Let me know if you've been to Thailand before and where you liked the most when you visited! Also there's a Minimalist Apartment Tour planned from the place we're staying at, so stay tuned! Hope you enjoyed watching, have amazing travels and I'm sending you much love!🙏
Strawberry Elli hey I am from Bangladesh. Really liked your video. As you have been there 4/5 times, please tell me where I can stay at a cheaper price 😊 what you prefer a hotel room and a small apartment for couple?
Strawberry Elli i have been to thailand since i was 3 years old and i am 14 years old now, we go there every summer and Christmas for many months and we have a house in pattaya, and i usually don´t pack anything else than one extra pair of clothes and hand luggage :) and i have a suit case there so i can bring a lot of stuff home❤️😘😊 5555
I visited Thailand in 2016. Chiang Mai is so peaceful and quiet. I was there in July and you could set your watch to the rain.3:00 PM for an hour. I can’t wait to go back.
Very informative. I would never have guessed that they call it the rainy season because it rains a lot! And, when I travel, I always prefer to stay in my room and prepare my own food; that way I get the true experience of visiting a new place.
We go to to Chiangmai for 3 to 5 months every winter. Love the people, the food and the weather. My advice is to pack very light. Everything you need is available there and generally at a lower price. Although there are ATMs everywhere, most stores only accept cash. If you rent a motorcycle, you are required to have a motorcycle license (international DL showing motorcycle) and wear a helmet. I am stopped in road check points several times a week and have never been fined, but I always have a valid DL and helmet.
Wonderbaar! Very well done, the information is impeccably given, I will definitely be using this video while I am in Thailand this month as well as January, love it! And it shall be used as a reference, going to Phuket, thank you for making this video, it truly is a blessing! Danke! Love this channel!
That was a helpful video! I liked the advice about the water jug too. It’s great to respect the environment and not go for every convienice just because you’re on holiday. We all have to do our part :)
Thanks for posting this video. Well done and informative without all the weird, flashy edits that so many rely on. Straight up, good info. Thank you! I'm leaving for Thailand in 5 days for 2 weeks . First time! :-)
Just finishing up my trip. It was to Bangkok to visit a friend, Pattaya to visit my old neighbor from the town I live in, and then solo to Koh Samed (Samet) to lounge around for four nights. Now back in Bangkok for couple days near the pier at Saphan Taksin (much easier to get around by Sky Train or a river taxi) and fly back to the States early AM Friday. What a fun over-the-top trip it's been, this country is addicting!
Nice video, good info. May I contribute another tip? Addresses in Thailand are NOT sequential. The address number is assigned when the building or house is built so # 1 could be in the middle of the block and # 2 on the end of the block. Thanx!
Great tips and advice. Just uploading our 5 travel hacks for Thailand and they are completely different. Just shows how different we all are but all have such great travel tips. I love that yours are so down to earth and easy.
Hi i know this video is old but your information was great for me and my husband. I have a question if you see this, Do you have information on apartments or some site to rent on? Did you need Visa to stay longer than 30days? Thank you again for all your info!
Really nice, that you are thinking about the environment! I just bought a bottle with an included waterfilter, I will see how it will work out in Thailand!
Great video... Loved the suggestions. I am planning a trip from Mid Aug - Early Sept. But, I heard that it rains alot during that time. What have you experienced ? I am really worried that it might rain alot during our time there.
If i were her, i would not re-use that plastic bottle for repeated times. It is not wise for our own health. I might buy another appropriate and safe water bottle with free-BPA label on it and which can be re-usable.
Nice vid, thanks! Do you not use a Kindle for your reading needs? Also, I'm a big fan of Dr.B's, did you find somewhere in Chiang Mai to buy it? I'm arriving 11th May!
okay some of these is TMI... like peelers when you have a knife, funnels when your pouring small liquid to big liquid containers, bowls? Like cant you pack a titanium mug for cooking and storing... like come on.....
I didn't book this place online. With most places I'm staying in Thailand I ask around and book it in person! You get pretty good deals on monthly rentals and save some money this way!
There are 3 seasons here , summer , winter and monsoon, or hot , hotter and hot and wet...the burning season is in Malaysia and Indonesia the smoke blows in from there... a sewing kit is not an "emergency "kit...forget cooking and eat cheap street foods ...just take the bags..water is the first smart thing you said here.....a 1 bedroom apartment is a 1 room apartment...laundry soap and other toiletries are cheap...you are traveling ..leave the books alone and see the life......leave your damn backpack at home...do your homework on taboos customs and rules...and if your a backpacker find some where else to go...

FYI. 7-11 in Thailand are like Starbuck in Seattle. So don't pack your house just to go to Thailand. it 's pretty civlilized.
How so?
Keep it up! Looking forward for more videos from you, don't stop!
Grüße aus Deutschland.
Dein Akzent hat dich entlarvt ^^
That book is so inspirational! It's a great book to read when travelling too, it fits so well. :D
Lived in Udorn Thailand for two years. Loved it and the people.

DAVID CONSTANTIYN SENDUK thanks for the advice I totally agree with you! I’ll invest into BPA free bottles from now on!
Nice vid, thanks! Do you not use a Kindle for your reading needs? Also, I'm a big fan of Dr.B's, did you find somewhere in Chiang Mai to buy it? I'm arriving 11th May!
Thanks for the hacks. I am setting off to travel to Thailand soon.
Call Rate Scanner awesome! Where are you going? Heading buck to Thailand soon as well, I’m so stoked 😊💃
Will be island hopping between koh lipe and phucket, going to Malaysia as well. first time for me :)
Great advice! Thank you very much :)
bonners is great but why they have this cap? a turn only cap would be much better for traveling.
Young Lady, great presentation . Very helpful.
Good on you girl , trying to save the planet as well , I’m all ears !!!!! 👍👍👍👍👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌👌👌🏆🏆
Thanks for the video I learned from it, I didn’t realise there’s male and female language in Thailand that’s good to know 👍
Thanks you For video👍👍👍👍
Anytips on websites to find monthly rentals? Thanks
thanks for the advice.
Will the What I eat in a Day videos be coming back?

Anyone going to full moon in 2019 May??
5-9 May
Whats with the full moon in May?
Great video, curious question, are you German?
Ahhh these are awesome I’m in Thailand right now!! Koh Phangan!
are you able to buy the dr bonner soap in thailand ? or did you bring it form home ?
What site did you use to book your apartment?
I didn't book this place online. With most places I'm staying in Thailand I ask around and book it in person! You get pretty good deals on monthly rentals and save some money this way!
Where can I buy a SIM card to insert into my phone that will work in Thailand ? How much are they
cia3a most likely tourist SIM card costs 5-6 bucks. You can buy it in convenience stores or airport, just don't forget to ask.
That Carrot Named Moonbyul thank u for replying. Would they have the micro SIM cards bc I have an iPhone 7plus
You're welcome. Yes, their SIM cards have 3 types of cuts so you don't have to worry :)
awesome! i cannot wait. i appreciate your feedback.
iPhone 7plus use nano SIM, not micro SIM.
Every phone after 2015 pretty much use nano-SIM.
If not, just cut the card with scissors.
Make aa video on ladies bags end makeup if possible
If you speak a lil Thai the people around you will change to Lous or Chimara when they talk trash to you. Luckily I speak all three :D
I will use these hacks.
What's the difference between rabbit card and mrt card?
Hung Tai Rabbit card for sky train (BTS) and MRT card for subway
gut zu wissen, dass es Wasserauffüllstationen gibt - thx
I remember once I tried to show off and speak local language, I said two words and the girl started speaking so fast lool. I was whaaaat, I give up
Tolles Video! Die Bräune steht dir gut! ;)
Very good....Thanks... Don't buy ice cream from small rural Mom & pop shops.
(Power goes off-You end up in hospital)
Overly simplistic and non helpful tips. If youre in a place so smoggy and dirty you cant breathe, go to a cleaner area. Thailand isn't Burning Man!
She sounds like Arnold Schwarzenegger 😂😂😂
guess why.
German
5:29 foohk🙂
Nice video
Winter is just january. Otherwise it's freaking hot.
Ouha, der Akzent. Ouha Hausfrau travelling.... No no no .
Decent advice for low income back packers. Doesn't much apply to regular tourists.
that is a huge water bottle!
wud bang
I like your video I like you but why do you have a bed behind I'm just wondering Response will be appreciated
U R SPECIAL...

you aren't a nativ speaker are you?
Dina Fecher no I’m German 🙈 do I have a strong accent?
Strawberry Elli 😃 ich bin auch aus Deutschland :D also man hört es raus aber ich finde es cool !! Warum machst du keine deutschen Videos ?:)
thaks for all but you should come türkey :=)) ,
Obviously you haven’t been in Thailand long!!!
are you for real with the armpit afro?
There are 3 seasons here , summer , winter and monsoon, or hot , hotter and hot and wet...the burning season is in Malaysia and Indonesia the smoke blows in from there... a sewing kit is not an "emergency "kit...forget cooking and eat cheap street foods ...just take the bags..water is the first smart thing you said here.....a 1 bedroom apartment is a 1 room apartment...laundry soap and other toiletries are cheap...you are traveling ..leave the books alone and see the life......leave your damn backpack at home...do your homework on taboos customs and rules...and if your a backpacker find some where else to go...
so no one's gonna talk about that armpit hair?
European don't care armpit hair, they r more like Sikh people from India who consider sin to cut any hair
😂🤣

Yazan A. No. You saying it does is stupid. (You also use derogatory terms for people with disabilities as insults) great human you are.
NOODLES calling me a nazi and then saying go trump is very contradictory 😂
what about the carbon-footprint left by Europeans flying all over the world... on vacation
What about the carbon-footprint left by Americans flying all over the world... on vacation
At least Europeans are adventurous enough to step out of their own country.
