I have a friend from east Africa that came to USA by visa.. He scored everything in his exams that he had to do it twice.. They were impressed by him and since he wanted to join the army, they advised him to join airforce instead so that he can take advantage of his time there plus mental sharpness to study more.

Sure did! I made a 93! The fact that people fail it shows me their highschool didn’t try very hard because it’s almost entirely stuff you were taught there.
I literally just did the ASVAB a few hours ago and this video sucks, the test is much harder, i could answer all these practice questions good but on the actual test i was struggling, the words where words i had never seen before, and there was shapes in the arithmetic reasoning part, the best advice i could give you is to not get comfortable if u get easy questions right, study for a hard test

Good video. I took this test in 1980. Scored the highest in Administration. Alas there were no job openings. So they assigned me to the medical field which I detested
@@Alexischa-qh9pf just some of the basic equations for math, if you study like 30 minutes to and hour a few days leading up to your asvab I think you’ll find it’s not too difficult. Just remember if you find your self struggling, the questions get harder the more you get right.

Do you know that the ASVAB is scored based on the questions you answer. If you only answer 10 questions in a section but all are correct you score perfect. This is not something new, I learned this 30 years ago and scored 99%

these questions get you prepared to for the actual test but some of these questions might be on the test but the type of questions you see are very similar in the way of how each question is asked
I believe question 30 is incorrect as the order of operations requires you to complete operations within parentheses before multiplication, this answer and explanation fails to do so. Edit: I have taken a second look at the question and I was wrong I misunderstood the question P.S. I got a 95!!!

In the practice test website some answers are incorrect Given that x = 0.5 and y = 4, what is the value of 4×2(2y+2)? For this question it told me the answer was 10 and not 80
there are questions in there that you probably seen before studying for the test so if you try remembering what you studied then your score should improve or if its your first time you should have a good score but i would say study on math and try to get majority of those questions right if not try to get all the word knowledge questions correct because it the easy i have a quizlet link if you want that

Somewhat. As I said above, I made a 70 on the practice and 93 on the actual test. Just remember what you learned in school and you’ll do fine.

each ASVAB has many questions 15 in each chapter be 10 chapters I know because I have done it and it is not easy at all
these questions get you prepared to for the actual test but some of these questions might be on the test but the type of questions you see are very similar in the way of how each question is asked

In the practice test website some answers are incorrect
Given that x = 0.5 and y = 4, what is the value of 4×2(2y+2)?
For this question it told me the answer was 10 and not 80

there are questions in there that you probably seen before studying for the test so if you try remembering what you studied then your score should improve or if its your first time you should have a good score but i would say study on math and try to get majority of those questions right if not try to get all the word knowledge questions correct because it the easy i have a quizlet link if you want that
