Tallinn Faye, I am really enjoying your channel. This sauce is right up my alley. The one seasoning that was unexpected, but exciting to see in it was the sage. I'm very curious as to your opinion of it in this recipe.

Yes, it’s a very basic type recipe that is so handy to have in the freezer on hand and ready!… It’s versatile enough that you can make casseroles and what not or add different veggies to it etc…♥️♥️♥️

Hey girlfriend, the reason for the sage is, most spaghetti sauce is made with 2 parts Ground beef and 1 part Italian ground sausage. most All sausage has sage in it. Unless it’s a Brat or something similar. I usually use 1 pound of hot and 1 pound of mild or sweet Italian sausage to 5 pounds of ground beef. I always, when the meat and onions are cooked, device into 2 large pots, and then add the other ingredients to make the spaghetti sauce. I make a lot and freeze it like you said because my family loves it😊. It makes a great Christmas gift if you include the spaghetti noodles, garlic bread and Parmesan cheese!! Your KeyLime friend 💕🙏🙏. PS. THOSE STANDS look amazing!! I’m going to have to look for them❤

Hi Miss Talli Faye. What a great recipe. I was wondering if you let the sauce simmer with or without a lid? Without a lid, more moisture cooks off. Tks. Karla in Cali.
