Arrangements made by any composer it's a choice I apreciate John Williams as a great composer but nevertheless and regardless of his arrangements this symphny orchestra performance deserves its credits made by our brothers in Venezuela by maestro Eduardo Marturet that made me proud of being a latin american greetings from Mexico
Don't rush it!
I agree! In fact, listening to this I kept waiting for the music to get too fast... and it never happened. *Scratches head*
I don't know why people say it goes to fast, i know the tempo, its definetly close to the original songs
por dios que perfeccion.
JOHN WILLIAMS>>>>America's gift to the world!!!!!!!!
Que la Fuerza te acompañe!
It's not copying, it's inspiring by and using something, and a lot of composers do that. In the New World Symphony, Dvorak used "Going home", a American traditional, in the 2nd mvt.Nobody complained right?
Vergaaaa, van esmachetaos nojoda
ESPETÁCULO!!!!!
¡VIVA VENEZUELA CARAJO!
a slight bit sped up but amazing. They probably have to fit into a strict time frame which is why it's sped up.
AWESOME IT'S SMALL WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Still another magnificent piece of Concerto from the great (composer) John Williams, marvelously performed by SBSO under the highly admirable guidance of also Maestro Ed Marturet, Encore!! x2.
This musical piece (by me) howevr needs greater emphasis on the part of the lower sounding instruments; such as the Cello-s, the French-Horns & especially the "Timpani-s' "must x2 stand-out distinctly, so that it can be clearly heard as what Timpanis are suppose to do & not as something that goes only to add greater volume content to the piece. In this case the Timpani (wic I wud opine that this brand used here, actually sounded fantastic) was by and large howevr, almost drowned-out by the sounds of the rest of the other instruments. While this was understood to be a live recording, but if the entire orchestral performance was to be made into an entertainment media (a record/a CD (the former, wic is clearly understood to being no longer a widely preferred medium for recreational audio listening) figuratively). It is in its best interest to reproduce this by remastering-raising the mentioned instruments level (howevr possible) at the mixer-sound engineering dept. to such that thus attain that desired theatrical effect.
On a side note tho', at moment 6:35 going onto :36. Can someone tell me if that high pitched whistle-note was for real or did someone actually goofed at the what..,Pan-flute instrument??, made a boo-boo from jumping the guns, accidently grabbed on a valve of his/her instrument & that was the resulting outcome??
Que, que isso!!! Faltou ar!! Bealtiful
Why do some people think this goes too fast?? The tempos are pretty close to the original soundtrack. Plus, the orchestra plays this really well so who cares anyway?
Star Wars on Speed, that's the beginning of this piece in a nutshell
Mi favorita de John Williams es "El desfile de los niños esclavos" busquenla como Parade of the slave children.
ta bonito..
All musicians change year to year, because this orchestra is a government program, the name of this program is "El sistema" (the system).
Not to forget Strauss, Mahler, Stravinsky, ...
Chàvez( orchestre du venezuela), tel luke skywalker, a combattu l' Empire!
Yo sí los puedo ver.
3:38 !!!
X-D
Aquí huele a Banta!!!
VENEZUELA VENEZUELA VENEZUELA
it would be pretty naive to say John Williams is not influenced by music of the past. Its tonality we are talking about here, all the process that reign tonal music come from 500 years of evolution, even the so called "great masters" were capable of composing their master pieces due to the fact they have a whole system behind them. I find pretty difficult (if not impossible) to come with a whole new way to use the tonal system and sound completly original
Minus the fact that said "America's gift" copied off of Holst's Mars....so yea, that actually sounds pretty damn American
star wars theme a bit to fast
It does go fast.... its good though
at start is good but after it goes fast
What I can recommend to you is a serious ears cleaning. Holst could be inspiration for Williams (and probably was) but there's no fucking way to call it a copy, unless you're deaf :)
It wasn't right in places and the trumpets messed up in several places like at the begininng, wasn't great, but respect to them for trying
So I take it that you dislike (or hate) John Williams and believe he's just a copy-cat and devoid of any talent???
Alllll rrrighty then......
How about the arrangement bad also? eh Gamemaster0225?
It wasn't right in places and the trumpets messed up in several places like at the begininng, wasn't great
Too fast, van muy rapido
No
To fast paced should have played slower
