Hi Taylor, very glad you like the content! Working on some new residential stuff for a client right now, I can probably get a residential video out in the next few weeks.
Great video! I'm building a cleaning business and am looking to target specific industries-offices, dental practices, law firms, and manufacturing, similar businesses in my area. Any tips on targeting these demographics and reaching key decision-makers effectively in Facebook ads? I fear spending $ and reaching the wrong people/individuals I am targeting. Might have missed when you explained the demographics, behaviors, etc, but if you would please extrapolate it would be greatly appreciated!
Hey thanks, glad you found it helpful! This video is a little old, if you are looking commercial clients (offices, firms, stuff like that) I recommend going the google rout, not Facebook. Facebook tends to lean very hard on the residential side
@@Taurify totally understand, that makes a lot of sense. You have any videos or tips on the Google ads side? Any resources or help you can provide would forever put me in your debt 🙌
For residential, an audience size of 300k should be fine! Just keep an eye on that CPL. Eventually it will go up (if the frequency goes up) and you will need to refresh the ads
This is exactly what I was looking for. You explained everything so well and most importantly you explained "why" you were taking a specific action.
Glad it helped!
Great video thanks!
what type of ad budget do you rec? to start seeing results, for a metro are similar to Detroit
hey, man. thanks for the video.
i am from Brazil but got few clients in the USA.
Hey Anderson, it’s nice to meet you

@Taurify hi, did you get a chance to get out any residential campaigns?
hello! thank you for the value. what daily budget do you recommend for commercial ads? what about residential?
I would actually recommend sticking with residential and $30 per day
great video, very easy to understand. quick question: we can skip the detail targeting and still get good leads ?
why would you skip it
What is your average cost per lead for residential cleaning?
It varies per location, but average $10-$20.

What about video production
I would recommend making ads with you and your team in them
What if your cleaning company is in a city that is only about 300,000? Would a form still be good?
