Hi need help I have a Mira advanced shower with a square rail the shower head fits on it’s in a wet room due to my disability. Can you tell how I change the head holder as my one doesn’t stay up and there are two spring loaded clips and wife said she can’t get old one out

I may never buy those showers anymore..
It is the second that I have and after a bit more them one yes it have logos of problems.
It is expensive and to faulty
