stuff man. I started strength training at 15 I am 43 in 2 months. I was pretty damn jacked in my late teens & 20s. Test was raging & I had a fraction of the knowledge I possess today regarding science based training & hypertrophy. I just returmed from a solid leg session keep getting it. Its challenging after 40 especially being natural but Im still getting it 28 years later brotha.💪

Man this is amazing. I've been going to the gym since 2022, I started going because my weight was getting out of hand, I was nearing 100kg and by the end of the first year i managed to exceed my own expectations and reach 77kg (!!). Since then I've gained back some weight and maintained it at around 81-83 kg as the diet I put myself through had me replacing full meals with salads.
I've always been a bigger kid but I still find it extremely hard cutting, when I do I am hungry and feel weak all the time, at this point I am unsure as to why, but seeing this video motivates me to keep going at it.
    Greeting from Greece Max!

Bro got a physique that got people questioning his natty status, inspirational. Don’t let the weak minded people get to you, you know you’ve earned this. People crying in the comments about how it’s impossible will never be able to feel like it. For you it was hard, for them it’s impossible. 🐐

It also took 5 years! This wasn't 3 months, lol. So many people think this isn't possible if you're natural, but if you're vigilant and give it time it absolutely is. Super inspirational.

you're apart of my inspiration to work out , starting out with a couple 5 pound dumbbells and pushups and pull ups . than going to a gym for the first time in my first year of highschool as a freshman . you're physique always made me look and say " Damn , i wanna be get a physique like that too". up from 115 pounds that i started at to 162 and starting my first cut to reset. huge inspiration.

amazing brother massive inspiration, im 6ft8 and been training for 3 years when july hits. Been able to fill out my frame atleast everybody says they are impressed which only thanks to you. Only since last year i started applying HIT + training till absolute failure and started doing that bec of you you opened my eyes. This year me and my gymbro have been absolutely sending it in terms of gains + strength cant thank you enough. Since last year thats when we started truely training!!!! And funny enough i experience nooby gains for the 2nd time bec i never trained till failure or with intensity. My goal is to become the biggest 6ft8 natural bodybuilder.
