    On Anita Designs I always trim the batting before moving on to next steps

      If you assemble using my BAYG method, it is better to leave the batting untrimmed. With my method, we don't use conventional seams, but fuse the pieces together using batting tape. Watch the next video and you will learn this very fast method for quilting.

      That's the beauty of my method...you don't need to trim the batting because you will butt your blocks together and fuse them. NO BULK!

    What size hoop are you using and what is the size of your finished block please

      the hoop was 8" x 8" and the blocks are "6.8" x 6.8".
