Your form is very quick, which makes extra hard to see changes between throws. If you could show your throws in slow motion it would be helpful! Side by side even better.
Funny you should cover this at this time. I've been working on this issue myself, and my next video will go over this issue for me. A lot of people don't really focus on what their elbow is doing, or using all the muscles in their arm properly, so often it ends up flailing about, or just oriented the wrong way. So the issues due to a lowered elbow can very to nose up issues, air bouncing, reduced accuracy and decreased distance.
Literally same like just watched another video about the power pocket and it was saying essentially the same thing I tried it out for a couples days and immediately noticed a big difference in my power and spin
What do you think of the Overthrow way form, where you tilt your upper body more forward like a golf stance, and that way create space for the disc to get pulled straight without rounding?
Your throw is sick!
You move faster than I can really see what's happening.😂
Explanations make sense

@@danfuhrer9190 Heck yeah! Glad you were able to experience the benefits of a form change so quickly! Keep it up!
Can also cause anhyzer releases cuz ur swing would wanna chop from high to low.
good video, thank you. been trying oout different things to improve my reachback. Will try this out!
What field is that? Looks nice and big for my overturned max distance shots

I've been trying to point my elbow at my target line. Just started trying it yesterday, so the jury is still out. This helps me keep my elbow up.
Appreciate the thinking on this
Thanks!!
I thought the main reason to have a high elbow is cause you get more leverage?
I think two very important things are a high elbow and low nose angle.
Antilla
and then after awhile u will feel that u dont need to reachback at all =)

@@jan6743 not sure. sounds like it could cause balance issues. if it works for people, that’s good.
@@TylerTiede you bend your knees and lower your butt a little, so that you stand in an athletic position, so you don't tip forward 🙂
