That superflood game gave me second hand tilt! Punts happen, you'll get 'em next time! On day 1 of the open I threw away a winnable game by forgetting dragonlord dromokas "your opponents can't cast spells on your turn" ability, even after having just moused over the card and passed with my instant speed removal spell up and then wondered why it wouldn't let me cast it...
I did qualify to day 2 but did not do very well. Had not drafted the format before.. Had watched some draft quides but was not wery sharp .. I guess I missed some picks.. Even got a wrong color card due to timeout in draft and kinda ended up with halfassed gate deck or a weird simic pile with rhinos that draw a card and hexproof creatures paired with some bestow cards and enchantments - which were quite good 2 audacity and the blue one that makes the creature unblockable and scry when attack.. Sort of did have a valid strategy and found open lane -- but it was just not enough... I did win 2 Bloomburrow boxes in previous Arena Direct .. Got lucky and could make a great frog deck... But hawent received the boxes yet.. Some problem with the eWallet - I should have gotten e-mail about it .. But it's nowhere to be seen and the customer service said I have already completed the eWallet setup and I should be getting eMail about shipping the boxes in few weeks.. But I don't know how to use the eWallet - o Idea what my user name and password might be - if they even exist.. So I dunno if I even could withdraw money prizes if had gotten them.. Anyone who has actually won prizes know what one hould do about the iPayout eWallet thing and does it work just fine for you? I'we checked my spam folder and all and bothered the WotC customer service a bit -- but can't find out how to contact the iPayout people and haven't gotten explanation / instructions about the eWallet - and have no idea if it's necessary for getting the Bloomburrow boxes shipped..
Ob Nixilis's cruelty was cast on the necromancer, this play would not have worked. Opponent likely thought Numot misread that Sorcerer could counter all spells instead of creature only.
I thought they oopsed because they attacked first and then cast the removal before blockers, and maybe thought it would've been better for them if they used the removal before combat
you just get better at evaluating cards in a nutshell and then you learn the meta for each draft set as they come. Meta moves a lot from day one to last day, it's the time it takes for everybody to figure the meta
Feel like its a big miss to not include more earlygame, it was like 5 5drops, 2 6 drops and a gurmag angler. Only having skeleton and fallaji as potential early creatures leaves you to vulnerable for aggressiv starts in my opinnon. The deathtouch 1/1 s or the edicts for some early interaction and cheap spelles to double spell would have made the deck feel smoother and not like a pushover in the early game i think.
Drafts the most open dimir deck known to man, “humbly I’m the best” LOL. Bro you play all day everyday you should be “the best” get over yourself baldy, but nice draft!
That first game was one of the best draft games I have seen on your channel in the last 5 months

Those first matches were fantastic! You played great and they were very exciting games
Holy Lands Batman!! That was brutal!
Beard is coming along nicely ! Get yourself a brush to start grooming the follicles and improving growth. Magic was fun too.
I wonder why Kenji didnt put his face in Humble Defector, I think it would fit pretty well
it's just a picture of me, why would I put a second face?
not Humble obv
I expected rimrock into crusader.. literally been saying force red for about 2 weeks now 😂😂
keep them on their toes so you can crush them
Last match was brutal, from drawing every land in your deck to missing a few in a row.

Wow that first game was nuts.
40:03 They probably figured you should have sacrificed the sorcerer. Then you could have blocked with necromancer and got another 2/2.

@@Nicromatic Good call. Admittedly, I haven't played much Pio masters and didn't know that myself.
I thought they oopsed because they attacked first and then cast the removal before blockers, and maybe thought it would've been better for them if they used the removal before combat
At one point, you looked like the "Dictate of Erebos" XD
28:14 when your girl puts her hair in a ponytail for the second time that day
Explained scrying to my partner because I had to share this comment 😂
Shit happens man. Still entertaining and fun. Great content all around. Thanks.
1:11:00 Nummy asks "What did I take over Sphinx's Tutelage?" answer is the first Devour Flesh aka "the cheap interactive spell" 9:13
Hey Num :) @32:00 Thoughts on attacking with priest before killing the master of waves ?
You're my HERO!!! 💪
Great entertainment as always
THE BEARD GROWSSS
How do you get better at each different set and all the card knowledge with all the draft set cycles

Last game was like a sequence of unluck, but you can get over it next time, I believe so.
I think the Nantunko Husk would have been a decent include, since you have the necromancer and the dictate of erebos.
kinda shocked you didn't even consider consider, I love it in this deck
day 2 baby!!!
Mana flood into mana screw in the final opponent. Tilting, yes
11 Lands vs 4 in the following. I don’t think you can do a lot there even if you sequence the ultimate price differently. Great video either way
Very unlucky last game, I really hoped you to see you proceed to the next round. Thanks for the content though
What about phalanges?

Feel like you kinda got boned a bit. Good run. That garruk deck wasn’t something you were going to beat either way.
I feel like Dimrova wheeling in pack 2 was a big deal, am I overreacting or should that not have wheeled?
Sub numot, 100k let's gooo!!
"The Dictate is even worse than I thought" and it still won the game. It's such a busted card.
That last game was pure tilt, unlucky Kenji
U had no chance against the Garruk gate deck. Their draws were insane
I think I’ve seen you win 2 die rolls the entire year I’ve been watching you
Just started the vid, hope you crushed
That defector was a double agent fr
😮😮
Have to play a better game to expect better results.
Pov: you are the dimir drafter
Man I swear Wizards is nerfing your draws. You get some of the worst luck I've seen
Brutally unlucky.
Arena so rigged
First!
Drafts the most open dimir deck known to man, “humbly I’m the best” LOL. Bro you play all day everyday you should be “the best” get over yourself baldy, but nice draft!
I'm being extremely sarcastic as I completed punted away the game with the HUMBLE defector
This is funny because OP doesn't have the personality or the skill to do what Numot does lol. Get over yourself buddy, but nice comment!
@@tangentyes3323 lol I’ve won plenty of money on opens barely playing you moron, but hey go touch grass bud!
