This video was FOR ME. I ended a relationship back in January with a great guy. I’ve questioned it at times since then. My family & friends love him. But, he couldn’t cover me. He was mediocre, lacking financial stability, no real goals or ambitions, just very complacent. I didn’t feel that he could protect and provide. He was insecure and didn’t love himself…. This is so true! I had a knot in my stomach from the time I met my now ex. Everyone told me, oh it’s just butterflies bc you like him and haven’t dated in a while! Sure! It was a sign from God to run for the hills. I wish I listened sooner. He ended up being a complete nightmare

True 100% I'm in self-love journey now. Sometimes due to my subconscious and the chemicals that my brain release I want to experience again those destructive relationships because it's the only familiar way to know I feel loved. But these days after a lot of emotional pain I'm trying to do things consciously, heal myself and work with my subconscious.

I am in tears for two reasons while listening to this: 1. Tears of joy, because I am so proud of myself for eventually having the courage (with God’s help) to finally walk away from a 5 year relationship like the one she is telling us to not settle for, and 2. Tears of sadness, feeling sorry for my younger self for dealing with that type of relationship for so long… but God! I am now single (going on 1.5 years) and so content, yet still have faith that God will bless me with a husband she is stating that we need.

Am one of those ladies...who is not shaken by what everyone is doing around me...am confident in my time and am happily happily waiting even if it means forever... The reality is, most people haven't actually done the work on themselves. They think they have, but it ends up showing in their relationships later. I remember reading a book by Louise Hay and I realised that there is so much more I needed to learn about myself. Then I uncovered so much over the two years that followed. Self love is very important and the way most women talk about themselves and behave, shows that self love is truly lacking. That's where it all starts.

Sometimes walking with Jesus requires walking alone for a season although your NEVER really alone. God is with you. Trust and believe me when I say God will send you new friends, friends who are seeking Him themselves and can encourage you and pour into you. I also met my husband AFTER making the decision to pursue/seek/ and focus on building my relationship with God. It was one of the best decisions of my entire life.

Omg I loved this video! It came right on time. I agree with everything you said. It is important to have a man cover you. In my past relationships I never felt fulfilled. My last ex said that he felt that I deserved better than him. I felt like I had to shrink my spiritual side after awhile because the men that I was dating weren’t so into God and praying like I was. You hit the nail on the head! And just to add, the man for you won’t just cover you, his leadership will encourage you to FLOURISH. And that goes beyond cheerleading, he will push you, challenge you, create an environment that enables you to continually grow to the best version of yourself. A guy who is not on your level will simply not be able to do that. It’s not possible to lead from behind, that’s clear from the structure of any organisation in the world. The higher you go, the greater/bigger the position. I’ve just finished reading Single, Dating, Engaged, Married by Ben Stuart and honestly, you need to go and read it! It touches on a lot of what you covered and more, and it really opened my eyes/gave me so much clarity about each of those stages; what we should be doing and how to approach each stage. It’s easy to think the period of singleness is a waiting game but it’s not - it’s a time where our intimate relationship with God deepens and where He develops our character through service. We really don’t need mediocre men distracting us from this time designed for us to lay firm foundations in preparation for marriage and the purpose God has for your life. This video spoke to my spirit so much !! I was in a 7 year relationship that I finally got the courage to end Jan 2022. He was a nice guy but he was not the right guy for me, he also was not a Christian ( That's another story ). I literally felt like a rehabilitation centre, careers advisor and a mom to a grown man, I was always nurturing, supporting, encouraging, lifting up, providing and helping. I then realized I'm making this guy a better man pouring into someone that isn't pouring into me at all. I remember when I finally got onto my healthcare training programme, he barely congratulated me and then turned around and said " Yes im happy for you but im scared that you will meet someone at university that's better than me " and it ended up turning into an argument on such a big day for me. Now I am out the relationship I have grown so so much and I will never get myself in that situation again, although I was heartbroken and shattered inside I know it needed to happen in order for me and him to grow and to set us free.

However the reality is that there is a clear shortage of these type of men, who are still single, unfortunately 😕 the proof is in the hundreds and hundreds of comments by women all saying the same thing - where are the "good" men. Soo yes it is great to "raise our price" but it is important to also be realistic on which standards to compromise on. Otherwise, the alternative is to remain single. I had a revelation/thought. Woman are producers, we multiply, it's why we have wombs, etc, we increase, multiply, we bring change and inspiration. Men actually asked for us for that motivation, because without us, they have no inspiration. Woman wanting more is acting within our nature. When men are intimidated by this, it's not our fault, it's because they don't understand their position, bringing the vision, being the head, stepping up, improving. Now dare I say a man in conflict with is also in conflict with his own inate visions of expansion he's afraid to/ doesn't know how to realise. Life in itself is expansion, it's about moving forward and being more, always.

Women are more designers, decorators, and organisers. Of course there are women who create and invent, but it is much more likely for a man to adopt that role. And almost all the people in the construction industry are male. Overall, men are focused on systems and the impersonal world, women on the human world, the psychology.

But we have to also understand people feed off our energy. We have to also realize if we don't think highly of our selves, have limited beliefs that have rooted from past traumas etc and we have not healed. Any man we let in we will also repel. Sometimes without knowing it. We all feed of each others energy. So sometimes if we find that men are always leaving us, maybe the answer is to do work on ourselves and work on our personal self concept. If we have been rejected by men on a regular basis, maybe that is subconciously at the back of our minds and without knowing this putting this across in relationships hence them ending. The issue often is that many modern women are condescending, disrespectful and haughty toward men, with huge egos and completely unrealistic expectations and most of the time women are completely unaware of this attitude. Thank you for making this video! I have always felt like the guys I dated just weren't enough for me. Not spiritual enough, not smart enough, not respectful of my boundaries, not cultured enough, not ambitious or well established. I would always try to fix them. To help them get closer to God, but women are not meant to lead. It's supposed to be the man that leads. I almost married the last guy I dated because I had feelings and he was nice, however, he was a lukewarm Christian. He NEVER led spiritually, read his Bible, or fasted. It was always me that suggested prayer etc. He said he would change, but he never did. Finally, I asked God if he was the one or not. He of course said no. So I broke up with him. I was devastated, I couldn't stop crying. But then I began to heal. I know God has the right man for me. I just have to finish growing, be patient, and trust His perfect timing. Breeny is like a big sister that i never had. I recently got out of a relationship where by my energy was darained, it was always about him never sacrificed a penny or a dime for me even on the days i was in the hospital sick he always asked for money till one day i felt the need to focus on my mental health and healing these guy switched his personality asap i wasn't shocked for i had seen the wolf slowly coming out of the sheep skin how he put other women down i told him to stop being arrogant and attacking other women. The guy threw all insults on me he used my illness as a weapon to attack me i had it at this point and i had to stand up for myself. He was a manipulator and a good one. A few days later i started crying my life was just in shumbles.. i don't know what was going on but i remember waking up everyday for a month in unGodly hours crying.. this is when depression was at it's peak at the same time i had a feeling my environment was full of negativity. Some demonic vibes. I pulled my bible from under my pillow and everytime i did this. The Bible verses that i read gave me hope, reminded me of strongholds. I had moved out from home then till one day my family reached out and my mum came to get me. Now am slowly healing distancing myself from people that never deserved my energy from day 1
So happy to know I am not the only one who felt this way with a "smaller" man,... I vowed to myself that I will no longer cover nor protect weak men by shrinking myself. I am the one to be covered, protected, loved and respected by a good man.

Same revelation I got about 2 weeks ago. God showed me I am trying to squeeze my bigger than life self into small places. Not just with a man but with associates. I have only felt truly full and satisfied with one man, to this day I have yet to feel that way again.

Ever since I was a kid I was told I was here for a reason like everybody else I had a purpose.. I went to school there I saw everybody would wear similar uniform study from the same text books and nobody was superior or inferior. But for some reason slowly I was excluded no one would sit with me or talk to me i had single separate bench kept near the black board I would sit there alone with my notebooks I would sketch during free lectures sometimes I would pretend to sleep keeping my head down but in reality tears were rolling down my eyes deep down I felt I am some bad omen. When it was my birthday I would distribute chocolates in the classroom hoping that during this there would be some exchange of words and eventually I’ll end up making a friend or maybe many friends but very rarely someone wished me one wished me or accepted my chocolates. And still to this day I don’t have any friends. I’m 25 now alone and lonely whenever I get time i do charity work that gives me some happiness. Being a grown up I sense world has started treating me differently. I’m still a loser coz there are certain protocols that everyone follows. According to them 1) If I laugh I’m an idiot 2) if I talk I’m over expressive 3) If I’m quite I’m rude 4) If I eat I’m fat 5) If I sleep I’m lazy 6) If I smile I’m delusional 7) If I cry I’m ungrateful.. 8) If I ask questions I’m a headache 9) If I get angry I’m uncivilised.. 10) If I get sick I’m a burden.. 11) If I’m healthy I’m useless.. 12) If I’m expressing my pain I’m selfish..13) If I take time to learn I’m dumb..14) If I forget something I’m irresponsible..15) If I respect women I’m a simp.. 16) If I complain I’m whining.. 17) If i care I’m paranoid.. Honestly I’m done I feel the world is becoming a cruel place day by day no empathy or sympathy for anyone. This video was suggested to me right after my friend gave me a tarot reading and said I needed to find the purpose in my last relationship. I met my now ex fiancé about 4 years ago. The first date went wonderful and things moved quickly after that. Before the first year ended we were engaged. Before the second year I was pregnant. I truly believed I found the one but something was off. Something wasn’t adding up. My health was declining and I never wanted intimacy from him. Nine months later baby arrives and my health takes a big dive. Mentally and physically. I suffered really bad ppd and when I went to who I thought was my soulmate he rolled his eyes and told me to get over it. I was lonely and depressed with a new baby. I could barely make it through the day I was so tired. I cried all of the time and my supposed soulmate said I drain him. It was the first time I really thought of suicide I was so alone. I go to my best friends wedding who is so happy to be with the one she loves and I break down. I sent my ex a text saying I don’t want to marry him and he doesn’t want to marry me. I’m a spiritualist and did a lot of self reflection throughout the entire relationship. By the end I realized that I had shot way below. I need someone who’s strong and who’s a protector and makes me feel seen. My ex brought me flowers and bubble tea back when we first met. But by the end all of that stopped and it was all about him and what I did for him because I was living off of him. It was a painful realization but I’m thankful for the beautiful child we have. Through all of that he’s a wonderful father. Just not a good spouse

I cam home from a date I didn't enjoy and turned on the TV to the Christian channel. The first thing I heard was a female speaker saying "I don't come cheap!". She was talking about her own worth, and I think God used this to speak to me against being impatient. I feel like I didn't know who I am and where I am going until my 40's. Looking back hurts but God knows what He's doing.
I think a lot of men deal with a lot of mental health issues they don't want to deal with. Childhood trauma that gets brought into grown up relationships... track record of unchanged behaviour is a red flag. However, when a man is actively trying and wants to... He will. I was supported, congratulated, posted etc (even though I wasn't particularly into it) but this showed me who he is... More so, we prayed together... Something broke this man so much as of late and I know I cannot help him through this part of the journey because, like the size 3/7 analogy... it doesn't fit right now. God knows what he's doing... a great work of which He will see to completion. Hurting someone else should not be a man's M.O whi says he loves you. I too have chosen to remain single until God brings me, not close, but ALL THE WAY AND MORE of the way. Its called standards, I'm getting more!!!!

This video was FOR ME. I ended a relationship back in January with a great guy. I’ve questioned it at times since then. My family & friends love him. But, he couldn’t cover me. He was mediocre, lacking financial stability, no real goals or ambitions, just very complacent. I didn’t feel that he could protect and provide. He was insecure and didn’t love himself…. True 100% I'm in self-love journey now. Sometimes due to my subconscious and the chemicals that my brain release I want to experience again those destructive relationships because it's the only familiar way to know I feel loved. But these days after a lot of emotional pain I'm trying to do things consciously, heal myself and work with my subconscious.

I am in tears for two reasons while listening to this: 1. Tears of joy, because I am so proud of myself for eventually having the courage (with God’s help) to finally walk away from a 5 year relationship like the one she is telling us to not settle for, and 2. Tears of sadness, feeling sorry for my younger self for dealing with that type of relationship for so long… but God! I am now single (going on 1.5 years) and so content, yet still have faith that God will bless me with a husband she is stating that we need.

The reality is, most people haven't actually done the work on themselves. They think they have, but it ends up showing in their relationships later.
I remember reading a book by Louise Hay and I realised that there is so much more I needed to learn about myself. Then I uncovered so much over the two years that followed.
Self love is very important and the way most women talk about themselves and behave, shows that self love is truly lacking.

Be encouraged Sis. I experienced the same several years ago although I didn’t feel lonely 😔 I felt FREE. Free to be me. Free in Jesus. Sometimes walking with Jesus requires walking alone for a season although your NEVER really alone. God is with you. Trust and believe me when I say God will send you new friends, friends who are seeking Him themselves and can encourage you and pour into you.
I also met my husband AFTER making the decision to pursue/seek/ and focus on building my relationship with God. It was one of the best decisions of my entire life.

Omg I loved this video! It came right on time. I agree with everything you said. It is important to have a man cover you. In my past relationships I never felt fulfilled. I’ve just finished reading Single, Dating, Engaged, Married by Ben Stuart and honestly, you need to go and read it! It touches on a lot of what you covered and more, and it really opened my eyes/gave me so much clarity about each of those stages; what we should be doing and how to approach each stage.
It’s easy to think the period of singleness is a waiting game but it’s not - it’s a time where our intimate relationship with God deepens and where He develops our character through service. We really don’t need mediocre men distracting us from this time designed for us to lay firm foundations in preparation for marriage and the purpose God has for your life.

This video spoke to my spirit so much !! I was in a 7 year relationship that I finally got the courage to end Jan 2022.
He was a nice guy but he was not the right guy for me, he also was not a Christian ( That's another story ).
I literally felt like a rehabilitation centre, careers advisor and a mom to a grown man, I was always nurturing, supporting, encouraging, lifting up, providing and helping. I then realized I'm making this guy a better man pouring into someone that isn't pouring into me at all.
I remember when I finally got onto my healthcare training programme, he barely congratulated me and then turned around and said " Yes im happy for you but im scared that you will meet someone at university that's better than me " and it ended up turning into an argument on such a big day for me.
Now I am out the relationship I have grown so so much and I will never get myself in that situation again, although I was heartbroken and shattered inside I know it needed to happen in order for me and him to grow and to set us free.

However the reality is that there is a clear shortage of these type of men, who are still single, unfortunately 😕 the proof is in the hundreds and hundreds of comments by women all saying the same thing - where are the "good" men. I had a revelation/thought. Woman are producers, we multiply, it's why we have wombs, etc, we increase, multiply, we bring change and inspiration. Men actually asked for us for that motivation, because without us, they have no inspiration. Woman wanting more is acting within our nature. When men are intimidated by this, it's not our fault, it's because they don't understand their position, bringing the vision, being the head, stepping up, improving. Now dare I say a man in conflict with is also in conflict with his own inate visions of expansion he's afraid to/ doesn't know how to realise.

But we have to also understand people feed off our energy. We have to also realize if we don't think highly of our selves, have limited beliefs that have rooted from past traumas etc and we have not healed. Any man we let in we will also repel. Sometimes without knowing it. We all feed of each others energy. So sometimes if we find that men are always leaving us, maybe the answer is to do work on ourselves and work on our personal self concept. If we have been rejected by men on a regular basis, maybe that is subconciously at the back of our minds and without knowing this putting this across in relationships hence them ending. Thank you for making this video! I have always felt like the guys I dated just weren't enough for me. Not spiritual enough, not smart enough, not respectful of my boundaries, not cultured enough, not ambitious or well established. I would always try to fix them. To help them get closer to God, but women are not meant to lead. It's supposed to be the man that leads. I almost married the last guy I dated because I had feelings and he was nice, however, he was a lukewarm Christian. He NEVER led spiritually, read his Bible, or fasted. It was always me that suggested prayer etc. He said he would change, but he never did. Finally, I asked God if he was the one or not. He of course said no. So I broke up with him. I was devastated, I couldn't stop crying. But then I began to heal. I know God has the right man for me. I just have to finish growing, be patient, and trust His perfect timing. I'm definitely the type of woman that will need a unicorn.

Breeny is like a big sister that i never had. I recently got out of a relationship where by my energy was darained, it was always about him never sacrificed a penny or a dime for me even on the days i was in the hospital sick he always asked for money till one day i felt the need to focus on my mental health and healing these guy switched his personality asap i wasn't shocked for i had seen the wolf slowly coming out of the sheep skin how he put other women down i told him to stop being arrogant and attacking other women. The guy threw all insults on me he used my illness as a weapon to attack me i had it at this point and i had to stand up for myself. He was a manipulator and a good one. A few days later i started crying my life was just in shumbles.. i don't know what was going on but i remember waking up everyday for a month in unGodly hours crying.. this is when depression was at it's peak at the same time i had a feeling my environment was full of negativity. Some demonic vibes. I pulled my bible from under my pillow and everytime i did this. The Bible verses that i read gave me hope, reminded me of strongholds. I had moved out from home then till one day my family reached out and my mum came to get me. Now am slowly healing distancing myself from people that never deserved my energy from day 1
There so many insecure guys out there, I can’t even call them men. It’s tough, but I’m praying and trusting God to meet the right man

Same revelation I got about 2 weeks ago. God showed me I am trying to squeeze my bigger than life self into small places. Not just with a man but with associates. I have only felt truly full and satisfied with one man, to this day I have yet to feel that way again.
This is such a good message, I was in this position but damn why keep a man when he can’t even celebrate your wins or when you do better then him, some men are actually jealous and full of insecurities. Thank God for the breakup last year coz I know what I want now.

Ever since I was a kid I was told I was here for a reason like everybody else I had a purpose.. I went to school there I saw everybody would wear similar uniform study from the same text books and nobody was superior or inferior.
But for some reason slowly I was excluded no one would sit with me or talk to me i had single separate bench kept near the black board I would sit there alone with my notebooks I would sketch during free lectures sometimes I would pretend to sleep keeping my head down but in reality tears were rolling down my eyes deep down I felt I am some bad omen. When it was my birthday I would distribute chocolates in the classroom hoping that during this there would be some exchange of words and eventually I’ll end up making a friend or maybe many friends but very rarely someone wished me one wished me or accepted my chocolates. And still to this day I don’t have any friends.
I’m 25 now alone and lonely whenever I get time i do charity work that gives me some happiness. Being a grown up I sense world has started treating me differently. I’m still a loser coz there are certain protocols that everyone follows. According to them 1) If I laugh I’m an idiot 2) if I talk I’m over expressive 3) If I’m quite I’m rude 4) If I eat I’m fat 5) If I sleep I’m lazy 6) If I smile I’m delusional 7) If I cry I’m ungrateful.. 8) If I ask questions I’m a headache 9) If I get angry I’m uncivilised.. 10) If I get sick I’m a burden.. 11) If I’m healthy I’m useless.. 12) If I’m expressing my pain I’m selfish..13) If I take time to learn I’m dumb..14) If I forget something I’m irresponsible..15) If I respect women I’m a simp.. 16) If I complain I’m whining.. 17) If i care I’m paranoid..
Honestly I’m done I feel the world is becoming a cruel place day by day no empathy or sympathy for anyone. Everyone wants love and respect but no one is ready to give it to each other..

This video was suggested to me right after my friend gave me a tarot reading and said I needed to find the purpose in my last relationship. I met my now ex fiancé about 4 years ago. The first date went wonderful and things moved quickly after that. Before the first year ended we were engaged. Before the second year I was pregnant. I truly believed I found the one but something was off. Something wasn’t adding up. My health was declining and I never wanted intimacy from him. Nine months later baby arrives and my health takes a big dive. Mentally and physically. I suffered really bad ppd and when I went to who I thought was my soulmate he rolled his eyes and told me to get over it. I was lonely and depressed with a new baby. I could barely make it through the day I was so tired. I cried all of the time and my supposed soulmate said I drain him. It was the first time I really thought of suicide I was so alone. I go to my best friends wedding who is so happy to be with the one she loves and I break down. I sent my ex a text saying I don’t want to marry him and he doesn’t want to marry me. I’m a spiritualist and did a lot of self reflection throughout the entire relationship. By the end I realized that I had shot way below. I need someone who’s strong and who’s a protector and makes me feel seen. My ex brought me flowers and bubble tea back when we first met. But by the end all of that stopped and it was all about him and what I did for him because I was living off of him. It was a painful realization but I’m thankful for the beautiful child we have. Through all of that he’s a wonderful father. Just not a good spouse

I work in tech and go to school for cyber security. I will never dumb myself down just to make someone feel better. (I’m also tall and pretty and yes I probably do intimidate guys.) It’ll just “weed” out the guys that have low self esteem and that’ll bring you down anyway.

I cam home from a date I didn't enjoy and turned on the TV to the Christian channel. The first thing I heard was a female speaker saying "I don't come cheap!". She was talking about her own worth, and I think God used this to speak to me against being impatient. I feel like I didn't know who I am and where I am going until my 40's. Looking back hurts but God knows what He's doing.
I think a lot of men deal with a lot of mental health issues they don't want to deal with. Childhood trauma that gets brought into grown up relationships... track record of unchanged behaviour is a red flag.
However, when a man is actively trying and wants to... He will. I was supported, congratulated, posted etc (even though I wasn't particularly into it) but this showed me who he is... More so, we prayed together...
Something broke this man so much as of late and I know I cannot help him through this part of the journey because, like the size 3/7 analogy... it doesn't fit right now.
