People underestimate Mick's drumming. The tempo in this song is pretty fast and he has very little room for failure. His cymbal work is great in this song.
Fleetwood Mac is to jam bands as Elvis is to classical. While they jam this out, it’s not the same concept as a jam band. Listen to actual jam bands and you might come to see the light.
sweet!!!! thx! time, greatness, so much work, and tons of practice hats off !!!! big time!!! thanks so much! hout haaaa!!!!! total alll!!!!! from all!!!!! this is true sweat....and so much more...
+LaLa LA oh come on, this band is still great!! i only mean the version from 87 with rick vito rocks more. this guy is so underrated, very sad. he is one of the best rhythm and blues guitarists. bit fleetwood mac is a great band!
sunrise4783 ..ok, never heard of them, i will give them a listen. it is a group, called 'bit fwm"? the way i took it, i kinda remember stumbling upon your comment..i remember just thinking that someone was comparing a major iconic group fro the way they sounded 30 years apart..simply that. lol..ok, well i will see if i can see who you are referring to..rock on gold dust man...:-)
You must be joking. 1987 version is w/o Lindsey. That tour was awful - the best version is from 1976 on the Midnight Special and from the 1977 Japan tour.
You don't know very much about Stevie Knicks. Stevie has written or cowritten over 50 songs. Most are with Fleetwood Mac and half are huge hits. Without Stevie Knicks, Fleetwood Mac wouldn't have had 1/4 the success they've enjoyed since she & Lindsay Buckingham joined in 1975.
Jonny Roxx you don’t know very much about Fleetwood Mac, or music production. They didn’t have a lead songwriter in Fleetwood Mac, and Christine McVie wrote most of their hits. Lindsey Buckingham was singer, songwriter, composer, producer, lead instrumentalist, engineer and live show front man. Lindsey made all of Stevie’s songs. Without him she’s just a poet. She has a unique voice but she’s not the greatest singer either. Without Lindsey nobody would even know who Stevie Nicks was, she’d probably keep cleaning houses if he hadn’t made their music which got them into Fleetwood Mac. #1 is Lindsey, #2 is Christine. They are the 2 essential members of the band, Stevie was not essential because she didn’t bring nearly as much to the table. Don’t get me wrong, Stevie is a great songwriter, but she doesn’t hold a candle to Lindsey or Christine. Also, it’s ironic how you’re telling me that I don’t know much about Stevie Nicks when you can’t even spell her name correctly.
"you don’t know very much about Fleetwood Mac, or music production" Look, I know you're just defending Lindsay & Christine, so I'll be nice. 1. Lindsay & Stevie were my next door neighbors during the time they signed w/Fleetwood Mac. 2. Lindsay literally put the guitar in my hands for the first time over 40 years ago. 3. I've been in the music business for nearly that long. 4. I still keep in touch with them now and again. There's no question that Lindsay & Christine are brilliant. I'm not making comparisons on talent, but Lindsay would be the first to say that Stevie gets sold short all the time, because she's "so ethereal". They're all really nice people, btw.
When they (Lindsey) put their egos aside, it’s pure GOLD!!!
Finally, Mick killing the drums. The whole band was feeling it. One of their most underrated pieces.
It reminds me of Eric Singer or Peter criss doing drum solos while other band members are off stage during their breaks
When you're in the zone and nothing else matters...
I love that look on Lindsey's face when it's like even he can't believe the bad ass guitar playing he's laying down.
People underestimate Mick's drumming. The tempo in this song is pretty fast and he has very little room for failure. His cymbal work is great in this song.
unbelievable...Mick Fleetwood all time performance...and Buckingham incredible acoustics...
This was AMAZING live in concert!! Mick just goes off!! Think I saw an earlier tour, though. Christine was there, too !
That's Lindsey Buckingham on lead vocal and guitar. What a talent!
Worlds finest jam band. ❤
Fleetwood Mac is to jam bands as Elvis is to classical. While they jam this out, it’s not the same concept as a jam band. Listen to actual jam bands and you might come to see the light.
Awesome, just awesome
There is so much that should be wrong about this yet it is an absolute joy to watch. Just fabulous!
Mick Fleetwoods conducting beasty chops. Worlds turning on his 🗣️.
Amazing Mick Fleetwood the master himself
Crazy eyed Mick! Gotta love him!
sweet!!!! thx! time, greatness, so much work, and tons of practice hats off !!!! big time!!! thanks so much! hout haaaa!!!!! total alll!!!!! from all!!!!! this is true sweat....and so much more...
Holy crap. That was awesome.
Fucking amazing
GO YOU FREAKY BASTARD MICK!!!! HAHAAAAAAAA LOVE IT!!!!
The percussion is precision,
but I surely miss Christine
McVie ♕
Me too, I think of this as her song.
I have gazed into the eyes of true madness.
Was so lucky to see this tour in Antioch!!! Ashamed that Starwood was torn down for apartments. Makes me sick
I heard an interview with Christine, she was in the audience at this or a similar date in the tour
Cool!!!
Fantastic! Love this song
me too.... but he looks like he raided Ian Andersen's clothes hamper.
I love this song
Fantastici
There's no place like home. There's no place like home. There's no place like home.
Oh My God!!! Mick!

I'm alright fun loving my WORK His Work 😄❤ U anyway

This shits fire
From Boston never get to see them
Haha I love when Mick and Lindsey are jamming.
fantastici
This is not from 2013 concerts. It is from the Say You Will Tour.
TEXNAUS I was lucky enough to see them in antioch tn in 04 if I remember correctly.
2004
Sure do miss Christine's voice.
Happy 69th Mick !
Missing the correct singer.
the crowd was way too mild for Mick's solo 😢
What the heck is he saying at 3:17 ? "Are you ready for some ------------------------- and --------------------------- ????" and 4:21
3:17 sounds like "Are you ready for some hanky and some panky"
4:21 he's saying "Excelsior"
Both of which in a very cartoonish fake Scottish accent
No go without Christie !!!
*christine
the 87 live version is better
+sunrise4783 DUH!! u go out and tour for 40 years bud, see if you sound ok. what a moron

Agreed. This version is cool with Lindsey, but they really miss Christine.
This doesn't work without Christine. Shouldn't have been on the setlist.
Completely lost interest after interruption by an advert...
Erm....
which kind of drugs they are use, oh gods
& That clown on da dryms ought2 just play da drum & keep da lip zipped.
Stevie had nothing to do with this song... in fact she had nothing to do with the vast majority of Fleetwood Mac songs.... she doesn't belong here

Cameron Not sure what was funny to you, but if you’re being rude, then you’re just ignorant or an asshole or both.
