Shitty site with poor money income . Stfu! At the beginning (3 years ago) I had 300$+ monthly. For 100 videos .. Now I have 1k videos and 70$ income.... Fakthem! Never will go back to this shity MA
Hi, I'm wondering how long you had to wait for your first 5 videos to be approved. I was only able to add 5 right after the registration I made in February of this year "Pending Review - Stock Video Queue #67" - and 4 months after the upload, they still have not been reviewed. How was it in your case. You are doing a good job, regards
I never understood how the subscription works. Unlimited downloads means someone can theoretically download over 1000 assets on one month and how does that translate to contributors take and the profit for the site? I just don't get this but since all stock footage platforms use this business model, it must work.
@@JWhyte123 By the the way I am on the same situation as you, less than 30 days, 32 downloads, $3 and 82 approved assets. What is really interesting is that I have jumped on third level with photos (17% royalties) and I was expecting this to be really poor. And second lever with videos with just over 16 downloads. The ratio of available assets on portfolio with monthly downloads seem pretty high compare to the other platforms.
I'm not really sure how I feel about it. I think if you have good quality, really commercial video content you could make some money once you get stuff uploaded. The items are selling regularly, its just the split is small until you bump up on the royalty level. I am going to keep uploading video and see what happens.
@JWhyte123 Yes, I'm doing great in Bulgaria. I should probably upload a few pics on my socials, lol.hope the fires aren't affecting you in the great North.
Now that's what we call a thorough review! 😀

Hmmmm.... It didn't take very long to get accepted. I can't remember exactly but I feel like it was between 3 and 4 weeks. Maybe send them an email?
My first 5 images got approved in a week time, Any update on yours?
same here. didn't get a review after 2.5 months

I agree. It's really not clear how things play out or whether you are getting your honest share. What can you do however.

Nice overview Jeff. $5 on 62 downloads is far lower than I expected. Is it meeting your expectations so far?

@@JWhyte123 The royalty levels seemed a bit odd to me as well. Best of luck, I will be following along to hear your further thoughts.
For sure - I will let you know if its going well. Hope you are doing well out there.

excuse me do you sell stock photos and videos full time?
No, I have a real job as well. Stock is a pretty code supplement to my regular income.
