I agree Chris. The Astro 7300 has been very useful to me also. I've had heavy hoods, doors and bumper covers on it. Haven't had a fender yet, but I have no reason to think it wouldn't hold it securely.

If you bake the bumpers mounted like that , they droop and generally fubar 👍🏻😂

Just recently (finally) bought the basic stand as well as a hanging rack. Bought the rack to hang hoods and panels. It has taken a while, but getting set up pretty decent now.
    Have a good weekend👍

I come to the conclusion it's much more efficient to have the right tool for the job. It just make life so much easier. So I've committed to investing in many more tools over the past few year. Next will be a frame machine.

Chris , there is a lot to be said for using the correct tools , you mite want to keep a few bungee cords on the door rack for extra safety and tie down ,

I have that paint stand that I bought awhile back and it's still in the box lol but that astro rig would definitely come in useful for my doors and hood to be able to paint both sides

Good idea to have one day a week for stands and general workshop tools. I just have a simple multi use panel stand that I use for doors and wings (fenders) which apart from a bike fuel tank is pretty much all I do.
Thanks for sharing your ideas and bodywork skills with us Chris🙏 I'm finding all your videos very helpful👍John UK

Awesome show and tell of the stands you use. I like the bigger stand you have since you can mount any part to it.
