I make something similar to this only I use KEY LIME, lime juice and a regular pie crust for key lime pie. I MUST TRY your lemon recipe, because I love lemon too. @@inthekitchenwithtallifaye4724 Mine calls for 4 beaten egg yolks, 1/8 tsp of salt and 3/4 cup of Key lime, lime juice. Pre bake crust @375 for 10 minutes. Cool crust, add filling and bake again @ 325 for 10 minutes. Cool and ENJOY!! It’s delicious 💕🙏🙏

It tickled me so much when you said cellophane, believe they don't make it anymore, but I always call plastic wrap cellophane too. Take a lot of grief for it too, since it's so old timey.
