I always leave my crumbs in the food processor and add my sugar and butter and blend!It only takes a minute and it’s all blended and ready to go!Ty Marie for the recipes.

Love your videos! You always have a tip to share which I so appreciate! Cutting the ends of the lemons before putting them in the juicer…why haven’t I thought of that in my 70+ years! My arthritic hands thank you so much! I try not to cook many recipes that call for condensed milk because of the calories and sugar content but I know my husband would love this and lemon pie is one of our favorites, so I will have to bake this one soon! ❤

Recipe
The crust
1 1/2 cup graham cracker (10 crackers )
6 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp sugar
The filling
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup lemon juice
3 egg yolks
Whipped cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar

Will certainly make this one! Love lemon and chocolate cream pies! :) I always had a problem separating yokes until I found a very useful tip: just crack the egg in a small bowl and with a slotted spoon reach in and dip the yoke right out! Works great! Thanks for all the good recipes!

Hi! French meringue for me! I like to keep things as simple as possible and that one is definitely easiest for me! 😊 A little cream of tarter helps it hold its shape. Do you have a preference?
