It can absolutely be made with chicken … The Cajun seasoning is really the only spice/heat to it… So that’s a preference on the amount you want to put in it… it just goes so good with the shrimp 🍤…. Old Bay seasoning is good in that it’s not too hot yet adds that distinctive flavor to the pot… I just think it’s a wonderful comfort food full of warm flavors ♥️
