Great stuff! Never saw this clip before. Mick Fleetwood is such an under rated drummer. I saw FM in either '69 or '70 with Peter Green opening for the Dead at the Warehouse in New Orleans. Mick Fleetwood, during a particularly fast section of a song was mouthing "help me, help me." I believe they may have all partaken of a chemical substance before the show. This was when you could lean on the stage with your elbows and be three feet from Green. It was absolutely amazing how that man could play.
@@cinthia_bc He decided to start work on his solo l.p. when the tour for, "Tango In The Night", started in 1987. For five years before it came out in 1992. At that point in 1987 though he was also still doing drugs so...
@Kolin Timothy they were going to tour in support of Tango in the Night and call it that, but they kicked Lindsay Buckingham out and had to change the entire tour concept.
Sabes porque aquel hombre hace esas expresiones físicas no tengo alguna explicación no entiendo su forma de hacer sus ojos me asusta mucho aquel hombre
I hadn't heard the first song before now, but I have to say this lineup pulled it off nicely. Lindsey Buckingham is one of a kind, but this still sounds like Fleetwood Mac. Not an easy feat to achieve.
Was he fired? I thought it was because he was going to start working on his solo l.p....which took five years. That and he rather had been doing drugs still.
Lindsey was fired cause they wanted to go on tour and he wanted to postpone it. It was done once he got into a fight with Stevie outside of Christine's home
Although he never really did take a 10 year hiatus, he popped up on the 'Behind The Mask' album & tour, he appears on a new track from the 1992 box set, he also appears with the band in 1993 when they performed for President Clinton.
Billy Burnette was brought in because he has a good singing voice. Rick Vito was brought in because of his stellar guitar skills, something one needs to play the full span of FM's material. Vito and Burnette brought back the Peter Green material, which was dropped because out of respect towards what Green did, Lindsey didn't want to play Green's solos. Songs like "Oh well", "Black magic woman" and "The Green manalishi" were back and welcomed back.
Oh Well was always played with Lindsey around and The Green Manalishi was part of the main setlist on the White album tour and was brought sometimes after with Lindsey still around.
@@7SeasOfQ I believe because at that time they had joined the band right around a major tour and had only just recorded Buckingham/nicks FM material. In their position I would have just switched to all “new” Material and alienate the fan base from the Peter green/Bob Welch era. I think doing a split between old and new stuff before slowly transitioning to the newer stuff was a smart way to go.
Oh well is on the Fleetwood Mac Live Album which was recorded over various cities during the world tour that the Stevie /Lindsay/Christine/John & Mick lineup did to promote material off of their Tusk, Rumors & Fleetwood Mac Albums.
@@GONELLYO I said he wasn't witty and he is NOT witty. Making smart assed comments about FM forty years after their having done nothing more than any of their contemporaries of that era rings as being snide and judgy. Bottom line.

Err if you say that Billy Burnette and Rick Vito did their best then why are you calling them "Imposters"? An imposter is somebody who tells people he's somebody else. Burnette and Vito were never trying to be Lindsey in the first place and also made no bones about not being him. Also Rick Vito played with Fleetwood in his Blues band so it's not like they were removed from FM's history.

Real rock n roll performance ! Miss those awesome performances.
Christine is so beautiful and Talented
Miss U Beautiful Songbird!
RIP Christine ❤️
1987 Stevie, my favorite
Didn’t expect to see you here :)
This is the only place on RUclips where you’ll find this version of Little Lies.
That's THE absolute worst Stevie. Horrible vocals, horrible hair, horrible wardrobe and snoozeable songwriting. Stevie's best time period...1975-1981.
Such a catchy hit Mike. I hope they put this song in GTA 6.
I rebought this concert on VHS recently for 2 bucks. Best 2 bucks I ever spent!
8:53 is when Little Lies starts
Cheers mate!
Thankss! Fucking demon before hahahha
Thank you kind people ❤
Tell me lies is one of the best hits of all time. It's got such a groovy rhythm.....Mick and John were good at creating that.
I love this song 🎵 ❤️, it rarely ever gets played. I believe that it should be heard more.🎉🎉
You won’t hear a better group of musicians anywhere. They’re extraordinary.

Christine has such a wonderful voice.
No she doesn't, she sucks. Doesn't even seem like she's convinced herself.
Love Stevie's wailing at the end...
R.I.P Christine
Rick Bito’s shredding is so effortless. Awesome job!!
*Vito
MICK SUCH A BEAST ON THOSE BODY DRUMS!
Christine should have sang more 👍🏻😎
I Missed Lindsey Buckingham during this period but this is a darn good version of, "World Turning" non the less!
Tell me lies was better in my opinion. They really could have left the devil dance out. 😕

Christine---such a Queen and Stevie a princess---
Whoever thought the Mick Fleetwood dance wouldn't look a bit silly must have fired LB.
Was he fired? I thought it was because he was going to start working on his solo l.p....which took five years. That and he rather had been doing drugs still.
He was fired in 2018, but he left right after TiTN, which was about when this was I believe
I think he's doing an impression of an Indian shaman doing a rain dance but it just comes off as goofy.

I’m sorry, but who are the two guitarist?
Rick Vito and Billy Burnette
Do you have any idea about music, about musicians who have been showing their potential for decades...?
Takes two guitarist's to do what Buckingham did by himself and the dynamic is no longer the same.
