Absolutely true about the topic! I’ve made some “million view” videos that only get a few thousand views. Meanwhile, some of my least edited videos have gone viral getting millions of views. Topic, title and thumbnail are king for CTR.

I noticed "enjoyable" and "satisfied" get used interchangeably in this video, which one should I aim for? My idea of enjoyable is a fluff piece with plenty of positivity, whereas satisfaction for me may come in the form of something hard hitting with a lot of negativity and serious themes e.g. a war doco

I uploaded my first video on May 30 of 23, I’m at 84k subs.
One thing I don’t understand…my CTR is 8-20% and my watch time is usually flat for 80% of the videos, but they always seem to die after a few thousand to forty thousand. I’ve had 5-10 of the 100 videos go over 500k but never a 1m view video YET.
I watch Think Media videos every night so I go to bed feeling motivated for the next day. It’s helped me so much especially recently. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️

The algorithm is amazing. It recognises multiple ways of saying c'vid and g'cide and yet after 6 months of disliking this video and don't recommend this channel, still recommends at least one HFY channel per page of recommendations.

My RUclips is for my lawncare and pressure washing business. I’ve been at it for 2 years and only have 924 subs. I’ve seen people on here with only 40 videos and already have over 2000 subs.
My son goes on my tube account and looks at random videos. Would this miss up my algorithm?

I have like 25 videos with 102-111% view duration. But most of them die out after certain point.
Everything makes sense. Does this same logic apply to shorts? I have shorts that reached 5-7k views in a a few days. Trending upwards. Granted I’m new channel. But my AVD was 112% had several shares and likes. But then analytics flatlined not sure why.

Multiple Algorithms. The Algorithm assigned to me, Al Gorithm, pretty much thinks my videos aren't worth much.

Although I enjoy watching your videos, there aren't many examples from real life. Theory is fine, but...
are you willing to take on the challenge of using your expertise to run a channel that is a niche within a niche? It would also be a fantastic resource for you guys to demonstrate your abilities by showcasing small channels of your viewers and their way to glory ;].
Honestly, you'll have to promote your videos to grab views. Use RUclips advertising if you want to get views. It gets pushed up onto people and people start watching them. Basically, I'm telling you its all about promoting your videos, you don't do that, you won't get views. Thats on the viewer to watch the whole thing, so don't worry about that.
So…the secret is…”make videos people like to watch”… amaze.
