I think, this is an Austro-Hungarian M90 bayonet, from World War 1 era. The maker mark on the blade is "OE WG " . It means: Österreichische-Waffenfabriks- Gesellschaft. This is the Steyr factory symbol. Someone cut off the barrel ring from the bayonet. It's too bad, because this bayonet type is so rare.
No, it can't be a Mauser bayonet. The grips here were held by rivets and not by screws, like for all German army used bayonets. And most important, the rear hole for the bayonet lugs hasn't the typical shape with a hole for the cleaning rod
