It's not wrong to call the format fast, fast is just too flat of a term to describe all fast formats. In this case, if both players don't get on the board quickly, one player can easily get curved out on. But decks can stall out if both players meet the requisite early game threshold.

First game of first match was perhaps winnable. Thought you were going to go Glivedive duo into Fireglass mentor, perhaps a chance to hit a mountain to even play out the hired claw.. Getting that life buff was a lot more likely to lead to success
Maybe I'm missing something but what was the reason to pump the Ravine Raider at 45:15? Wasn;t it better to save the pump in case opponent had a Savour?
I would play the bell, it's an onboard 'handsmoother' and i've seen plenty of your hands lately where i'd wish 'we' had the bell instead of that 3e or 4e basic in the same color ;P
i havent watched the matches, but i would of probably picked take out the trash over wicks, lizards wants to play fast, wicks might be slightly better, but full cutting off red should ensure a better pack 2 as well.

I feel like the decks dont get shuffled right ... Since last patch some of my chunkyer decks are unplayable. If i don't add in extra stuff to discard my own cards. Litterally getting 3 draws in a row ... most of my high tier 5cost stuff in those decks ... again and again. It's no joke. Then it shuffles somewaht okay ... then its back to impossible odds. They must have messed with the prio on shuffle logic...

But I guess it's just too hard to go 3+ colors if none of them is green in this format and if nobody was playing rats Wick is is jut not that impressive.. It is 8 stats in two bodies at minimum tho so I don't think it's actually bad even if you don't use it's activated ability at all and have just one or two other rats - after all Chimey Rable was great and Person of Interest very playable.. And there is some mass pump in the set tho in white and red..
M3 G2 you could have blocked with the intimidator, they create a rat but you no longer rely on milking a 3+ card cause it's already in your graveyard, so it's a guaranteed win, or am I missing something?

Was pitching the Thornplate not just throwing away lethal? On otter game 2? - Needed to sac creature, and free to attack for 5, or take 3 and can only block one creature?
