Thanks for inspire man. I was 12 and random bicep cheat curling for no reason. In my 13(and at lower ages) around 20% body fat in summer, 45kg and now I'm 14,science based calistenics and did so little weight training at home and gotten 52kg-around 14% body fat aand muscular at 5"5 tall. Always watched your videos and today I gotten 52kg pause bench press(narrow grip because bench sucks and small bench) and got 20kg bench other summer. Have 32kg/72lbs difference. Thanks to you and in this year I'll start gym and get better gains.

I like how you still adhere to the modern bodybuilding science of doing 10-20 sets per body part per week. I also do 10 sets per body part per week, but all of those sets are executed with maximum intensity: AKA failure. Low-volume high-intensity works wonders!!
