    I want a Fury to park next to my 66 Triumph chopper. I wish Honda would update it though. A 6 speed and a bump in horsepower and torque would be nice as well.

      Don't knock it until you have it parked in your garage. It honestly does not need the extra gear or any more HP. It really is a perfect combination the way it is. I'm 6'4"/ 260lbs and it totes me around perfectly. If I needed a 6th gear for more highway riding, I simply would not choose the Fury.

      what i would like most from the fury is a fuel gauge, gear indicator and a bigger gas tank wouldn't hurt either. Tach would also be nice, but, im indifferent to that great if it did also meh if not. I just hate playing the game "am i walking or riding to the gas station ?"

      @@eibbor171 my VTX needs all of that too. I'm used to it tho. Just set your trip meter and figure you need to fill up at 120 miles.

      The Fury will give you years of trouble free riding. The motor is virtually bullet proof. It's a great bike.

    I had a Yamaha Raider and I like my Fury alot better. The Fury handles better, has less power, but come on, you don't need more ponies than the Fury has.

    1997 Honda Valkyrie touring with cobra pipes (baffles in) The Honda Fury has a lot going for it as far as style, but comfort... range... vibration... Yeah, I'll stick with my Valk. To each their own!

    • @Meh-2U
      @Meh-2U 5 месяцев назад

      The range is the only gripe I have. No vibration issue and I put a Mustang seat on it so comfort is great. Tons of other upgrades but everything was done out of preference, not necessity. Any bike is a great bike if you love it.

    A Honda Fury is NOT a chopper. Nothing has been chopped. It's a factory made bike that's designed to look like a chopper.

      The 100mph limitation can be tuned out and about 8 more h.p. added with a good reflash of the Ecu . The bike has a lot of low end grunt and easily run over that100 mph if you are willing to do so.
      Makes a great cruiser.

    I don’t know why most Japanese so called chopper (they are not by the way) have weird proportions. Take the Fury for example, the rear profile of the bike looks awkward

      @@galwegan4081 A bike customized for you by the factory isn't the same as a bike you customized for yourself. A chopper is a stock bike (or custom frame built from the ground up) that you "chop up', customize or in some manner, make it yours by putting blood, sweat and skinned knuckles into it to make it your own. You earn it, you build it. That's a chopper.
      I'm sure the Fury is technically a sound good handling bike. If you're unfortunate enough not to have a garage or workshop to build up a chop, well I guess the next best thing is to buy a bike like the Fury. I'd ride along side with you, probably buy you a beverage at the next greasy spoon.
      Peace, bro.
