- We're back in EmergeNYC for some more Montgomery County gameplay! For today's vid we will be responding to a serious car wreck as well as a really weird EMS call for a victim chocking. Quick FD info. You won't wear turnout gear in the station, nor on medical calls. And the ambo should arrive at just about the same time.
Thanks for the great video your right about sad parts about firefighting. Last month I had a drunk guy fall of a bridge and got impaled on a pole real sad

Quick EMS info. If a patient's (completely) flat lined, they're asystolic (in asystole). That means there is no electrical activity in the heart. Therefore, the defib won't work.
In the car accident there was no line whatsoever, guess that means he's heartless? But that would still be a flatline. Sooooooo.
Thats a really good point. I'm not sure if epinephrine will work by itself. I'll have to test that out sometime. All in all, it's a game, it's not accurate representation.
@@spurgaming5400 Yeah, Epi will boost heart rate, BP, and will increase the breathing rate.

im pretty sure you can't drive yourself to the hospital with a broken arm im pretty sure you would have to be transported there.
Not necessarily drive yourself but just be taken by personal vehicle in general. I know lots of people that have broken arms, wrists, hands, feet and been taken via personal vehicle. Not sure how it would work out if EMS was called, I guess you could refuse AMA for just about anything and have someone else take you.

If you could visit my home state(Texas if your not already here) which city would you come to like a well known city?
Well, I actually live up in the panhandle lol. Was born in DFW. As far as cities I would visit... I like parts of the metroplex, went to Galveston as a kid and really enjoyed it, so that would be high up there. I like Amarillo, it's not terribly big at all but has plenty of places to eat/shop, etc lol. There's a lot of nice places to visit as Texas is an awesome and diverse state as far as geography. You have the woodlands of east Texas, the grasslands in the panhandle, desert to the west, hill country in central and beaches on the coast.
