    Interesting but mostly relevant to office jobs, sales, and tech where employees can work remotely. Not helpful for HR in manufacturing, trades, retail stores and even healthcare where employees must be on site. This seemed to be a bit narrow and out of touch with all industries.

    what a bunch of bullshit , i found most people in HR a bit thick and morally bankrupt and now i can see where they learn this rubbish , i found in almost every case HR are out of touch with what peoples remuneration value is especially in the trades and most people in the trades in NZ are learning to avoid companies with an HR dept

      Here in the US most HR departments do nothing but make it almost impossible to fire shitty employees
